    Airtimes Launch Fun Discomfort

A fantastic addition to SWO! Has an awesome first launch, great airtime and unique forces, and it is very unique. The only downside is that the restraints aren't very comfortable but it's a small price to pay. There is also a bit of a rattle in the middle to back seats. I definitely enjoyed this more than I expected.

  • Solar Winds

    Launch Pace Intensity

Hulk is an awesome coaster, with one of the best coaster openings of all time being launched out of the tunnel. It has a bit of a rattle, but it doesn't detract from the whole experience. Usually doesn't have as much of a wait compared to the other coasters. One of the most intense B&Ms in the world.

  • Solar Winds

    Airtimes Layout Rattle Discomfort

Very fun airtime filled layout, but it is very rough. One of the roughest steel coaster experiences for me in the back row. Fantastic airtime on the first drop. The music selection gimmick is cool but it beat me up too much. I hope they do some track work because everything else makes a great coaster. It just hasn't aged that gracefully.

  • Solar Winds

    First Drop Smoothness Hangtime Theming

A surprisingly fun Eurofighter. I prefer Mystery Mine and Saw due to their theming but this one was way better than I expected. The first drop is great and the inversions are fun too. It was also one of the smoothest coasters I've ever ridden. It doesn't do anything too out of the ordinary but it definitely is a solid supporting coaster to SFOG's lineup.

  • Solar Winds

    Airtimes Pace Intensity Rattle

A very fun hypercoaster, probably my favorite from B&M only behind Raging Bull. Every hill gave incredible sustained floater, even as strong as flojector in many moments. There is a bit of a rattle but I didn't find it to harm the ride that much. The helix is super intense and the ride maintains a consistently strong pace throughout its entire layout. I also love how it weaves in and out of the park and you get to see the crowds below you through the pathways.

  • Solar Winds

Airtimes First Drop Inversions Too short

A short but sweet RMC. It does a lot in its compact layout. The famous wave turn is excellent and the inversions pack solid hangtime. I just wish it was an element or two longer. It is the worst iBox I've ridden but it is still in my top 25 which is a testament to how amazing these rides are. Also, prepare for some of the slowest dispatches you've ever experienced.

  • Solar Winds

    Pace Masterpiece Ejectors

This ride is unbelievable. I had high expectations going in and it still managed to surpass them. Ridiculous pacing and some of the best elements on any RMC. I rode it in 60 degree weather and it was still hauling. There was basically no one in the station so I just rode it without getting off. A perfect coaster and my #3 RMC only behind Steel Vengeance and Iron Gwazi.

  • Solar Winds

    Airtimes Pace Smoothness Reliability

Unfortunately, I was only able to get one ride on Lightning Rod in the third row (it closed for the day about an hour after park opening), but it was phenomenal. The airtime, smoothness, pace was all on point. It feels like you are engulfed in its massive structure. It is truly one of the most fun coasters I have been on. RMC created a masterful layout and used the terrain to its full potential. The second half is absolutely bonkers. The only downside is its horrible reliability. I was glad to be able to ride it when I could. I cannot imagine this thing all warmed up, and I can't wait to get back some day and see what it is truly capable of. But even with a morning ride it is for sure a fantastic ride.

  • Solar Winds

First Drop Inversions Rattle Headbanging Too short

A fun little Eurofighter, while it lasts. I think it really would've benefited from another strong element or two. The first drop and inversions are great, but the ride has a pretty nasty rattle and headbanging if you aren't careful. I came off with a minor headache. It's my least favorite Eurofighter I've ridden, but it's not bad.

  • Solar Winds

    Launch Intensity Hangtime Too short

The launch is fantastic and you feel it in your stomach. It should be experienced by everyone. The inversions are snappy and provide great hangtime. It is just over before you know it. I know that they were pressed for space but an element or two more would make the ride a lot more complete. It was strange to wait almost an hour for a 20 second ride. But what it does have is a blast.

  • Solar Winds

Airtimes First Drop Pace Rattle Too short

Very good coaster overall, just hampered by its very short length and rattle in the back row. What it does have is awesome though. The first drop, dive loop, stall, and airtime hill are all great. I just wish there was another element or two to really complete the ride. My #8 out of 11 RMCs I've ridden.

  • Solar Winds

    Airtimes First Drop Inversions

This is the best floorless I've ever ridden, and it will be quite hard to top. While not as good of a location as Krypton Coaster, every element hit harder and gave really good floater, even flojector at times. Fantastic inversions with tons of hangtime as well. Also solid positives in the final helices. It's just a fast, fun ride that has an excellent layout.

  • Solar Winds

    Nice surprise! Duration Rattle Layout

I went in expecting a miserable ride experience, but I actually had some fun on it? There are a couple spots of legitimate roughness but most of it was just incredibly bouncy. The sense of speed is there, but there are some massive dead spots and not much force is present. Definitely try to get the front row for the smoothest ride. It isn't a great coaster by any means but it was nowhere near the abomination people make it out to be.

  • Solar Winds

    Airtimes Theming Masterpiece Capacity Reliability

Intamin knocked it of the park again. I had high expectations but this coaster exceeded them. The theming is very impressive. The pacing, airtime, launches, elements were all spectacular. I was giggling and howling like crazy the whole ride. I liked it more than Velocicoaster. My new #3 out of 176. The only issue is the poor capacity and unreliability. It went down several times throughout the day. However, if you manage to get on, you will never forget it.

  • Solar Winds

    Airtimes Smoothness Ejectors

What an awesome addition to the park. The collection of elements is great. The airtime is fantastic. It was one of the smoothest coasters I have ever ridden. While I may prefer individual elements on other RMCs, WCR offers a great package of them. I can't wait to get more rides on it because I was only able to get one from the preview. Right now it is #2 in the park for me only behind Skyrush. But it's damn close.

  • Solar Winds

    First Drop Lap Bar Ejectors

This ride is unbelievable. I had high expectations and it definitely surpassed them. The first drop is one of the best in the world and the second one is almost as good. The section on the quarry wall isn't as breakneck as the first part, but it is there to amp you up for the epic finale. The Gerstlauer bars are very comfortable and vastly improve the airtime as opposed to the RMC-made bars. Overall the best coaster in Texas and my favorite non hyper RMC.

  • Solar Winds

    Inversions Pace Too short

The Dark Knight is a pretty underrated B&M looper. It felt a bit faster than some other floorless coasters I've ridden and the layout is pretty good. It just doesn't do all that much that makes it stand out to other floorlesses. Still definitely worth a ride though.

  • Solar Winds

    Lap Bar Fun

Flying Fish is a fairly good kiddie coaster. The lap bars barely touch you so you can get a lot of room throughout the ride. You get a decent sense of speed because the train does not slow down after each pass through the station. I was surprised by some of the laterals at times. It is definitely worth a spin if you keep an open mind.

  • Solar Winds

    Pace Rattle Disappointing!

Knowing the reputation of SLCs, I went into Riddler Revenge with relatively low expectations. I heard it was one of the better ones due to the restraints, and while they definitely helped relieve the headbanging, it still rode insanely rough. I was shocked about how shaky the trackwork was. The ride has solid pacing and some fantastic near misses, but you can't concentrate on the layout much when you are being shaken around so viciously. I cannot begin to imagine riding this with the unupdated restraints. PMF.

  • Solar Winds

    Inversions Pace Intensity Discomfort

This ride is crazy intense. The pacing is off the charts and the inversions pack in the positives. It doesn't let up from the drop to the brakes. There is some jank and headbanging here and there but overall it is pretty smooth. I think I prefer Tennessee Tornado but this isn't very far behind.

  • Solar Winds

First Drop Fun Hangtime Capacity Discomfort

El Loco is a very fun ride. The forces are varied and all strong. The last dive loop gives an insane amount of hangtime. The first drop gives amazing ejector and the lift hill is super fast so you have a ton of speed going into it.

  • Solar Winds

Nice surprise! Location Hangtime Rattle Discomfort

Super underrated ride. My only problems are the lack of legroom (although it didn't bother me as much as other Premier train coasters), some slightly jerky transitions, and it is expensive to ride. Other than that, the ride packs some really good forces and surprisingly solid airtime. The first drop is decent but the second one is even better. I went in expecting a super rough experience but came away with maybe another top 50 coaster. Definitely check this coaster out of you're in the area.

  • Solar Winds

    Theming Nice surprise! Launch

I definitely enjoyed this ride more than I was expecting. Having also ridden Flight of Fear and Joker's Jinx I can confidently say that this is my favorite of the three Premier spaghetti bowls. The launch packs a punch and the queue theming certainly adds a nice touch. Definitely do not sleep on this one, it is a blast.

  • Solar Winds

    First Drop Theming Smoothness Harness

A solid addition to Fiesta Texas. The theming is impressive especially for Six Flags and the ride is butter smooth. You definitely feel the increased steepness on the first drop and the ride has much stronger positives than most other dive coasters. I definitely prefer it over ShieKra and I think I might slightly prefer it over Griffon.

  • Solar Winds

First Drop Pace Ejectors Too short Discomfort

Wonder Woman GLC is a great ride, but it is slightly hampered by its short length and uncomfortable restraints. However, those cons are made up for with the ride's relentless pacing and incredible airtime. The only other raptor I've ridden was Jersey Devil, and this ride eats that for breakfast. It's almost hard to reride because it is so intense.

  • Solar Winds

    Airtimes Comfort Duration

While it may be lacking the insane elements of RMCs that succeed it, NTG is still a very enjoyable ride that is highly underrated. It is like the Millennium Force of RMCs. The Gerstlauer lap bars are so comfortable and are vastly superior to the RMC-made bars. The airtime is fantastic and the length is perfect. The drop off heading back towards the station in the back is one of the craziest airtime moments I have felt.

  • Solar Winds

First Drop Inversions Intensity Too short

By far the best Arrow looper I have ridden. The loops give great positive Gs and the location is fantastic. I just wish it was a tad bit longer. Still though, it packs in a lot for a short track length.

  • Solar Winds

First Drop Fun Smoothness Too short

Wild Eagle is a very fun ride. The straight drop gives great sustained floater airtime and I love the location above the mountains. Overall, I prefer Gatekeeper and Swarm, but it is still a good wing coaster. There are some great moments of positive Gs as well as airtime pops. Definitely worth a ride if you are at Dollywood.

  • Solar Winds

    Pace Intensity Layout Rattle

This is definitely one of the best GCIs in America, it may be the best along with Mystic Timbers. The pacing is unreal and the ride feels long. The only issue is that the first half has some rough spots. But other than that it is a near-perfect wooden coaster. Definitely be sure to get a night ride on this, it feels like a whole different beast. Absolutely insane.

  • Solar Winds

    Airtimes Lap Bar Fun

While I slightly prefer Twister, Phoenix is still an excellent ride that is worthy of its great reputation. The ride is exceptionally smooth for its age, and contains fantastic airtime with its minimalistic buzz bar restraints. The ending series of bunny hills is downright bonkers. It is a very rerideable coaster and a true crowd pleaser. I usually like more intense rides, but I totally understand why people love this ride so much.
