Airtimes Intensité Ejectors Trop court Fiabilité

Lightning Rod is certainly in my top 5. If it was longer, it'd certainly knock SteVe off. However, the lack of length and lack of reliability seriously impact this. Because I wasn't able to get a ride in the 2016 Era, the launch felt somewhat weak and noticeably slowed down at the top. Millie's cable felt faster, especially at the very top. The length was also another major issue. These issues, however, do not change the fact that the entirety of the ride was possibly the best minute or so I've ever experienced on a ride. I don't think an element has left me as stunned as the quad down at the end of the ride. People love to trash this ride, and while it is certainly not perfect, when it's hauling through the course the sensation of flying through the Tennessee hills feeling completely out of control is unmatched by anything, even SteVe's best moments.

    Théma Chef d'oeuvre Intensité

I absolutely adore this ride and could add many more pros to those three above! First of all, the theming of the area "Avalon" is really amazing, and this coaster has the most beautiful trains I've ever seen - how they shine in the sun, wow! Starting off with an impressing dive drop, the layout has everything from good coaster elements: some nice airtime, a helix with really high G-Forces and three inversions. This ride is quite intense, in the helix I experienced some mild greyouts, but in my opinion, it's still re-ridable due to its smoothness and overall high comfort. If you consider the development of this park from an indoor playground with a small kiddie coaster to a full-fledged amusement park with such a high-class-coaster like Fenix, this is really impressing - I am very curious what this park will look like in the future!

    Layout

Standard wacky worm with the worst location ever - enjoy your view on the park's junkyard!

First Drop Bonne suprise ! Fun

This is way better than the other wild mice travelling around: The two big drops pack a great punch, the hairpin turns seem to be faster than other comparable rides and the ride runs relatively smooth. Additionally, there is even a small funhouse parcours in the queue, which would be a nice addition when queueing at coasters in general :-)

    Fun Fluidité

This ride was pretty smooth - and if the heavier riders sit on one side of the car, spinning can get really intense!

    Intensité Inconfort Sans intérêt Layout

The first drop, vertical loop and one particular helix are pretty intense, I even had a slight greyout. The rest of the layout has a quite slow pace, so it's quite dull and doesn't do anything for me, the barrel rolls are a little uncomfortable and besides that, the layout reminds a bit of the classic Wildcat/Zyklon coasters, which feels awkward with those wide trains and bulky restraints. Speaking of the vehicles, they are not really comfortable and appear quite chunky - and also the coaster itself doesn't look very nice.

    Situation Fun

A short, but sweet Alpine Coaster without the automatic break system, so you can gain a decent pace if you want to!

Super smooth for being over 100 years old! Just straight fun!

First Drop Situation Ejectors Vibrations Débit

Incredible first drop and with those Intamin T-bars, you go soaring out of your seat. If it’s running fast every single hill delivers to the max! The turn after the first drop is really underrated, it pulls mad positives and lats, you really feel the speed as your hugging the ground. The straight track gets more boring the further back you sit but in the front it’s awesome. You have the wind in your face as your flying over the lake. Sadly this ride has grown a rattle. Either way this is one hell of a ride and it’s one of my all-time favorites. You cannot skip over the tallest roller coaster in New York.

    Airtimes Launch Intensité

Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing this ride is. It’s not even a ride, it’s an experience. I rode this 3 times, once in the very back, once in the very front and once in the front row of the second car, and each ride was different. First of all, the hang time - in the back you get whipped through it but it’s still there, but in the middle and front you feel as if you’re going to fall out of your seat. The first launch was amazing, going either forwards, backwards or sideways up the top hat at full speed, only to be thrown into your lap bar on the way down. The banana roll and the loop were insane, especially when taken backwards. The second launch, with the fun gimmick of an airtime hill mid-launch, was incredible, launching you straight up into the “double inverting dive loop” or the “reverse twice twisting velocity knot”, which is such a surprise even after riding it 3 times. After that wild element, you’re still not done, because there’s a nice ejector hill followed by a double-up, leading straight into the brake run. This is probably the most out of control feeling on any coaster in Europe, because no matter how many times you ride it, it will never be the same, and it’s just a brilliant coaster.
