Capacity isn't good, but it's a mere Wild Mouse, so it was the shortest coaster queue of the day. Theming is quite well done. Trains are less comfy than Mack's, but nothing too crazy. And the ride itself is just a Wild Mouse, pretty average one.

Yes it is basic and may not be the most comfortable, but this ride is an absolute blast! It has some punchy drops, wild turns and some very nice theming. The capacity is very bad again, Chessington employees don't fill the train fully so you may see people riding in a car on their own which just annoys me.

Une wild mouse maurer qui ne surprendra pas les habitués du modèle, c'est très bourrin avec un confort moindre, chaque freinage est brutal et le layout est très classique mais ça n'empêche qu'on rigole bien là dedans tellement c'est débile. Je tient quand même à noté que le coaster est assez bien thématisé notamment dans un virage sur la fin.

Theming Discomfort Tear it down! Pointless

The theming was so immersive that the hairpin turns felt like you were being bitten by a rattlesnake - despite the discomfort it was still very mild

definitely not comfortable, or smooth, but it had some awesome laterals, great headchoppers and a really well themed queue that stood out from the other coasters I went on at the park.

I mean it's alright, its not designed to be comfortable. I personally find the sharp turns quite fun and entertaining, the rest of the ride is just a bit dead and uncomfortable.

The theming in the queue and station is nice. The drops are fun as they are quite steep and have some pops of airtime due to the lap bar restraints. It’s usually got a short queue and is near the park’s main entrance, so it’s good if you want a quick first ride. As this is a wild mouse style rollercoaster, it’s only expected for it to be quite jerky. However, I feel as though the turns around each corner are far too rough to be enjoyable.

First Drop Theming

I don’t really understand why people dislike this ride so much. It’s a fun little ride and you come flying out of your seat on the turnarounds and the first drop with only a little lap bar.

Ouch. There is literally no reason for a ride this painful to have ever been built, but it was. The theming is the only good part of this ride, other than that it is painful, boring and always has long queues. Despite being a wild mouse Rattlesnake has absolutely ZERO airtime because of the tight lap bars which crush you into the seats. The only reason I think Chessington shouldn't remove this ride is because it takes up a lot of people in the queues and that is what Chessington needs.

If you don't like these kind of rides, just don't ride them! It is fast, long and very well themed! Unfortunately it breaks down quite a lot, but all in all it's very enjoyable

Completely standard wild mouse, with some nice mexico/western style theming. A few amusing props down in the queue, and plenty of sheds around the layout. It runs pretty fast too, not a lot of trimming most days. It's certainly not a comfortable ride though, the lap bars are bulky and very solid, meaning when you hit the instantaneous brakes you get thrown straight into them. And it's even worse if you're on your own in a row, where the centre bar is between your legs. Yeah, ouch. Capacity is also abysmal in a park which gets very busy. Kinda fun though, apart from the ball crushing

Alright, this is a fun ride and has some good theming and scenery in it but there is a lot of problems. I'm not waiting more thank 20 minutes for it ever again. It was very dissappointing after waiting 45 minutes when we could've just re-rode dragons fury... and queue was EXTREMELY slow due to capacity and as by the name, it has a rattle. But it was ok, pretty fun wild mouse kind of coaster and overall just meh.

A well paced, fun wild mouse with great on ride interactions with themeing like headchoppers. With a loose restraint, you almost come flying out of your seat and slipping beneath the restraint on some of the drops and hills. However, the ride is very uncomfortable due to the tight turns.

Switchbacks aren't too wild, but the dips are fun with some good floater, but the brake runs can be brutal, with floater airtime going into them, the brakes launches you into your bulky lap bar.

I find this coaster to be very fun, the turns are tight and the drops are sharp with headchopper into the tunnels. However a ride with this low capacity shouldn't be at Chessington which is a park that desperately needs high capacity rides. I've seen this ride hit a 90 minute queue several times.
