Rode this as Bizarro and I enjoyed it! It's not one of the most intense old-school B&Ms but it's still a great ride and layout! Not much else to say.
-
Capacity Smoothness Pointless Layout
The go-to "Toro and Nitro have hour long lines because it's a June weekend" ride. filler
-
Inversions Fun Intensity
a b tier b&m coaster, pretty good but there's better b&m's out there
-
Inversions Hangtime Dead spots
5 of the 7 inversions have hangtime, including the corkscrews. But those will only give hangtime if the midcourse is harsh and you have to be in the back

Theming Location Headbanging
I was scared at first, cursing and thinking I couldn't handle it because of the height. Nonetheless, I went on it. It was a fantastic experience. I loved it when the water from that one thing spritzed in my face. I kept banging my head due to not positioning my head right. Said headache didn't go away for sometime. When I got back to college a couple days later, it turned out I had COVID-19.

Pace Intensity Duration
Solid B&M floorless looper. Good pacing and solid, forceful ride.

This coaster is probably the best of it's kind, it's like someone went in Roller Coaster Tycoon and gave this ride all the parts they could. Very fun and interesting. It didn't turn me off of the ride at all but you can just tell they painted over all the theming for the previous theme for Bizarro, it was a little goofy.

Theming Nice surprise!
Literally just Scream at SFMM without the painful rattle and with significantly better scenery. Brings the ride up significantly! Guy next to me said it was better than Ka which is complete lunacy but it’s good anyway
-
Pace Fun Rattle
Nothing really special about Medusa. Lots of elements in it but forgettable to me when Ka and Toro are in the same park.
-
Theming Inversions
Solid ride. I think it’s slightly better than its twin at discovery kingdom due to the theming.

Inversions Layout Duration
Medusa is one of the best B&M floorless coasters I've ridden. It isn't nearly as intense as some of its peers, but the layout has a fantastic duration and a bunch of really fun and varied inversions. I'm not exactly sure how to describe this feeling, but it almost felt like the pull-outs of nearly every inversion had a small pop of airtime, which is something I haven't experienced on this model before. I thought this would be one of the lower-tier floorless coasters but I'm happy I assumed incorrectly! 8/10 - shoutout to the operators who, on one train ops, took 30 minutes to clean up vomit

Inversions Intensity Duration
I rode this when it was still called Bizarro but I'm assuming it's the same ride and what I can say about it is that it is a very strong floorless coaster with great intensity and inversions. Going through the ride and seeing the fire light up on the sides of the track is a really cool touch and was overall a really fun coaster.

Theming Intensity Layout
One of my favorite floorless coasters. The layout is really solid and features some intense elements, but the best parts of the ride are the near misses and the effects. The fire and smoke effects are super cool and add a lot to the ride.

Inversions Intensity
I first heard of this ride in 2009, when it recently had been renamed Bizarro. This was my first time hearing about the character in general. I thought all the quotes in the audio were interesting back then. But I didn't get to ride it until 9 years later. It was great. The intense inversions, especially that sea serpent in the middle, made me consider this ride a favourite. I didn't ride it again until October 2021, since it was closed on Autism Day 2019. After that, the next time I rode it was in June 2022, as Medusa. Better theming than Bizarro, TBH. This is coming from a DC nerd. It could have got rethemed to Medusa from Birdman, however. Haha.

Inversions Pace Duration Intensity
Medusa is an awesome ride with great theming and usually short wait times given its location in the back of the park. It’s very smooth and has a great variety of fun inversions as well, but some of the inversions lack as much intensity as you’d think. Otherwise, still a very worthy ride and re-ride at Great Adventure

Capacity Hangtime Dead spots
The line moved pretty fast, compared to some other rides (cough Dark Knight cough). Out of the station is a little drop that was somewhat surprising and the main drop was a bit of a let down. I guess Batman gave me too high of expectations. Loop has hangtime, dive loop is eh, and zero-g roll is fun. This is because it’s a zero-g roll. Cobra roll is eh, and afterwards is a pretty apparent pothole. After the midcourse, there’s 2 corkscrews with hangtime and a bunch of dead spots.

Theming Inversions Disappointing!
I was so excited for this ride, but I was let down. Sure, it’s intense. But I was expecting way more. At least the snakes on the sign to the entrance are adorable.
-
Pace Layout
For being the original B&M floorless coaster, it's pretty impressive. Silky smooth and great pacing. Love the interlocking corkscrews

Fun Layout Intensity
Was known as Bizarro when I was there. It really does look bizarre with its sharp angles. The ride is not as crazy as it looks, but still a lot of fun.
-
Theming Inversions Intensity
Medusa is a great floorless coaster. It still has great theming as a holdover from its Bizarro days. I'd rate it about the same as Scream, just slightly better due to better theming and setting.
-
Inversions Pace Hangtime Rattle
Has a little rattle but it powers through its layout unlike any other floorless coaster I've been on.
-
Inversions Fun Intensity Dead spots
Medusa is also one of the better looking ever built with its cool layout, some snappy inversions, really intense moments, really good pacing, and some great add-on effects. While it could add some airtime hills, I still enjoyed Medusa, nonetheless. My favorite part of this ride is probably the zero-G roll since it delivers some great hangtime and pulls great whip! On the descent, the hangtime transforms into weak, but sustained floater airtime. I also really like the cobra roll because it actually feels pretty snappy as well. Overall, Medusa is a really good floorless coaster and it is one of the best coasters at Great Adventure.

Inversions Fun
Fun inversions, fun layout. The ride isn't special in my opinion, but it's good for what it is.

Inversions Intensity Layout
This was the first B&M floorless in the world. I first did this that magical day I conquered all the coasters at GAdv (except for Nitro and The Chiller.) I remember screaming "WHOO HOO!!" as I felt like I was fucking flying. The intense inversions had me all fired up! I remember when it became Bizarro, I kept joking about Bizarro Santa from Space Ghost, even though I knew who the Bizarro clones were from the comics, Superman TAS, and Super Friends. I think the new Medusa theme's colours are way too Nickelodeon, like Tatsu. Six Flags is Cartoon Network, dolts!
-
Theming Inversions Smoothness Disappointing!
This is a pretty average floorless but not a bad one either. Not super intense or whippy but it’s got a really nice drop and hangtime filled loop as well as a long and smooth layout that flips you upside down plenty of times and the theming of it when it was bizarro made for some cool visuals and great effects for night rides.
-
Fun Layout
Solid layout, I really enjoyed the zero-g roll, and the cobra roll is pretty tolerable. I’m not really sure that the current theme is an improvement over Bizarro, though.
-
Inversions Fun Duration
This is a very good B&M floorless coaster. It has several great fun inversions and a long layout
-
Inversions Intensity Layout
Was my favorite floorless for the longest time until a certain beast at Cedar Point made that no more. I'll say this once and say it again; people need to stop hating on this model. So underrated and one of the best B&M's in the world.
-
Inversions Intensity Smoothness Dead spots
Solid floorless. Lots of decently forceful inversions and the zero g roll is very snappy.
-
Theming Inversions
I’m not sure whether I like this or Superman at Fiesta Texas more, but it’s one of my favorite floorless coasters overall. The fire and water effects are a nice touch, as are the facade cutouts and forested setting.
-
Theming Inversions Layout Disappointing!
Loved this my first ride, from then on it just gets more and more boring.

Theming Inversions Intensity
A good surprise of a ride. I was impressed by the near misses. The fire was cool and I thought the ending with the corkscrews was one of the best near misses ever. The ride was super smooth and intense as expected but the extra added theming, near misses, and effects really made me like this more then some other great floorless coasters like Kraken.
-
Theming Inversions Layout Rattle
A solid B&M floorless coaster. The inversions are fun, it has a good layout, and when the effects are working it adds to the experience. Some of the transitions are a little rough but nothing too bad.

Theming Inversions Location
Amazing B&M floor less. It starts off with an amazing chain lift as you get a great view of the Safari. Then I love the first drop through the logo's straight into a loop. Then a dive with fire when its not winter and effects are on. Then the next highlight is the great banana roll that goes right over the entrance. After the banana roll you go into the mid break run then into the part that's sort of like free roam. There's building cutouts you go around as well as 2 corkscrews that go over this spike/saw thing. This ride has amazing theming and you will never get bored at the stuff to look at. Even though Bizzaro is a little off to the side of the park it is most definitely a must do coaster at SixFlags Great Adventure.

Inversions
Medusa was nothing new to me as I had already ridden Scream many times before this, but I appreciated the extra theming on this version. The operations were absolutely fantastic when I was there, running three trains and keeping the stacking to a minimum. I also loved how everyone was spamming the seat belt buckle clicking (seemed almost like a tradition at this park). Solid ride overall.

Inversions Comfort Fun Rattle
While not the most intense from this manufacturer, this is a really enjoyable floorless coaster. The vertical loop gives you decent hangtime. The dive loop and zero-g-roll are pretty forceless but are fun. The cobra roll is pretty smooth but into the mid-course break run is probably the roughest part of the ride. The helix and corkscrews are probably the best part of the ride. Other than the transition to the mid-course brake run, the ride is really smooth and is really fun. The effects... while cool but in my opinion, it doesn't add anything to the ride, one time when I went through the spraying auger thing, my eye got hit with water... that was uncomfortable but I close my eyes from now on. It doesn't have a long line either and is the only big coaster in the park (other than Kingda Ka) that can accommodate plus size individuals.
-
Amazong floorless coaster. Everything about it works for me. Love that a coaster rethemed to Bizarro is in a random spot in the park away from the other DC stuff. Brilliant. Got a few rides on it back to back. I was surprised to get a solid pop of airtime on a floorless. The effects worked! The layout is great and has good length. The cobra roll felt very different from others too. Old B&Ms are great rides. Probably my new favorite floorless taking over from the great Rougarou.

Inversions Fun Intensity Headbanging Theming
My dumb ass decided it would be a good idea to ride this coaster for the first time with an ear infection. Somewhere before the cobra roll I whacked my bad ear against the restraint and spent the rest of the ride sticking my head way out and wincing from pain. It also didnt help that a train full of Jerseys finest GP were incessantly clicking the metallic seat belt latches to the point of pissing off the ride ops. Also I personally hate the theme and wish it was still Medusa. Despite all of that its still the best floorless b&m ive ridden.
-
Pace Fun Smoothness
A tiny bit of headbanging, but it's intense, fun, and smooth.
-
Theming Inversions Intensity
Your typical B&M Floorless coaster but with some dope theming on top. The course has you navigate the layout while being sprayed by mist and encountering some pyrotechnics along the way. You can also visit Scream! at Magic Mountain for the same exact layout albeit mirrored, a bizzaro Bizzaro of sorts.
-
Inversions Pace Layout
Moving efficiently from element to element, this ride turns you upside down smoothly early and often. The theming is well-placed, and the mist dispensers are welcome on a hot day. But the shining star of this ride was the zero G roll - the smooth rotation taken at the perfect speed to spin you without exerting any forces; this was the best-executed zero G roll I've ever experienced.
