Lap Bar Intensité Hangtime Trop court Théma Launch

A fun ride that fits Slagharen well, but it is pretty short and it lacks theming in my opinion. It rattles quite a bit, but this is quite common for Gerstlauer coasters. It's a good replacement for the old Looping Star, and for such a small park it's still a well rounded coaster. The hangtime at the backrow is incredible, but in my opinion the airtime and the launches are quite weak.

    Théma Chef d'oeuvre Longueur Débit

Currently my second favourite coaster out of 187 different rollercoasters. To be honest, in terms of forces the ride may be good, but not perfect. But the complete experience makes it such an incredible ride. I think this ride deserves more love than some people tend to do so. The soundtrack is amazing, it builds up the hype extremely well. The last pre-show is really unique and I love it, allthough it can be disappointing sometimes. I love the ambience in the station and what happens on the lift is, while a bit tame, still a one of a kind gimmick and scary for the first time. The main lay-out has pretty good pacing and whippy transitions, but with only two major airtime moments and it rattles quite a bit imo. I do like the finale of the ride, with the slow inversion after the final brakerun which delivers some great hangtime and a laterals-filled turn after that. The roller coaster itself may not be perfect, but when you consider how many unique gimmicks this roller coaster has combined with pretty good theming, this sure is one of the best rollercoaster experiences in Europe!

  • Coaster Great

Short ride. It mainly just maneuvers a bit for about 30 seconds then it's over. It's a decent family coaster, but I wouldn't ride it again unless the line isn't that long.

    Harnais Vibrations

A relocated SLC will definitely be a rough one. Firewhip is relocated, but it has the vest restraints. There are a lot of moments where it is rough, but like Riddler at SFNE, there no longer is a need to ride defensively.

    Fun Baffes

I can appreciate Star Mountain for doing more than the generic corkscrew layout. The parts that aren't the corkscrews don't do much, but it makes the ride feel more complete. The double corkscrew does provide headbanging, but not too much considering the ride first opened in 1980.

The first drop is amazing and the rest of the layout is decent. One nice moment of hangtime, and another with good airtime. Rode in the back in 2024 and it seemed perfectly smooth to me

It's definitely more intense than people say, and that helix is spectacular. Front row is great. Very smooth, and also kinda floaty which is fun and different. Very fun overall, though nothing too special.

Launch is so damn good. Top hat is also great, especially in the back.

    Fun, well themed ride.

    Airtimes Situation Baffes

From a visual standpoint, the corkscrews are eye candy. It goes directly over the midway. On the actual ride, it's dreadful. Ironic that the worst part of the ride is the part it's named after. Insane amounts of headbanging, and it almost guarantees a headache. With that being said, it's still 1.5 stars because of one single element. The airtime hill. It's not often that an arrow looper has ejector airtime to this degree. The hill alone is why I ever re-ride corkscrew. It is Cedar Point though, so it's not the best airtime moment in the park, not even top 5. Even then, it still is an amazing element on an awful coaster.
