Smoothness Layout Ejectors Discomfort Lap Bar

This is a pure masterpiece of a coaster and I put it only 4.5 stars because of the comfort. The lap bar is okay even with the legs thing but the belt hurts so muchhh. But I don't really care because it's an amazing ride (I rode it 11 times the day I went sooo...)

Pretty great coaster. Rode it near the end of 2023 so my memory is not too clear, but I do remember being slightly disappointed by some of the moments on the ride. A few of the airtime hills, including the bunny hop after the first drop just do not hit as hard as people say they do. Really good layout, but Goliath has stronger airtime, Lost Gravity has more whip and the three Vekoma's have more intense positive G-forces. It's my #3 in the park, behind both Lost Gravity and Goliath. This is definitely a unique complaint, but I think that the ride is too smooth for it's own good. It doesn't feel like you are riding a roller coaster, it feels more like you're hovering or gliding over the track, which IMO makes it feel a lot more constrained and controlled.

Untamed is a fantastic RMC. It's glass smooth and the inversions are super whippy. It's unrelenting but definitely needs time to warm up.

There is no bad thing I can say about this coaster. It really lives up to its name, and there’s no better feeling then going down that drop on a Sunday morning. It’s also fairly long, which makes it even better. The inversions are also perfect. This ride is just incredible and I can’t get enough of it

    First Drop Smoothness Ejectors

My first RMC - it was an extremely windy day and later in the day was pouring with rain - so was quite a unique experience! And I expect it wasn't running as fast as it would be on a hot day. But I was very slightly underwhelmed. The ride was great fun and silky smooth but whilst there were good ejector moments there wasn't as much sustained airtime as I was hoping for. Still easily in my top 5 but definitely prefer the Intamin blitz coasters. May change my mind after riding more RMCs though!

Great ride, was disapointed by the first few rides at the start of the day. But it definately warmed up by the afternoon. Best position for me was the back. Don't think it's quite as good as i was expecting for #13 in the world (at time of riding). My expectations were probably too high! But plenty of ejector and air time!

My 19th RMC, and it's another good one. It flows through the layout with great airtime and ejectors. I rank it in the middle of the RMCs I've ridden because it was lacking slightly in intensity compared to my favorite ones. Also, it was frustrating to see one-train ops on a busy day. Still, it gets 4.5 stars for the fun factor.

It was a July day, and even the morning rides solidified a spot in my top 10. I got a couple more rides in the afternoon however in the back row, with warm wheels on a sunny backdrop, and it now currently sits in my top 3 beside Steel Vengeance and RTH. Loved the ride, best way I’d describe it is a mini Steel Vengeance.

    Airtimes Theming Smoothness

A perfect rollercoaster with a long ride time, plenty of airtime, and both whippy and floaty inversions throughout the layout. This was my first RMC and its easy to see why people rave about how amazing RMC coasters are after just one ride on this. The airtime is so intense that my the end of the ride you have aching legs from the (Poorly designed) lapbar but it doesn't take away from the ride in my experience. Even the theming is exceptional with the beautiful station and amazing trains, especially the zero car!

Great little RMC, it did not disappoint for a first ride on a RMC. A great little machine that I would love to reride. Worth the visit to Walibi Holland. Too bad we could only ride it twice, as it was down in the morning. I wish I could have ridden it at least 5 times! I would definitely come back especially for Untamed.

    Airtimes Fun Smoothness

Had hyped this up so much, relatively disappointing early morning (8-9/10) - genuinely brilliant late afternoon (9.5/10). So smooth, I wanted to be thrown around a bit more but maybe that's because it's my first RMC'd woody and I'm used to a bone rattling experience on standard tracks. Airtime was fantastic and some of the inversions were unique and very fun such as the famous 270 degree double inverting corner stall.

Wow, just wow. Some of the airtime is crazy (every hill) and I got bruises after like 15 rides. Wait for it to warm up and thats where its at. #1 for me, even over RTH because the airtime is just that good. Also the first inversion is crazy. So good.

Great coaster with an amazing layout and an insane amount of airtime. I wish I could've enjoyed it more but the restraints mean that the airtime is much more uncomfortable than that found on Intamin's and Mack's so I can't rate it higher.

top 1 for sure. the first drop is insane, the double inverting stall, which is a one of a kind element gives crazy floater and the rest of the ride has INCREDIBLY violent ejector pops, genuinely hurt my thighs after a few reirdes in the back. words cannot describe how good this is, just go ride it for urself EDIT: i just got home and apparently i got bruises on my thighs from the airtime, its that brutal

    Airtimes Masterpiece Ejectors

My first RMC was a great one, as this is one of the best coasters in the world. Maybe not up there with Toutatis or even Taron for that matter, but it's still incredible. It has a fun pre-lift but it's nothing special either. I think Wodan's pre-lift section is better. The first drop is great in the back rows. The following speed hill isn't anything special but is still a nice floater airtime moment. The double inversion is awesome. It's more of a floaty element. The next two airtime moments (a normal and an outer banked airtime hill) are sustained ejector airtime moments. The zero-G roll is snappy but nothing special. Black Mamba's roll is more intense. The wave turn is really snappy and the next run of airtime hills offers pops of ejector airtime and the heartline roll has some great hangtime. The other inversion throws you out of your seat as well. The trains are rather comfortable but the seatbelt can get in the way of the lap bar. Just put it a bit higher up than your lap like the lower section of a car seatbelt and it will not bother you one bit. You can't lower your lap bar yourself, as a staff member will lower it for you. This feels like an unnecessary policy that slows dispatches down, which wasn't helped by the one train operations. Ironically the park's best coasters (Untamed and Goliath) only ran one train, yet the line moved faster than it did with two trains in Japan, so make of that what you will. It also was shut for most of the day, just like Goliath. Both broken down early in the day, and while Untamed reopened around 2PM, Goliath never reopened during the day. What perplexes me is that they ran 2 trains on the torture machine known as Condor, but not on Untamed, which had a 30min queue, while Condor's train often had empty seats.

    Masterpiece Smoothness Ejectors Lap Bar

Easily the best ride in the country and maybe even top 10 in the world, truly an RMC masterpiece. It has a great first drop, whippy inversions (don't forget about the 270 degree double-inverting stall) and a mix of floater, ejector and floajector airtime in one (although mostly ejector). Even the pre-drop is great and it's hypersmooth. The only negative would be the lap bars, which come down way too hard on your thighs, I kept my hands between the bar and my thighs to prevent pain, but overall still just an absolute masterpiece.

    Airtimes Fun Smoothness Intensity

Untamed has the smoothest ride experience I have ever ridden. The airtime on this coaster is in a own class. You are ejected up to your restraint for a second or two. Then pinned down in your seat again. Then repeat this at least 14 times. This is the overall BEST airtime experience i have experienced on a coaster. But the g-forces is to weak and the overall pacing a little to ''tame'' for it to be my number one. Overall a pure fun ride! You will go of with a big smile on your face.

    Airtimes Inversions Masterpiece

My favorite roller coaster as of the time of this review. The ride makes a grand first impression when you walk up to it with the entry plaza and the massive sign. The station's theming is impressive and some of the best in the park, and it also plays a cool soundtrack when you dispatch. The ride operators often leave multiple inches of room between your legs and the lap bar (don't worry it's completely safe) and it allows for incredible airtime and hangtime. The turn out of the station is very weird and wacky. It pushes you out of your seat in a way I have never felt before, especially on a prelift section. The drop may be one of the weaker ones on an RMC, but it's still incredible. The speed hill can give a quick pop of floater, and then comes my favorite element on any roller coaster. The double inverting 270 degree stall. This element is genius in every way possible. The inversion going into it gives you some hangtime before you stall out. And this stall out to the side is bent inwards, so the hangtime from the first inversion continues and seamlessly transitions into another type of hangtime, but to the side instead of upside down. And this is all while you have the wooden structure enveloping you on all sides. Then the roll coming out of it feels like a barrel roll downdrop, and continues the hangtime you got in the first half of this element. Just a perfect moment. Then you hit a double up which is probably the weakest part of the ride, but it still delivers two strong pops of airtime and some unexpected laterals. The camelback afterwards delivers violent airtime that is sustained for longer than it feels like it should be considering its power. This is followed by a similar element, but banked to the left on the apex. It's a bizarre feeling to be getting airtime this strong while on your side, but RMC absolutely nailed this element. It's my second favorite part of the ride behind that first inversion. Then comes the turnaround that runs right next to the entry plaza. The entry is a step-up under flip, which gives some nice hangtime, similar to RMC's zero-g rolls. The exit is another outer bank, but instead of delivering sustained ejector it gives sustained floater. After that, you are treated to what seems like an endless barrage of small bunny hops that all send you to the moon. The ride caps off with a perfect low to the ground barrel roll. It feels like you're going to hit the ground with your hand, and the element itself is super drawn out and delivers the strongest hangtime on the ride. It's an amazing way to end an amazing coaster. This ride is really just incredible and it's the best roller coaster I've gotten to experience in my life

Easily the best ride in Walibi Holland! It runs so smooth and every element just works. The first (double) inversion is great! If I had to say anything negative about it, it's the harness. It really pushes your feet back under you and it can be a bit painful on the shins. But apart from that, WOW!

It's my first ever RMC and my god, I wouldn't change a single thing about it, aside from the chin guards, but even they don't alter my opinion that this coaster is perfect for what it is. The airtime moments pop, some are pretty sustained and some are absolutely aggressive ejector pops. The inversions aren't bad either, but my highlight is definitely the last one, though my favorite element overall might be the double-up-double-down right after the turn around. It's crazy that they made such a simple out-and-back layout so insane.

This is my 2nd RMC coaster and I was very excited to finally ride it. The double inverting stall is a lot of fun and is a great element. The overall ride is a great experience with excellent pacing and intensity. Of course the last 2 rows are the preferred seats though also the middle seats are enjoyable. For me Wildfire in Kolmaden (Sweden) is even better but it is a close call :-).

    Intensity Smoothness Layout Harness Discomfort

Untamed - the name says it all, it's a really wild ride: The inversions are indeed the least intense aspects of the ride, the ejector airtime ist ridiculous! Especially the "Double up & Double Down" is a hell of a coaster element, it feels like being yanked out of the train three times in a row. The "270 Degree Double Inverting Corner Stall" is a very interesting element (probably the best moment on this coaster) and the uphill barrell roll at the end provides excellent hangtime. With all those aspects combined with the the banked airtime hills, riding Untamed feels like being thrown around in any possible direction. The setting and theming of the area is pretty cool, I really liked the "natural touch" of this. Only things to criticize about this ride is the lap bar getting quite uncomfortable after multiple rides and the finale consisting of small bunny hops is a little too repetitive for me - I prefer sustained airtime to these short bursts. Such a shame that the brutal airtime pops cobined with the restraints ruins my ride experience which is overall pretty good, but doesn't live up to the hype around this coaster.

    Inversions Masterpiece Ejectors

Untamed is a ride that simply does not ever let up. Not a single inch of wasted track with the most powerful airtime I've ever experienced in my life multiple times, with perfectly executed inversions. The double-inverting corner stall, also known as the expertly named 'Lagoon Wave', has you just floating out of your seat throughout the entire element. After that it's a relentless punch punch punch of countless sharp ejector hills as the ride seriously throws you as hard as it can into the top of the lap bar, mixed with smooth inversions in between, and I love it. It might be a bit too painful for some, and thigh bruises await if you marathon it, but it's all worth it.

    Airtimes First Drop Layout

I think Untamed was a little too intense for me before I went to visit foreign parks. I was not ready for it the first time. Now a few years later I rerode it again and I think it's a 10/10. So it's definitely not for everybody, but it's as smooth and intense as a coaster can get, in a good way! The theming is also very good compared to Goliath! 10/10

    Airtimes Smoothness Layout Discomfort

I was really critical about the RMC Hybrid hype and I was convinced it was blown way out of proportions, and well I was both right and wrong. I went to Walibi on the day before Defqon1 next door started, and I admit the weather wasn't ideal so I probably didn't get the best possible experience there is. I do have to say that I understand why people love RMC Hybrids, they are great coasters but I think they are still a little overhyped. The layout of Untamed specifically feels very fluid and perfectly engineered. There is not a single element that is disappointing or doesn't deliver, not a single dull moment. Although there are definitely highlights in the layout, I enjoyed the entire layout equally. One element that caught me by surprise is the 2nd half of that first double up. The sudden bank to the left is so snappy and the ejector Airtime only exaggerates it, and this might even be my favorite part. Although I have to say that the Outerbank and the double up/down is also fantastic. The part of the layout that I really dislike is the bunny hill sequence near the end, I thought it was rather uncomfortable. One more thing that I found to be slightly uncomfortable was the seatbelt, it's much more noticeable during strong ejector moments amd that can hurt after a certain time. Overall I though this ride was better than I expected but still nothing that blew me away like F.L.Y or Ride to Happiness. It's now #4 on my coaster ranking.

Untamed is the only rmc I have done and Man it's incredible. First off the station is decently themed and I love the look of the ride vehicle when I was there they did 2 train operation which made the queue move fairly quick so you start with overbank turn which doesn't do much, however, that's the only time I can say that truthfully, on this layout you are slings down a crazy first drop, and then catapulted abruptly by, a fantastic, speed Hill then goes into a one-of-a-kind inversion a double 180° Stool following this, your body gets this, your body gets shocks, Chuck in 2 different directions, because of the shaping of the double up, which gives outstanding airtime next on your bucking bronco expedition is a camelback that gives sustained airtime which is super appreciated to another sustained moment, approaches because of an overbanked Hill that is apparently similar to Stev (haven't done it yet🥲) then you float into a 0G roll which is in a great position, because it transitions you from sustained a ejector to whip and float when you go into a rapid Bank Hill which gives a strong pop of ejector just before the 2nd double up, which really surprised me for the strength of air time it gave and then it went into a spaced out double down which shocked me in the best way possible next you get upside down airtime because it's banks, 140°, which feels wild now it's the mini steel vengeance ending of continuous muscle, bruising airtime with continuous Pops, and then ends on the final version that whip you, surprisingly quickly, and then gives you one more pop, and the brakes this ride feels literally perfect nearly every element hits, especially the unique shaping of the elements, 11 out of 10 rmc are the masters of layouts that doesn't need crazy heights and speed also the variety of forces you feel on the layout is incredible I've never been on a ride that offers so much sustained ejector at the same time having so many small pops of aggressive airtime You also get amazing, hang time on the double 180° Stool you also get laterals on the first double up not mention all head choppers you get from the wood especially in the crazy finale going through the structure gives you a sense of speed that you really shouldn't be getting from how fast you're going, but it's so disorientated amazing

Airtimes Fun Masterpiece Theming Lap Bar

This was my first RMC, and I absolutely love how ruthless its layout is. There are no boring sections. The never ending bunny hills, the unique elements that throw you out of your seat. It was just an incredible ride! However, the lap bar has a section for your legs which was very uncomfortable. I didn't have time to notice it during the ride. But in the tilting turn following the station, it forced my legs into a position where I ended up having cramps throughout the entire lift hill. It also took forever for the station to load the guests on my visit, and the queue has practically zero shade. But the ride itself should definitely be on your bucketlist!

    Masterpiece Layout Ejectors

I rode this twice when I was still terrified of big coasters like these, so I kept clinging onto my lap bar for the entire ride. Today, I came back to avenge this ride and the only thing I can say is HOLY SHIT is this a good coaster! It's like they handpicked the best elements to possibly exist on a coaster and built it to perfection. There is only one bad part on this ride - the bunny hop right after the drop that gives floater at best - but from there onward you will have the most amazing single minute of your lifetime. My first ride today was in the front, and it immediately shot up into my number one coaster. I should mention that I've only ridden coasters in the Netherlands so far, but still. My second ride was at the very end of the day in the back of the train. The first drop is amazing. The 270 degrees stall gave sideways floater my first ride, but in my second I got EJECTED out of my seat. The two big airtime hills after the overbank are both insane and sustained, and the zero-g roll gives amazing hangtime no matter what speed you are going through. From that moment onwards, it is mostly bunny hills. And let me tell you. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM gives you a mega pop of airtime. I'm usually not really a sucker for airtime, but let me tell you, this airtime is so perfect, I was having the absolute time of my life. The last major element is also the single best one: a heartline roll, filled with the most amazing hangtime you will ever experience on a coaster. Everything on this coaster is perfect. Even the brake run is perfect and I'm not sure why. Just believe me when I say this coaster had gotten a new big fan. I still don't know how they do it, but RMC managed to make the perfect rollercoaster.

Untamed is probably the Maximum that you can get out of a ride with this height. The Many Inversions Provide a variety of sensations like sustained weightlessness and sustained hangtime. The Airtime hills deliver, especially the back to back camelbacks before the First 0g Roll offer great and sustained ejectors. While the Layout is a 10/10 for me, the theme also got me good. Its one of my favourite coasters and i couldnt wish for anything else in its Spot. Nice Work from RMC here in Europe!

Amazing coaster with lots of interesting elements. My favourite is the 270 degree double inverting stall just after the drop. The following elements are nice as well but nothing too special for me. I especially dislike the bunny hops since they do not provide sustained airtime and just abruptly yank you out of the seat. The trains are very comfortable (except for the leg guards). On this ride you can actually enjoy the ride when you are stapled. The pacing is very good - Until the last heartline-roll the ride maintains a steady pace. Overall a very good coaster that provides a special experience nonetheless.

    Airtimes Intensity Smoothness Reliability

Review 2023-01-03: I can't overstate how mad this ride is. It's truely a shame how much change there is from morning to evening. In the morning the coaster is Tame, in the evening it's Untamed. Evening rides are fantastic too. The airtime is so powerful, good greatness airtime that tries to kill you. It actually gave me bruises this time around :P Review 2021-06-13: This coaster is insane. I have ridden it twice today and I will come back to the park in two weeks again. The mid seats are alright, I rode that at the early beginning of the day (10.30am). It was definitely not warmed up yet, but it was a pretty good 4/5 stars then. But at the end of the day (6.15pm) I rode in the back and the intensity was absurd. So frigging good. Definitely has become my new favourite coaster I have been on. And that says a lot, to place my local park above something like Six Flags Magic Mountain's attractions (love those). Sadly at the end of the day there were about 5 breakdowns while waiting in queue. They were all resolved within a few minutes but still frustrating that there were so many breakdowns. The staff has told me this is normal for the beginning of the season though, and that they think the reliability will be a bit higher when the high season starts.

    Inversions Smoothness Ejectors Discomfort

Untamed is a relentless airtime machine: airtime moment after airtime moment after airtime moment. With the occasional inversion thrown in. Untamed has some amazing inversions: the 270 degree double inverting corner stall gives some great views and offers amazing laterals as well exiting this element. The uphill barrel roll at the end is one of my favorite inversions of all time: it is very stretched out, giving some amazing hangtime and the heartline is perfectly shaped as well: if you focus in front of you, you can see the world turn around you and it looks amazing. But, I'm really not the biggest fan of Untamed. All those airtime moments are pretty painful because of the stupid shin guards. And airtime is what Untamed is good at: it is focused so much on airtime that it doesn't have a lot of variety in its elements. I love variety in a coaster and Untamed just doesn't offer me enough of that. Don't get me wrong, I still think Untamed is an amazing coaster and I love riding it every time I visit Walibi Holland, but it's just not my cup of tea as I prefer rides that are less painful and offer more variety in their elements.

    Masterpiece Layout Ejectors

Untamed is a phenomenal ride and encapsulates everything that RMC is known for. It’s an airtime machine, with around 20 moments of straight ejector. Some fantastic inversions complement the airtime well, most notably the unique double inverting stall and the final roll. It may lack in positive gs, but overall Untamed is an incredible ride and a true masterpiece.

    Airtimes Fun

This is a ride that can range from all-right to a boatload of fun, depending on where you sit and how long it has warmed up for. Go at the end of the day and try to get a seat at the back and you’re golden.

    Airtimes Masterpiece Ejectors Capacity

This is my favourite ride. The airtime is insane. The inversions are awesome especially the first one, the 270 degrees doub;le inverting stall. The floater airtime on this inversion is incredible. The succession of elements is relentless. Ride when fully warmed up for that out of control feeling. Rerides require a lot from your upper leg muscles, but it is worth it for the experience. Both front and back rows a great although I prefer the back, especially because of the first drop.

    Smoothness Layout Ejectors Lap Bar

Let's get the negative out there first: That fixed lap bar/shin restraint combination is a terrible idea. The longer your legs and the thinner you are, the worse it gets. Every time in the station when the employees pushed the lap bar it was instant shin pain for me and i got forced into an uncomfortable seating position. But as i wrote: Your mileage may vary depending on your specific anatomy. Luckily it wasn't that bad while actually riding, but i definitely couldn't ride this all day just because of that. Apart from that: It's a flawless ride. The first drop is great and from that point on it just keeps delivering great element after element. You just can't stop giggling through the entire ride, as it happily throws you around in your seat. Lots and lots of ejector airtime on those bunny hills, faster and slower inversions, wonderfully varied banked turns. I can't think of a way to make more out of the length of that track. Also, it's perfectly smooth. Just a fantastic job by RMC. Capacity is a bit low for the ride's popularity and reliability seems on the weaker side, given that both of the 2 trains in operation during my day in the park had multiple seats or even rows that could not be used and it broke down 2 times. But that won't negatively impact my rating, as you need multiple park visits to really get a better overall picture. Could just have been bad luck.

    Masterpiece Smoothness Ejectors

This might be my number 1 or 2 overall pretty much equal with Zadra at Energylandia. Just an absolutely wild layout that makes you feel like you’re being flung from your seat every other second whilst some how managing to remain perfectly smooth throughout. The ejector pops over the last few bunny hills before the break run were a real standout

    Smoothness Layout Ejectors

Very good coaster. Loads of different elements back to back to back. Also very smooth. After your first drop it goes straight with a very small bump. A bit too long straight part in my opinion. You also have a belt under your lap bar and the metal connector part of it can hurt if its on your leg. For the men: your balls can hurt a bit after this ride ;)

    Inversions Layout Ejectors Harness

An absolute beauty of a ride. Got 10 rides on this thing in one day and all of them delivered. The outer bank out of the station is crazy, the first drop is absolute madness. 80° and 37 metres may not seem like much, but in the back row it is a powerhouse of ejector. The speed hill into the double inverting stall is awesome, and the stall itself not only provides copious amounts of hangtime, you get laterals whilst out of your seat (a common theme for this ride). The double up provides great airtime, and on the second hill you get whipped to the left, throwing you into the air whiteout sitting down. Another airtime hill into a wave-turn-esque thing, leading into a beautiful zero-g roll, before yet another wave-turn-esque thing, all providing a mix of hangtime and airtime. The double up into the double down throws you into the lap bar, and the overbank is just amazing. The 4 consecutive airtime hills are awesome, especially as they lead into the best part of the ride; the heartline roll with the ground as the head chopper. Speaking of, the supports and structure provide many headchoppers throughout the masterful layout. The heartline roll gives an immense amount of hangtime and throws you into the lap bar (the most painful part of the ride), before the dip down and dip up into the brakes, both with brilliant airtime. The operations aren’t always the fastest on here, and sitting on the brake run with no shade isn’t all that great, but all in all it’s a near perfect coaster, and was an amazing ride to be my 100th credit. Definitely a back row ride, but the front is also exceptional.

    Inversions Layout Ejectors Harness

This coaster is an airtime machine with ejector all over the place! The double inverting stall is so whippy with sustained hangtime which makes it one of my favourite inversions along with RTH's double inverting dive loop, it is smooth as glass with no rattle or vibration, not much theming but the coaster doesn't really need that. Overall a perfect fast paced layout with no dead spots. Only con is the restraints can be quite uncomfortable on your legs especially for taller people.

    First Drop Ejectors Hangtime

As my first RMC, it exceeded expectations. Everybody knows how good it is. For me, best parts were the first drop (one of the best I have experienced) and the final heartline roll, providing awesome hangtime when there was hardly any speed to do anything else. The lap bars didn't bother me at all, I found them much more comfortable than many other coasters at the park with Vekoma's restraints. Finally, it was packed with the strongest airtimes I have experienced; I can't find any con (EDIT: no longer the stongest ones, RTH's drop beats that by far). It could do with more theming, perhaps, but at least it looks nice with some water, trees and the wooden structure.

    Airtimes Fun Layout

I have ridden Untamed a total of 19 times, and I have enjoyed every time. I just can't help but laugh uncontrollably throughout the whole ride because of how fun it is. It has some of the best airtime moments in Europe, and the corner stall is the best inversion on any RMC I've done. What sets this apart from other RMC's is that this ride is a complete package, even more so than rides like Zadra imo. The rerideablitity is crazy. Also, the backseat is the place to be, just like many other RMC's.

WOAH. First RMC I've rode. I am in love with them. This was a next level and a feeling of a new era of roller coasters. RMC, what magic did you do! The coasters keeps you so busy all the time you have no idea what's going on. It just wants to eject you all the time, disorient you or chop your head of with these excellent placed head choppers. Lastly what just adds so much to the overall experience is the smoothness. Incredible. The theming suits it. It is this wild plant and flower area and theming and it fits this coaster and especially the times we live in to give nature space as it should be. Well done RMC. Well done Walibi. This is by far the no. 1 coaster in The Netherlands.

It has a amazing first drop and the 270° double inverting stall is such a good inversion, the entire element your out of your seat. Airtimes First Drop Pace Lap Bar

Untamed is an amazing roller coaster. It's smooth, fast paced and has some epic ejector airtime! At the time of writing, this is the only RMC that I've ridden and I'm very impressed with the company as a whole. Whilst the lap bars are said to be uncomfortable, you only feel a slight discomfort when you're experiencing airtime (because your body is being thrust out of the train at high negative g-forces. Which you know, a little bit of discomfort for some insane airtime is a bargain in my opinion. The theme and area for Untamed is really unique, with this chilled atmosphere surrounding the coaster. I honestly cannot wait until I can return back to Walibi Holland and ride this beast of a coaster again. If you live in Europe or are visiting from elsewhere in the world, this is one coaster you don't want to miss out on.

    Airtimes Intensity Layout Lap Bar

I live in the Netherlands so when this coaster i was excited to hear that the second RMC was coming to my country. I liked Robin Hood i thought it was not so bad what most people think but this is a good discission. So the day after opening day i was there to ride this coaster and see after i did Wildfire if this was as good as my expectations. Well it is for the Netherlands a great coaster, the best i think but it was a small wooden rollercoaster so it was not so big to make a great RMC. The elements are insane and all the airtime moments and inversions are great and thats why this my nr #1 Dutch coaster but Lightning Rod and Wildfire and Steel Vengeance are better in my opinion just because of the height and location. Other thing is the lap bar hurts after many ejector airtime and after 5 rides but thats a first world problem. So this coaster is on #11 of my top coasters i've done.

    Pace Ejectors Hangtime Lap Bar

This ride is really good paced filled with loads of ejector airtime, just before the final brakes you'll go through a uphill barrel roll which delivers some really great hangtime. The unique element (the 270 degrees corner stall) was also very impressive, overall an amazing ride. The only con I have with this ride is that the lap bar is a little bit uncomfortable, but for such an amazing ride I don't really mind that it is a little bit uncomfortable. Untamed is overall a really good ride and I would defenitly recommmend visiting Walibi Holland when you're in The Netherlands to experience this awesome ride.

    Airtimes Ejectors Harness

Some silly strong airtime coupled with a very well designed layout provide an experience where it feels like the ride is trying its best to remove you from the train. Only let-down is the harnesses, which end up bruising your thighs after multiple rides, and the heartline roll at the end which I just found uncomfortable.

  • Tyler M.

    Pace Smoothness Ejectors Harness

I'll get the negative point out of the way first. RMC shin-guards are a spectacularly wank design choice, and would be unnecessary if the trains were designed a little better. For a tall rider like myself, they force you to sit in an uncomfortable position and they dig in to your shins due to the hard material. The lap bar itself is really comfy, I really like that, but the shin-guards have no wiggle room for comfortable rides. Anyway, moving on to the ride layout, it's nutty! It has a ridiculous amount of insane, sustained ejector and some fantastic inversions. The only thing it is lacking in terms of layout is a good amount of positive force, but then again RMC isn't exactly known for positives! I honestly can't put the ride experience in to words, it's just so ridiculous; I have heard that it has the pacing and intensity of Steel Vengeance, especially in the second half, and I'd be inclined to agree based on POV's of SteVe. The final roll is also an interesting choice, as it gives some good hangtime, however the shin-guards then have a lot of your weight pressing against them, so personally I would have preferred a traditional RMC roll (though now I'm just nitpicking). It's a fantastic ride overall, but it has some minor flaws that stop it from getting the full 5 stars.

One of the best in Europe for sure. Need to ride Zadra and Wildfire to make sure, but still. Make sure to ride it when it has warmed up - Airtime goes from pretty nice to absolutely insane on every bump! PS: I'm "only" 1,75m tall, my legs are not long enough to make the harness uncomfortable :)
