The positives of this roller coaster are obvious and other people have talked about them a lot. The launches are punchy, the airtime is good and frequent. The duelling is cool and the pacing is great.
The negatives are that the back half is basically parking lot coaster. On the day that I rode there was a distinct shuffle on both sides. I like a bit of rattle and shake so not a huge criticism, but it was there for sure. Perhaps they changed something because more recent reviews report it as glass smooth. And finally my biggest criticism: the layout is too repetitive. Mack came to the USA in a big way, but they forgot to bring their exciting elements with them. (Apart from the Celestial Spin which is perfection)
If you like big, fast coasters with world-leading elements then this ride is for you.

When it was new I was disappointed as it was not the airtime machine that Thorpe needed at the time. Thorpe has one now, though! I used it to introduce my wife to thrill coasters. Great for that purpose, but 6 months later and even she'd acknowledge it's a bit underwhelming.
