Fun GCI. Not very big but it's probably the best of the family GCIs.

First Drop Fun Smoothness

Obviously Heide is a baby GCI, but I think it punches well above it's weight. You get a decently steep first drop, that whips down to the left if you're on the back row, despite the short 6-car trains. There's some good pops of airtime, i like the double down a lot, and some nice transitions and small drops throughout. The pacing is great as well, most of the layout is close to the ground so it keeps the speed it has very well, you hit the brakes hard. There's plenty of bigger and better woodies out there, but Heide does what it's meant to do very well, it's great fun, and it runs very well too, nice and smooth. A very enjoyable coaster

First Drop Nice surprise! Smoothness Intensity

A very smooth woodie. It has a really nice first drop, a decent layout and is a rollercoaster that will bring many younger enthusiasts towards riding bigger coasters. It is not as intense as I had hoped but it's alright since it is basically a kiddie ride. Nevertheless it is definitely worth a ride or two.

Lap Bar Nice surprise! Smoothness Too short Layout Intensity

On one hand it's a great coaster, because it's probably the smoothest wooden coaster ever and it has super nice padding in the car. But on the other hand, the layout and intensity wasn't anything too special. Still I really liked it

Fun Smoothness

This is an excellent wooden roller coaster for the whole family. It is exciting enough, that even roller coaster enthusiasts will be pleased. Good layout and a smooth ride.

First Drop Pace

Love GCIs and this is a decent one - nothing extreme, but feels fast and verges on wild. Good variety of hills and valleys and the nice bit with goats at the end is good. First drop is surprisingly precipitous and its beautifully themed as well - no complaints.

Pace Fun Too short

It kinda feels like the small brother of Mystic Timbers at Kings Island, the same kind of speed demon, but very short compared. Mystic timbers was already not so long, but definitely could use some more lenghts, especially for this out and back layout. Really enjoyable ride tho, GCI did what GCI does best! :)

Pace Fun Smoothness Capacity

Heidi’s a very fun small-scale woodie that might not be the most extreme, but still packs in a great ride. It’s much smoother than its counterpart in Orlando and still flies through the layout, even if it doesn’t offer too much in the way of forces. That being said, Heidi is really enjoyable and I always came off with a smile on my face.

Pace Fun Smoothness Too short Capacity

Very enjoyable wooden coaster but ends quickly, great fun! Got quick pops of air even in the morning. The queue is a draaaag on one train sadly, but I imagine things would move slightly faster if they put a second one on.

Comfort Too short Disappointing!

I don't know... Heidi is a pretty mediocre wooden coaster. It is smooth, but otherwise I found this one to be a little boring. It's on the shorter side and the capacity isn't that great either, with one train only having 6 coaches instead of the normal 12 found on Millenium Flyer trains. Perfect for families, but if you're like me and want a better wooden coaster, you're better off riding Troy or Wodan instead.

Airtimes First Drop Smoothness Too short Capacity

Good coaster but any wait longer than 20 minutes is pointless - too short of a ride and not really that good, but still fun. Nice first drop, some good airtimes, and excellent banked turns, especially for a wooden coaster.

Airtimes Fun Smoothness Capacity Dead spots

Very fun wooden coaster with loads of floater pops and a couple ejector! Overall a very smooth family coaster with nice theming at the end of the ride!

First Drop Fun Layout

This is a very good Family Wooden Coaster. The first drop is good, with the rest of the time speeding in comfort in a twisty layout. Fun! Fun! Fun!

Airtimes Pace Fun Capacity

GCI never disappoints. I love woodies, and this one was a lot of fun. The swiss area looks quite nice, although the ride itself isn't very themed. Specially the queue is horrendous: a huge, slowly moving cattle-pen (ops are a disaster, as usual in this park, and the trains are shorter than those of other GCIs) inside a plain wooden building, without any windows to have a look at the coaster. On sunny days, it gets unbearably hot in there. And this ride usually gets the longest line at the park, as it is family-friendly enough for many kids to ride, and thrilling enough for adults to enjoy. The drop surprised me, I expected less due to it being twisted rather than straight. At the back it's a lot of fun. And the rest of the coaster is a relentless sucession of quality floater pops, keeping an awesome pace all the way through.

Nice surprise! Comfort Fun Too short

Good coaster and nice addition to the park. Good surprise as it has a solid pace and some airtimes. However, like very good Belgian coasters, it's too short.

Lap Bar Fun Smoothness Dead spots

This ride is so much fun and for some odd reason the smoothest coaster in the park. While it is fun overall, it has a few dead spots but it is fine for a family coaster. Fun little ride.

Theming Fun

I have ridden Heidi's clone in Majaland Kownaty a few weeks ago so I can confirm it feels and rides very similar. It ages very good. It can be ridden with hands in the air with no discomfort. Good pace and intensity for a family.

Theming Pace Fun

A great family wooden coaster! There are even some airtime moments and pacing is pretty good for a coaster of this size. Additionally, the traditional Swiss village looks pretty neat.

Fun Capacity

These small GCI's are awesome, while of course nothing made out of wood will ever beat the greateness of wodan. I am surprised how well this standard layout fits the park and it is a great addition for sure. A shame though they couldn't put longer trains since the capacity is clearly not sufficient for plopsaland.

Airtimes Fun Smoothness Too short Capacity

A great GCI wooden coaster. Nice and well paced layout. A bit short though but good enough for the plopsa park. Nice moments of floater and sometimes ejector in the late afternoon. Good first drop even for it’s size.

Not the best GCI out there, but still fun, and also good for kids because it is not intense.

This is a perfect example of a very good Family Wooden Coaster. The first drop is really good, but the rest of the ride is nothing outstanding. The airtime isn't that good, but it has a very twisty layout which is very fun.

Airtimes Pace Fun

Excellent wooden roller coaster with airtime pops. Nicely themed queue line and station, a lot faster than the theme may lead you to believe.

Pace

Heidi has great pacing (except for the double up hill) and is a fun albeit short ride. Do not expect tons of ejector airtime and you'll enjoy this wooden coaster.
