Nice surprise! Fun Discomfort
I'm not sure what they did to this ride, but it spins more than any other spinning coaster that I've been on. It's actually almost too much spinning for me. It's kind of uncomfortable and the theming is almost nonexistent, but for what it is, this is a great ride.

Capacity Inversions Intensity
Another iteration of Batman The Ride that continues to impress! I'm not sure what this entire Six Flags chain did but most of these clones seem so much faster than a few years ago. I noticed it with SFGAm just being better than before and now every one I ride seems quicker. It makes me wonder if they swapped wheels at SFOG and saw how much people enjoyed that one and decided to do that at all other locations. It's a capacity monster and the ops did a great job that day. As always Batman is super intense and whippy with great inversions. I still put a few B&M inverts over this clone but this is still better than many other B&M unique layouts. 4/5 stars

Theming Launch Duration Capacity
It’s fun, but would have loved it to be a bit more intense

Inversions Masterpiece Layout Capacity Discomfort
It really felt like 1 train was better than the others in terms of comfort. But that has to be in my top 3 favourite coasters. Stunningly located, amazing first drop. Terrific inversions you can actually enjoy because of their scale and packed with a good launch as well. Some rare elements on this ride as well. 10/10. Second right was less comfortable for some reasons

Location Intensity Duration Rattle Discomfort Lap Bar
This thing hurts. It has stunning views of Mount Fuji, the first part is actually pretty fun. The second part of the track feels (and looks) like it was ran over multiple times before the installed it.

Airtimes Too short Theming Capacity
Worst supporting ride to Forbidden Journey possible

Theming Capacity Disappointing!
Don’t like the VR overhaul and the fact that it no longer spins and only half of the trains gets filled. Honestly, a spinning coaster with VR could be great but unfortunately this is not for me

Theming Fun Smoothness Intensity
Gold rush is a great family roller coaster. It is butter smooth, and has a long layout with great theming. Cycle one is the more tame experience while cycle two offers more thrills with the backwards drop. The launches have a good punch especially for a family coaster, the ride has some small spots of weak floater airtime. One issue with the ride is its intensity, while it is a family coaster other family experiences offer more forces, however this doesn't take away from the ride. Overall gold rush acts as a stand out for Drayton manor and one of the UK's best family roller coasters.
