Inversions Comfort Smoothness
Hulk is really smooth, especially after the full retrack. And that really allows you to feel the intensity of the inversions and the nice layout and setting over the lake. The launch took me by surprise my first ride, and is a fun way to start the ride off. It is just a really nice ride.

First half? ELITE. Second half? nothing special. It's really smooth though.

Inversions Launch Intensity Headbanging Discomfort Dead spots
The theming of the queue is great but not Universal's absolute best. I don't like the restraints but it's very hard to please me when it comes to over the shoulder restraints. The launch into the zero-g roll is crazy. The part up to the tunnel is just awesome and makes me gray out reliably. Almost perfect other than the head banging on the cobra roll. Then the layout kind of peters off to good but not a masterpiece. And the brake run absolutely kills any excitement. It feels like the train is absolutely crawling through the last elements after the brake run. The ride overall is rough which can make the intensity uncomfortable. I do love the positive g's this ride pulls throughout, it's refreshing after the recent focus on airtime. Its a shame, the beginning seems like the setup to an incredible coaster, but the discomfort kicks in and the quality of the beginning portion doesn't carry through to the whole coaster.

Solid ride, just the cobra roll causes a mild concussion,

Theming Inversions Launch Rattle Dead spots
Always a fun ride! Launch is great into the Cobra roll, and being close to the water is cool. The first half is definitely more intense than the second half, so riding this multiple times makes the second half pretty boring which is why it's not one of my top coasters, but a classic one at universal, it also has a pretty good rattle now even with the retrack, so it could hurt your head. It's my 3rd favorite at all of universal, velocicoaster and hagrids beat this for sure

First Drop Launch Intensity Dead spots
Unpopular opinion: This is better than Velocicoaster. Don't get me wrong, I do love Velocicoaster, but this is just better. The first half is absolutely insane, with the launch into the zero-g roll, the cobra roll, and the loop all back to back, with the most epic sounds ever. All B&Ms sound good, but this thing has that massive power buildup sound effect, that hulk roar, and then the coaster itself thundering along shaking the earth itself from across the park. After you hit the midcourse, the drop off actually provides decent floater airtime, but then the rest is pretty much dead.

Theming Launch Intensity Dead spots
That first half, god. One of the most insane things B&M has done. Just the sequence of that powerful launch, rapid fire zero-g roll, insane cobra roll and giant loop are just crazy. After the midcourse, it doesn’t really do anything, which is kinda disappointing for how insane the first half is. Just such an intense ride with some great queue theming.
-
Comfort Intensity Layout
One of those rides that just makes me happy. The launch and first four inversions are just absolute perfection.
-
Theming Launch Intensity Headbanging
It starts off great with an uphill launch out of the tunnel. The first half layout is good with some surprising intense elements, but the second half is pretty lackluster. Moderate headbanging throughout most of the ride detracted from an otherwise fun time.

Inversions Intensity Rattle Headbanging
I prefer the old track on this one. The first three quarters of the ride were insanely forceful and snappy, and the final corkscrew gave some good hangtime. The new track didn't last too long when it comes to smoothness though, the ride has a terrible rattle which results in some headbanging. It's still a great ride but I think they downgraded it. The new theming is cool but it doesn't have that "classic" Marvel charm Marvel Super Hero Island was going for.

Inversions Nice surprise! Intensity
When I was a kid, I read DC. Superman was my favourite. The only Marvel I knew were Spider-Man, due to the movie, and the Fantastic Four, due to the HB cartoon on Boomerang. One time, a kid in my school wore a Hulk shirt, and I asked who it was. He told it was the Hulk, and I said, "Never heard of him." There was a Hulk kiddie ride at my local mall, but I only rode it once, because it was in the same area as the Superman kiddie ride I adored so much. We went down to Disney / Universal in 2006, and at Islands of Adventure, I went on the superhero rides even though I didn't know who half of them were. This was a great ride! Full of twists, turns, and surprises. The surprises being the intense inversions -- of course! The launch was awesome, and the theming in the queue acquainted me more with the Hulk. I wouldn't get into Marvel proper until the Avengers: Endgame hype, though.

Theming Launch Intensity Layout
This ride is phenomenal. It's the only B&M I've ridden with a launch, and it really packs a punch. The queue has great theming, and the operations are very efficient.
-

Second half is fairly mediocre when I rode it. But the first half was amazing.
-

the launch is spectacular but the rest of the ride does jerk your head around.

Inversions Pace Intensity
Hulk is one of the most non stop intense coasters I've ridden. This thing feels so fast and every inversion is awesome. The launch is really forceful and just amazing with the tunnel theming and the zero g roll is my favorite inversion still 5 years later, the cobra roll and first loop are essentially a sustained greyout and the rest of the ride is still really good with the helix around the launch tunnel and the two corkscrews and second loop. Definitely the best coaster in Orlando pre Velocicoaster.
-
Launch Intensity Smoothness
Intense and fast and strait up just plain fun.

First Drop Inversions Intensity Rattle
While I noticed a rattle during my experience, Incredible Hulk has fantastic theming, a surprising airtime moment during the zero-g roll/first drop, and its inversions are fast and intense with that zero-g roll being very whippy and fun.
-
Inversions Intensity Layout Dead spots
hulk is about as good as B&M loopers get, the launch is a nice quirk to start out the ride and that zero-g roll is one of the most whippy elements of all time, the rest of the ride has some really good forces and snap as well, the best I've experienced on a classic B&M, but unfortunately the ride dies after the mid course
-
Inversions Launch Intensity
This is an awesome B&M looper. The launch is surprisingly forceful and the inversions are all great and intense
-
Airtimes Launch Intensity Too short
Goated, one of the most underappreciated rides in the world. Truly a masterpiece.
-
Inversions Launch Fun Intensity
Intensity could be considered a good thing, and in my younger years it was. Still amazing ride, the first 3 to 4 elements packed together are marvelous. The second half seems a bit meandering but still fantastic.
-
Launch Intensity Dead spots
This ride is amazing, starting with the launched lift in the tunnel, then into a 0-g roll. You then drop into a cobra roll, before doing a vertical loop, then diving under a bridge. You then pop up into a turn before hitting a corkscrew. You the drop down and do another vertical loop and a turn into the mid courses. You then do a small drop into a corkscrew, before you hit the rides dead spot. The next 20 seconds of the ride is pointless turns over a flat plot of sand. Some of them pull a bit of forces but still a wasted opprotunity to maybe throw in one bonus inversion. Still a great ride though.

Capacity Inversions Intensity
This is without question the best B&M looper I've ridden. Its inversions are much more forceful than any other coaster I've ridden recently, and it also has a great launch despite being outshined by Velocicoaster in that department. Not only that, but this ride has such amazing levels of capacity because of the absurdly high standards that Islands of Adventure holds. Overall, don't underestimate this ride for being the worst coaster in one of the strongest trios in any park.

Inversions Intensity Layout Headbanging
Incredible Hulk WAS the best coaster in Orlando (Velocicoaster probably has that title now). The highlight element was the cobra roll, as I greyed out from its high positive g's. If you do not like greying out and high intensity, I recommend riding in the night as you will not be able to feel the positive G's as much. One noticeable issue of Hulk was some minor headbanging in the section after the mid-course brake run, an issue that I could see as being a valid reason why some people critique this section. However, I thought that the corkscrew after the MCBR was fun and snappy, so overall I thought this section was just fine. Overall this coaster, along with Hagrid's, are must-rides for any thrill or coaster enthusiast when visiting Universal Orlando.

Theming Launch Intensity
Hulk is a really good looper with a great layout. The theming is great throughout the queue and the station. The first launch is great and forceful. The zero-g roll after is very whippy as well. The cobra roll si very forceful and so is the loop. I've greyed out on both of these elements multiple times. The big swooping turn and corkscrew are great and then the second half is just a twisted mess of whip. The loop has good forces and the turns and corkscrew throw around. Hulk is definitely different from your average looper but its great.

Launch Smoothness
My first major coaster will always hold a special spot in my heart
-
Inversions Launch Intensity Harness Dead spots
The start to the ride with the launch into the zero-g roll is a great way to begin the experience. The following cobra roll and next inversions are intense. The ride starts to die down in the second half especially after the MCBR. There will be some headbanging, but if you stick your head forward, the headbanging is eliminated. I’m not a fan of the bulky restraints.
-
one of the best looking and best themed coasters around. it manages to be forceful, fun, and not as pissed off as Mark Ruffalo's twitter feed. This feels like it was based more on Lou Ferrigno or Eric Bana, and I for one, appreciate that.
-
Inversions Intensity Duration Dead spots
So fun the whole time. The theming is top notch, and the intensity is surprising. Even if it dies after the mcbr, the rest of the ride makes this the second best ride in the entire resort, and the best rollercoaster there!
-
Inversions Fun Intensity
The incredible hulk is an amazing ride, it has a good launch, forceful inversions and it's overall a really fun ride. The thing has incredible capacity and it's location over the lake is beautiful.
-
Launch Intensity Duration
The coaster already looks dope, that cobra roll over the lake is like the main part of the parks skyline. Very nice themed queue line with story telling. The lift hill with launch into the zero g roll is awesome, intense inversions, only a slight rattle and its a pretty long ride Thrill: 4/5
-
Inversions Launch Layout
I love this ride. Best rollercoaster at the park. 7 inversions and a really enjoyable ride. They could have put lap bars in to create a more intense ride with more hang time. Great themed in the queue. Overall an AMAZING rollercoaster. Would love to ride it again.???

Inversions Launch Intensity
This ride is the best coaster in all of Orlando/Kissimmee. It's got everything you want from a sit-down/floorless coaster: Speed, Intensity, Hangtime, Length (and maybe theming if you're that kind of person!) Overall, the ride experience, and especially how it dominates the skyline, making it a must-ride for any coaster enthusiast!

8.1 out of 10. love the whole launch and ride. the loops are fun.
-
Inversions Launch Layout Headbanging Theming
Great rollercoaster with plenty of world class inversions. The theming is sparse in comparison to the other rides in the park. certain seats provide headbanging but it is not that much of a problem compared to other rollercoasters around the country

Theming Fun Intensity Dead spots
While it may not be as intense as its Tampanian brother, Hulk still delivers in terms of theming, thrills and pacing... right up until you hit the mid-course. I wish Universal would’ve worked with B&M to redesign the entire second half, since they had gone through all the effort to rebuild the track; however, it’s not a major issue, as Hulk still warrants 4 stars from me. The zippy launch in the tunnel sequence never got old on all 5 of my rides, and the cobra roll over the water is a picturesque but nevertheless intense manuever. I surprisingly enjoyed the dive into the misty tunnel, which the water provided some relief from the heat of April in Orlando, and the second loop was decently intense. Overall this is tied with Rip Ride Rockit (a surprising candidate) for my favorite coaster at Universal Orlando Resort.

Inversions Launch Headbanging
Had the privilege to ride the Hulk in both it's original and retracked form. Both were best from the back seat, by a country mile. Both are headbangy, but smoother in the back seat, and both demand the ride be ridden not ragdolled. I dare say I thought the retracked variant may be rougher than the original! That said, the triple whammy out of the station and quick-fire inversion sequence are hard to beat. Second half utterly forgettable after the mid-course brakes - but then keeping up the pace of the first half would be a near impossible task. One of the better coasters in Florida, even in spite of the roughness. Go on Universal, I dare you, figure out a way to put the B&M Hyper restrains onto the Hulk... Somehow...?!

Theming Location Launch Rattle Headbanging
Used to be almost unrideable sometimes on any row apart from the front.. gave terrible headaches! But much better now since its recent re-track.. Love the location over the water and the roar it makes.. The launch is cool into that first inversion (although preferred the audio before the 're-theme' when it used to say "I, I think this time its going to work.. " last time i rode it it didnt say that anymore..) Theming is good
-
First Drop Launch Fun
That start of the rollacoaster is amazing, and that first turn... wow
-
Theming Inversions Intensity Dead spots
Hulk is a well themed, exciting launched B&M looper. The theming is fantastic in the launch tunnel, the ride is smooth, and the inversions are all forceful and exciting. However, the pacing is off. After the first four inversions, there is a very weak helix around the launch tunnel, which slows the pacing. The ride essentially dies after the midcourse, the final corkscrew and helix are slow and weak. Otherwise, the first six inversions are very forceful and creatively placed.
-
Theming Location Masterpiece Headbanging Discomfort
Been on it before and after the reconstruction, beside the theming, no major changes. Still a funny ride with an amazing location but not as confortable as other B&M of that kind.
