Fun Intensity Smoothness
Mad underrated Arrow. I love this ride because it's a forceful ride that is way smoother then people claim and it never has a line. The first two loops give lots of good positives and the corkscrews have cool interaction going over the path. The helix finale is super intense and a great way to finish the ride. I'd much rather Carowinds keep this ride then remove it.

Inversions Intensity Smoothness Too short
A very good B&M Invert and one of the best coasters at Carowinds. I love inverts and Afterburn is no exception. I don't think it's one of the best but it for sure packs a punch. It's a shorter ride that is a lot of positives at once. I prefer most other inverts mainly because of the length. Afterburn is definitely one of the more forceful inverts out there but it always seems like there is at least one or two inverts better at most things. Banshee and Montu both have longer layouts. Montu, Raptor, and Alpengeist are slightly more intense. Talon and Raptor have a compact punchy layout that is just as intense. Great Bear is much more whippy. Afterburn does everything good but not as good as the others.

Airtimes First Drop Pace
Amazing ride with an incredible speed! Love that first drop in the front row. Great airtime and the rattle is not even bad. Great mix of elements, not just airtime hill after airtime hill.

Nice surprise!
It's another alpine coaster - what do you expect? The gimmick - some drums, bells, ... that get "played" when you drive past them is kinda cool tho.

Theming Location Capacity Intensity
The station is very well down (looks stunning from the outside and very photogenic especially when Hals über Kopf is currently going through the Zero-G-Roll on top) and I also like the ending where it drives through the station of Hals über Kopf. It's just so cool. Besides that it's just another Family Boorang, nothing to special. I think I still prefer the older family coaster in the park (Rasender Tausendfüßler) but that doesn't mean it's a bad ride - just average.

Location Pace
Such a cool coaster! It has some very interesting and intense elements, but generally is a lot tamer (imo) than Karacho. There is some rattle but very minimal so I wouldn't consider it as a con.

Discomfort Tear it down! Dead spots
holy shit this thing is a horrible mistake. If I could add more than 3 main cons I would. The roughness on this ride is so bad that even a mine train being that rough would be a horrible ride. It feels like you're driving on grand boulevard at 100 miles per hour. Easily the roughest thing I've ever seen in person, let alone ridden. But one thing that fellow boss haters rarely mention is how god awful the layout and pacing is. This has to be the weakest layout in Missouri. The first half of the ride is just several airtimeless drops back to back with brutal turns between them. If this thing was smoother it would be the tamest ride in the park, the pacing is genuinely that bad. I would mention specific dead spots but the entire ride is a dead spot. Overall, this crime against humanity sucks so much ass that it rides like they were intentionally trying to make it bad for shits and giggles. I'm sure I sound like such an entitled thoosie saying this lol. if it's your favorite ride, no one can take that away from you, but I'm willing to call it trash only because I can't tell what it's trying to do as a ride

Airtimes First Drop Ejectors
Don't listen to haters, this thing doesn't really hurt except for the trim brake. I was laughing on this lol.

Intensity Disappointing! Discomfort
