Bonne suprise ! Déception ! Sans intérêt Temps mort

Very boring, slow and pointless. Wouldnt queue over 15 mins for this 'rollercoaster'.

    Théma Vitesse Intensité

It has been a while since I've gone on Nemesis, due to it's re-tracking and refurb, and i was worried it wouldn't live up to what it was in my head. You'll be glad to know this isn't the case. Still my favourite ride at Alton Towers and in the UK. The pacing for such a short ride is just perfect, growing in intensity until it hits its lowest point over half way through the ride. All the elements are just so tight it makes Nemesis Reborn so intense, whippy and enjoyable. The ride is the most intense at the back, being pulled through everything at speed, but the front gives it a run for its money with how quickly you enter those elements, with the added bonus of seeing all the gaps and rockwork you're soaring through. The updated theming is just an added extra and looks super fresh, however I do worry that it won't age that well, similar to how The Smiler is looking now. Beyond impressive that the layout of a ride built in 1994 is still competing with most modern coasters.

    Inversions Layout Longueur Vibrations Intensité

Probably one of the most impressive rides that exists in terms of what they manage to fit in in such a small space. However I think the ride isn't nearly as fun or intense as it should be on paper. Most the inversions feel very similar to each other, and when my favourite part of a ride with 14 inversions is the two small airtime hills, that's a problem. It's aging badly with multiple uncomfortable jolts throughout and has multiple theming elements that are damaged or just not working. This ride really needs some love. It's length is great, the drop into its first inversion out of the station is probably my favourite one, followed by the rolling drops after each chain hill. Still an amazing one of a kind ride but has too many issues to ignore. I have lowered my rating from 4 star to 3 and a half.

    Théma Vitesse Intensité Débit

I really love this ride for its theming and build up of ambience. I was shaking when I was going up that lift hill. It definitely has one of the best coaster experiences I’ve had in my life. The Non-Inverting Sea Serpent Roll is one of the best looking and most unique elements and it just feels as amazing riding as it looks from the outside. But I actually think that the overbanked turn after that is the best element. I just had the feeling it would tear me apart because of the high g-forces and the incredibly whippy transition after that. The few airtime moments and turnarounds after that, provide incredibly high g-forces and ejector airtime moments. Sadly, I have the feeling that this ride ages a bit quicker than other rides. It felt much rougher than it once was when I first rode it. I still don’t think that it is this bad that it could affect the experience, for now it just makes the ride even more intense to be honest

    Bonne suprise ! Layout

Big daddy Thunder Dolphin was closed on my visit so this and shake shack were my only solaces. Honestly a decent family ride. God compensated me with a front row ride, so I actually got one little pop of mild ejector right after the backwards launch. Anyway, really just kind of in a metal box with a bunch of mirrors and pretty lights to make you forget you're in a metal box. Got some cool stuff, like the little bomb shows and the backwards part, but at the end of the day it's a family coaster with a below-average layout.

    Confort Launch Fun

Much to my surprise, Verbolten was my favorite ride at Busch Gardens. The launches packed a punch, the drop track was a blast, and the theming was fun. This ride was pure fun and was a nice change of pace from the many derivative B&M’s at the park.

    Airtimes First Drop Ejectors Harnais

Thigh crush is insane. The kink in the first drop makes the whole tower rattle, and by the end of the first pullout, no matter how much room was in your restraint, the lap bar will be two inches into your thighs. Epic ride

Airtimes Lap Bar Fun Temps mort

The ride really surprised me with the airtimes! I rode it in the Backrow and I must say that especially the drop after the first block brake was pretty amazing and caught me off guard, as well as the fast paced hill right after that. I also loved the little airtime hump into the final Brakerun, which provides a very solid short airtime moment. I liked how aggressive the few airtime moments were but I have to admit that the long helix wasn’t very good for the pacing, but it wasn’t horrible. I loved that the ride only had a comfortable little lap bar with which the airtime moments and also the loop were much more fun. Overall a very decent and iconic ride

    Théma Bonne suprise ! Launch

By far one of the most pleasant surprises I’ve ever had on a roller coaster. The atmosphere is amazing. The launch is one of the most intense I’ve ridden and the airtime hill right after that is an amazing ejector airtime moment. The heartline roll before the brakes has great hangtime. The drop in the building is (as you could expect on a Eurofighter) also amazing. I loved the ambience as it was pretty creepy. All in all is the ride just a bit on the shorter side, but as it is a Eurofighter it actually has a pretty long and very unique layout with incredible effective theming

    Fun Layout Ejectors

While it's been a bit since I've been on GD, I have to say this one is an all-time favorite. It's a classic boardwalk coaster, with a fun layout, great head chopper moments, some excellent airtime, and it's simply gorgeous. I will say that the ride eats hats (don't assume that it's completely toothless) and the initial drop into a tunnel before the lift hill is an absolutely GREAT element.
