    Theming Location Intensity Too short

One of my all-time faves. Yes, it’s super short and it does only one thing - but boy does it do it well! Surprisingly intense drop, incredible noise when you enter the hole, it looks great off-ride and you get superb views of Alton Towers at the top, with time to take it in! An absolute classic dive coaster. Love the theming too. UPDATE: After doing this a few more times, I am getting frustrated with how short it is… Bringing it down to 4.5 therefore

    Inversions Location Intensity Dead spots

An absolute bona-fide classic. Alton Towers’ unique height restricitions caused this to be built below ground level and it’s all the better for it. With the iconic roar, theming, and great name it’s a real work of art, and a fantastic ride experience too! Maintains great speed and flings you round without resorting to too much head banging. Slight dead spot at the end but apart from that it’s a must ride! I hope it doesn’t lose too much of it’s character in the retrack! UPDATE: Retrack has made it faster imo if anything and retheme is fantastic! I also probably prefer the new one to the original now!

    Nice surprise! Fun Ejectors

This is an underrated woodie, that has a couple crazy pops of ejector. The coaster tracks pretty well for a woodie, but the valley after the first drop is brutal if you’re sitting towards the back. Overall, a surprisingly awesome coaster that gives some elite pops of ejector, and offers a fun ride experience.

    First Drop Comfort Fun Intensity

This coaster is forceless, but very enjoyable. It has an amazing layout, a fun first drop, and it is very smooth as well.

    Capacity Pace Intensity Rattle

The short of it: It's a really intense, quickfire roller coaster with cool special effects. But the rattle can make it difficult to enjoy it. When I heard people complaining about the rattle, I thought "it can't be that bad". But on the outer seats, it is *that* bad. It's surely the not the worst rattle ever, but because of how intense the layout itself is, the discomfort because of the rattle is greatly amplified. The ride has some quick transitions and strong forces, which usually would be a good thing, but when there's so much shaking, it's difficult to brace yourself for the elements and deal with the forces. I felt like I had to invest a lot of energy and focus on just keeping my head straight, which made it a bit difficult to enjoy the ride. With that out of the way, let's talk about the layout and experience itself. There are some really cool effects before the launch, the vertical launch is a fun experience, and while it can't be compared with a regular launch, it's a unique element with some great hangtime. After that, insanity ensues. The pacing is really fast for this coaster, it's just a barrage of elements with some great ejector airtime pops between. The mid course brake run/turntable gives you a second to breathe, but after that, it just keeps going on like in the first half and keeps throwing you through the elements up until the airtime hill into the final brake run. If you like a really intense coaster, this is for you. I was barely able to process what's happening on the first ride. As mentioned in the beginning, I'm on the edge about it. If it was as smooth as it should be, I would probably enjoy it a lot more. But the insanity of this layout plus the rattle was almost "too much" to be enjoyable. That's definitely how I felt after my first ride, which was on an outer seat. The second time, I was on an inner seat, which had much less rattling, and I could enjoy the intensity of the ride much more. If they manage to reduce the rattle, this would be really, really good and very intense coaster with cool effects and a nice look. But at the moment, it's not the kind of coaster "I can't get enough" of. Instead, I needed a break after the ride on the outer seat. In its current state, it feels like it's wasted potential. As a side note: The operations are insanely good. Even though basically everyone wants to ride it, it was "only" at 60 minutes, which, for a brand new headliner attraction, isn't all that bad. It uses a conveyor belt station where the trains never stop, as well as automatic restraints. Loose items and baggage are stashed into double-sided lockers before the station. The station length (which is important because of the conveyor belt) is adequate, they were done with loading and restraint checking before the trains were halfway through the station. That means a train is sent out every 40 seconds consistently (yes, I stopped the times). The actual, realistic capacity is 1400 pph, and considering they can basically guarantee to keep that up, it's probably more than some coasters with a higher theoretical capacity actually do. It's also a pleasure to watch from the outside for coaster fans. It just looks very cool and you consistently have 2-3 trains on the track, and because of the consistent 40 second dispatches, it has a mesmerizing rhythm.

    Airtimes Inversions Intensity

I was on Zadra for the first time in my life and I feel like it was the best decision, especially since my group went on the coaster at around 19:00 when the ride was fully warmed up and scary. Scariest ride I've done (in a good way). The lap bar was concerning but it was surprisingly comfortable and not rattly at all. I was also expecting it to be whipping me left and right but to my surprise, it was smooth, especially for a hybrid ride.

    Intensity

This is the inferior top gun. The top gun at great america totally mogs this one. I went during some winter event where this was the only ride open. So I stared longingly at Fury wishing I could ride that instead of this inferior loser. To this day I still haven't been able to ride fury.

    Theming Nice surprise!

I was expecting Way Worse considering it's an SLC but it wasn't 4.9% bad. The foam padding on the harnesses helps a LOT, without that then I probably wouldn't rank it as high

    Airtimes Fun Ejectors

A lot of RMC's are good. And Iron Guazi, like most of the other RMC's, didn't disappoint. This hyper hybrid has one of the best inversions in the world-The Death Roll. It’s like a barrel roll downdrop, which is insane. Unfortunately, the theming sucks. There are no crocodiles, okay? Oh, the name sucks too. Still, 10/10!

    Pace Intensity Duration

The cobra roll is the most intense inversion I've ever experienced. The long length doesn't ruin its pacing. The seemingly pointless turns are actually very forceful, and the turn over the station made me grey out. The corkscrews are very whippy. The drop off the mid course provides great airtime. And sitting in the back row is the most overwhelming ride experience I've ever had. The drop off the mid course gives amazing ejector, and you get good hang time on the first 3 inversions.
