I think that Sandy’s is a pretty good rollercoaster for how compact it is. I love how the launch is so punchy and how you get whipped over those inversions. I also like the turntable element because it is very unique for a coaster to have that. What I don’t like is the pretty noticeable rattle in the valleys. I also don’t like how short it is even though it goes around two times.

Packing two INSANE launches and a barrage of amazing hangtime elements, Sandy's Blasting Bronco is nonstop fun throughout both of it's ride cycles. Even with the slight rattle, the attraction is still among the best coasters in the state.

This coaster has a lot of pro’s and con’s. But still one of the greatest launch coasters I have ever ridden. The launch has a punch (even though it’s short). The hang time is great. The lap bar snugs you tight in. And every single pro gets even better when it’s backwards! The launch just flings you away. The inversions backwards are some of the most intense elements I have been on. It’s just a great ride in general. The only things I dislike about the coaster is that it’s to short, it has a rattle, and it’s absolutely shitty reliability. It was open for 1 hour for the entire 7 hours we were there. But I’m thankful for being able to get one ride on it. And I’m thankful for that.

I generally really enjoyed this ride. The launch is fun and even better backward and it includes some very solid positives and hangtime. However, the ride had some very noticeable bumps and it was only open about an hour before breaking down for the rest of the day, only allowing one ride for me. Still, definitely a great number 2 even with Shellraiser closed.

It opened while I was in line for Timmy, so I couldn’t make it the 75th. I still was fortunate to ride it in the short time frame that it was open. I was there for over 6 hours, and it was open for one of those hours. Forwards launch already is pretty powerful for LSM standards. The two immelmanns were pretty whippy in the back. The rollover provided some great hangtime. Suddenly the turntable makes you go backwards and the launch almost is dangerous. You get yanked towards the seat in front of you. I definitely don’t recommend putting your hands up on the backwards launch in the back because you might smack the other seat. Everything mentioned before applies to the second half, except you don’t realize when each element will occur. The only problem is the roughness. Even when it’s only four years old, it has a noticeable rattle. Maybe the park isn’t good at maintenance. After all, Shellraiser was closed today and has been closed since October. Even with the roughness, Sandy is still a great ride that hopefully can get better maintained in the future.

This ride is the king of the park in my opinion. The launch is very forceful and I love the intamin lap bars. The whole layout is filled with decent hangtime and whip. The backwards section is even more fun though, as that intense launch backwards sends you flying out of your seat and then you get all the different forces in reverse this time.

Wow, Intamin knows how to make powerful launches. It's quite the shock to only need one launch to get through the elements having been on Sky Rocket IIs and Galeforce. But this one outclasses those, no doubt (in all aspects, not just the launch). Great whip on some of the elements, with hangtime on some others. Doing it forwards, and then backwards is a great gimmick. The spinning track is a great spectacle, and done quickly. Oh, and the lap bars are super comfortable. There is a noticeable rattle at points (think Fahrenheit’s cobra roll), but that doesn’t really take away from the experience.

This may look straightforward, but it has a lot of tricks up its sleeve. This coaster features an insane launch along with inversions which provide a mixture of positive G’s, hangtime, airtime, and laterals. I really love how different each of the 3 immelmanns are and each and every one was thrilling in its own unique way! The second Immelmann is by far the best one, providing ridiculous whip! And the backwards launch is nuts! Overall, Sandy’s Blasting Bronco packs a mighty punch!

This is a super compact and fairly intense launch coaster. There is a good mix of airtime and hangtime going through the various inversions, and some of the valleys were also surprisingly intense. The backwards half was definitely the better half not being able to see where you're going and all. The major issue with this ride is the rattle, which is worse than half the wooden coasters I've been on. Personally, the rattle did not take away from the ride experience itself and even made it more interesting, but both my friend and I got mild headaches afterwards which made the rest of the evening less fun. Even so, this is a super fun ride that I would be happy to see installed in other parks.
