A very good and creative layout for the small amount of ground this ride covers. The inversions tend to be high off the ground while there are airtime hills when the coaster is ground level. Very fun. I also love that drop.

It is an outdated ride and layout, but this isn't why I give it 1 star. The restraints are absolutely horrendous! The position of the lap bar is dictated by the needs of the smallest child sitting in the 6 person car. Even as an average sized person, you will be in absolute pain as with this being a family ride, there will absolutely be small children that get places in the rows around you. On off days, I have requested the back row to try and get a car alone but the ops tend to want to front load the train on this so that request may or may not be granted.

I came to IB to experience this as my 150th coaster and it will be memorable for a long time. It immediately placed at the very bottom as the worst coaster I have ever been on. The pain experienced was unbearable, like people talk about how you can occasionally bang your head on an arrow corkscrew, a SLC, or any B&M with the old hard OTSRs, but the way your head plays pinball on Triple Loop is many many many times worse than anything an SLC can do to you. Thank Goodness they have modified these restraints since I got my rides in.

Looking down at the Power Tower from the spike is an unreal experience. Also, the airtime on that top hat and the intensity of that spiral drop there is amazing, something I don't think I could ever get tired of.
The launches kind of suck. That first launch especially has no bite, and it looks pathetic while sitting in the stands and watching the ride run. The 2nd and 3rd launches are more akin to boosts than actual launches since they are just helping the train get up to speed.
Sit in row 1 for the best experience. The sense of speed is the best there and I argue the airtime on the top hat is better there too. Sit in the back if you want the best experience on the spike.

Rode it 37 times on 11/2/24. This is my favorite ride of all time, having rode 163 coasters at the time of writing. This ride is beyond amazing, and delivers like few others can. It is a lengthy ride, and full of the most wonderful airtime starting with a first drop that absolutely yanks in the back row. The airtime hills are pure heaven. My only possible gripe can be the rattle, which is quite on theme for a rattlesnake but in all honesty, there is one portion of track directly after the turnaround that I believe KI should look to replace in the near future to keep this nearly flawless ride in excellent condition.
