I'm not a big fan of water rides, at least not on dry parks, so I'm not a huge fan of this thing, but the coaster section was fun! While the theming wasn't as great as Orlando's the elevator lift was kinda fun! And it has a more substantial coaster section!

It was a fun ride and so underrated. I love the water section and the roller coaster section. Not to mention the elevator lift. It does what it's supposed to do, which is get you wet, and I like that....

Théma Débit Fun Vibrations

Ça vibre un peu mais beaucoup beaucoup moins qu’un Poséidon. Belle théma, sauf dans l’ascenseur où il n’y a rien, à noter une ambiance sonore très réussie. Il mouille bien au deuxième splash

First Drop Bonne suprise ! Confort

The seats are very comfortable, the first drop is more intense than the roller coaster part, and it has a nice surprise too! One of my favorites.

I went to Sea World all the time as a kid, and this was the best ride there for a long time before Manta. The whole area is decently themed, and the elevator lift is definitely the most immersive part of the ride, but there is no specific Atlantis "story" shown through the theming. The first drop is fun and the small coaster section after the elevator lift is also alright, but there are no standout elements on this ride besides the elevator lift. However, this is still an overall good ride and it fits the important water coaster slot well.

As of June 6th, 2019, there's literally no theming at all on this ride. I would have figured that the recent renovations (a new paint-job and new, hideous, florescent green ride vehicles) would have allowed them to repair some of the audio/visual effects, but it appears they've either not gotten to that stage yet, or just don't care. As it is right now, the ride operates in total silence with no effects, as it soullessly drops you twice with like five minutes of dead time in between.
