I think a top-spin is what this roller coaster can be best compared to. Given it's intense and uncomfortable drops it is a rare coaster that can scare me but I didn't find it to be unbearable. The view you get is fantastic though.

Never been more surprised by a roller coaster. They somehow cramped one of the best wooden roller coasters of Europe into such a tiny footprint and on top of a darkride. The airtime off the steep drops is the best thing about this ride which would have nonetheless been a fantastic woody with all the characteristics people love about woodies. Didn't mind the roughness or lack thereof.

Wow what a blast. I totally understand the hype behind these Xtreme Spinners now. It's one of those rides where you have to experience yourself because the POVs are basically useless. The first drop in the back row (or really any) is one of the best in the business. It gave me that stomach feeling that I have been missing after riding so many coasters. The ride from there on is full of unpredictability and laugh out loud moments. After getting off this ride, I was lowkey about to get on my phone to book a trip to Belgium.

One of the tamest inverts in existence but the location makes this ride. Starting off with a scenic view over the breathtaking Stockholm and the plummeting towards the water. The new-gen's do have fantastic drops. Riding above the crowds inbetween Gröna Lund's narrow walkways definitively makes up for the lower intensity.

The uniqueness of a flying coaster with this gorgeous backdrop of Rookburgh is one of the most amazing experiences. You feel like you're actually flying with the constant near-misses and thrilling music. This one is truly special!

Helix made me an enthusiast and it will probably never cease being my favorite roller coaster in the world (not the best but my favorite). Therefore I will always be biased when talking about the roller coaster but I truly belief that is one the greatest roller coasters in the world. One of the most balanced layouts out there, two amazing ejector hills, all sorts of airtime, crushing positives at certain spots and great transitions. Then there are the launches which should rather be called boosts. It is legitimate complaining about their weakness but then you wouldn't complain about a lifthill in a similar way. Of course, those often make for a great view but with Helix, this doesn't matter because it's location is truly incredible. They carved Helix into the "Liseberg", made it cross dozens of attractions and while that alone would be a huge task for a short roller coaster, Helix has a total track length of 1.381 meters. This makes for aprox. 1:20 seconds of prime ride time. I could go on talking about Helix's lack of theming and why that is actually an amazing thing but I ususally don't write reviews this long. Anyway, just come to Göteborg and ride this beauty if you haven't already.
