First Drop Location Rattle Harness Discomfort

I do not get the love for this ride other than nostalgia. This ride is straight up too painful to enjoy. I think if they update the restraints, it could be a good ride, but man, every ejector moment felt like it was trying to prevent me from ever having kids. The rattle throughout and the painful elements are just too much for me to enjoy anything about this ride after the first drop.

First Drop Location Smoothness Dead spots

People like to joke about calling it "Millennium Forceless" which does make sense because parts of the ride it just feels like you are meandering. But that FIRST DROP! Its the best first drop at CP. The view of the park, the least constrictive restraints at the park, the length of the trains, and the speed at which it gathers over the drop just leads to an amazing feeling of weightlessness followed by heavy positive Gs. The first drop alone makes it one of my favorite rides at CP and amongst all rollercoasters and I always make sure to get multiple rides on MF during any trip.

    Capacity Comfort Smoothness Airtimes Intensity

Gatekeeper is a capacity machine with very little wait times usually and its location is very picturesque. The first drop is quite fun and the near misses at the key holes over the entrance definitely add to the experience. However, if you a coaster enthusiast, Gatekeeper is just a let down for its size. After the first drop, you really don't feel any forces. The ride is soo smoth and comfortable to a fault, as if I could read a book while riding the ride. It's a good entry level big coaster and its actually a great way to begin your day at CP, it just isn't overall exciting.

First Drop Capacity Nice surprise! Headbanging

Because its at CP, Rougarou is definitely seen as an afterthought. The smallest B&M at the park just doesn't "sound" exciting. I find it extremely underrated as a result. The double down first drop with a turn is shockingly fun and unique. Reminds me of Raging Bull but I actually like it more because of the turn element even if its not as forceful of a drop. The layout is fun with lots of good inversions. The only downside is head banging as the over the shoulder restraints are quite hard.

    Airtimes Masterpiece Layout

The back car of Steel Vengeance is IMO the best experience I've ever had on a roller coaster. The 2nd half of the ride through the structure is so exhilaratingly chaotic and when you are in the back car, you especially aren't able to see anything coming so all the elements are a surprise. I've done 4 rides on SteVe. 1 in front row and 1 in back. Every ride is amazing, but the back row really is a tier of its own. If I had to spend one day only riding one coaster, it would be Steel Vengeance.

    Location Launch Too short Capacity

A nice launch with drops, sadly gone but was good ride but it was nothing special

    Theming Fun Discomfort

A fun ride, although a child's ride, it is still enjoyable. Not much too the ride and a little discomfort with the trains, but the theming is cool and a nice filler ride for a great park

    Rattle Discomfort Intensity

Absolutely agonising. Throws you everywhere and is so bumpy. I did not have fun at one moment during this ride. Condor at Walibi Holland is better than this and I’m not even joking.

    Airtimes Inversions Ejectors

Wicked Cyclone is an amazing RMC. The airtime is extremely strong and the inversions are really fun and if you sit in the back row. The first inversion is very snappy. The hangtime on this ride is also amazing and the pacing honestly is really good. Wicked Cyclone is fantastic and the best coaster at Six Flags New England and a top 15 coaster for me overall.

First Drop Rattle Discomfort Tear it down!

Watch out for this coaster here. If you can handle some really rough tracks, you’ll have a blast. It is definitely a fast out and back wooden coaster, it’s a good representation of the quintessential wooden coaster. That being said, oh boy it’s rough. Don’t even think about riding in the back if you have any sort of back problems, this thing jackhammers so bad going into the outer banked turns that it amazes me it’s still operating. This thing definitely not going to be around in a few years and I’m totally fine with that. Finngers crossed for an RMC but heck I’d take even just a retrack, if something doesn’t happen soon I feel like this thing is going to shake itself apart.
