First Drop Intensity Smoothness Too short
Basic SLC layout but far smoother, very overhated

First Drop Rattle Inversions Discomfort
I have tried it a few times. Some reviews says it's a smooth SLC with improved tracking and improved vest restraints. Problem is this is no fun ride regardless of how things were improved. It has a terrible rattle if you are at the back and this has just no fun place. Inversions are terrible and laggy. You struggle through the ride to survive as the Mayan rattles and want to chop your legs off and the most pleasant moments of the ride are two places. The begining when you are sitting comfortably and do not know what to expect and the end when you are happy it's over. I prefer viking in the Energylandia over Mayan. The good things are the loading station theming, some nice plants below Mayan and comfortable sits. But thats too short of being a good roller coaster because the fun ride part is missing here. I really appreciate more Vecoma junior skaters like Energus or Frida at the park ten times than Mayan. People are unaware that Honey Harbour provides fun while Mayan does not. It's just so bad. But on the other hand it has a value(?) as a reminder of old coasters so maybe it should not be replaced just as of now (wishfull thinking it will be, it wont). But for the future I would really see something new in here not Mayan. I am really surprised people form a line to ride Mayan. It's because they do not know what is an slc. It's so bad oh god. But on the other hand there is a Dragon that is 9 times better at Energylandia. I think Dragon family suspended is the only one necessary suspended coaster here.

Inversions Fun Intensity Rattle
I honstely don‘t know why people hate on this coaster so much. Yes, the rattle is noticeable but it‘s not as bad as people say. It has nice pacing, good forces and it‘s fun overall.
-
Rattle Headbanging Discomfort
You know, I think I'm getting too old to endure coasters like this just to get the credit. This was unpleasant, to say the least.
-
Theming Rattle Inversions Discomfort
Only thing I can really compliment is the station and shop theming. Only SLC so nothing to compare it to but my head kept hitting the back of the chair and I found the inversions to be the most painful, especially the double heartline roll
-
Layout Rattle Theming Discomfort
Shaky, rattly old SLC. The new trains help it somewhat and the layout could be fun, but I never had the urge to ride again.
-
First Drop Intensity Layout Rattle Headbanging Discomfort
It is my first and so far only SLC so I have nothing to compare with but if this is considered to be a smoother one, I don’t think I ever want to experience the rough ones… If it ran like Dragon, the other Vekoma invert at the park, it would be a different experience. I liked the layout but I couldn’t concentrate on anything else but the horrible rattle, at least the headbanging was mostly eliminated by the vest restraints.
-
Fun Intensity Duration Rattle
An excellent slc, reasonably smooth for most of the layout and those vests eliminate all headbanging. Absolutely worth a ride, and a fun coaster overall
-
Harness Rattle Discomfort
Soft collar SLC however still uncomfortable to ride
-
Inversions Intensity Layout Rattle Discomfort
Could be the best SLC (not counting custom layouts like Kumali). But that says enough. It honestly is not as bad as your ordinary SLC in terms of comfort. Layout is good and I always like going on them tbh
-
Intensity Rattle Harness Discomfort
Is it better than a standard SLC? Yeah, but not by much. Bangs you around like mad, and those restraints come down seriously hard. Certainly still a bottom tier coaster
-
First Drop Intensity Harness Discomfort
Not as bad as I thought it would be, quite fun! A lot better than the one at Gardaland, even without the helix at the end!
-
Theming Intensity Layout Rattle
This is easily one of the best Vekoma SLCs and let‘s be honest - if these would run smoother it would be a great ride. The layout and the pacing are nice on these things. Yes, there is a rattle but it is not bad in any ways.
-
Intensity Layout
This SLC is the second one I ride after Oziris but I don't understand why people complains so much for this one - it's enjoyable and has good sequences - comfort isn't the best but the worst, neither - it's a ride you can repeat and having fun too - whatever the row you ride
-
Inversions Nice surprise! Rattle Discomfort
this like a mix between. its one of the better SLC type coaster. but since its still an SLC its not the best coaster. so its not good but also not bad.

Inversions Rattle Discomfort
This one reminds me of Infusion at Blackpool - has some potential but is just so uncomfortable that you’d never consider a re-ride. Love the colour of it, but just not worth the discomfort.
-
Fun Intensity Rattle Airtimes
Not a bad ride, especially compared to other SLCs. It's surprisingly comfortable. Obviously, in a park like Energylandia, it doesn't really stand out, as there are some masterpieces in this park, but objectively speaking, this is a solid ride.

Pace Layout Rattle Discomfort
Too much rattles to enjoy it. It's sad because the pace and layout are good.
-
Intensity Rattle Discomfort
The vests make this one of the better SLC's I've done but that really isn't saying much. Despite the new trains the ride still shakes like crazy and makes it very difficult to enjoy what is actually a decent layout. Also, while the restraints eliminate headbanging, the pain is instead felt on your legs as the restraint tightens significantly throughout the ride.

Fun Intensity Harness
For an SLC it is a really good coaster. It is still a bit uncomfortable at some points, but I really enjoyed it, the best SLC I have ridden!
-
Intensity Rattle Discomfort
Still shaky, but it’s not nearly as bad as other SLCs so you’ll be able to appreciate the incredible positives much more.
-
Intensity Smoothness Layout Discomfort
Just because it's an SLC doesn't mean it's as bad as others, the ride itself is actually very smooth which feels strange on a layout that is usually painful so because of this I am able to appreciate the intensity of the inversions and the layout without my head bashing due to new generation Vekoma vest restraints which do cause some discomfort on my shoulders but they're better than the bulky shoulder restraints, the profiling is better on the elements than most SLCs. Very underrated and intense ride.
-
Capacity Discomfort Tear it down!
Even with the new vest restraints, this ride sucks, just like all Vekoma SLCs. My experience with this ride was painful and I'd much rather see Energylandia build an actual good inverted/suspended coaster. Do have to give props to the hardworking Energylandia operators for the lightning fast dispatches.

Inversions Intensity Rattle Discomfort
The best Vekoma SLC I have ever ridden. Better than El Condor, Limit and also Blue Tornado. No headbanging thanks to new generation of trains with vests but the track still has some rattle moments. But I still don't like SLCs.
-
Theming Rattle Discomfort
This coaster have new trains however is not so comfortable ride for me as skinny boy. It’s still give you a lot of rattle but lesser than the old Vekoma trains.

First Drop Rattle Discomfort
Typical rattle SLC, but without headbanging.
-
This is the proof that you can't build a good SLC. (R.I.P shoulders)
-
Inversions Rattle Discomfort
Everything was said about Vekoma SLC. This one is however slightly better, due to new sits and restraints (no headbanging) and because of the age, it is a little bit less rough than its older brothers.
-
not that bad slc
-
Nice surprise! Fun Layout
This is the best SLC I've been on so far: The restraints are way better than those standard OSTR's, so any headbanging is eliminatet and for this type, the ride runs comparably well. There might be a slight rattle, but far less extreme than on other SLC's. I even say I had fun riding this coaster and would ride it again!
-
Intensity Layout Rattle Disappointing! Discomfort
I was very excited to ride the most recent SLC in Europe in the hope of it being a lot better than its older peers. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I still think the layout is great and features incredible intensity - hence the 3 stars. But even with the new trains that eliminate all the headbanging, it still does not feel like a marvel of engineering. It is not smooth and features the same kind of stop-and-go movement SLCs are known for. Consequently, I have now lost hope in this model to ever surpass my standard rating of 3 stars, although I still believe the layout in general could be a 4-star ride.
-
Intensity Rattle Headbanging Discomfort
Maybe it's one of the best SLC in the world, but it's still SLC and it's not a pleasant experience. Nevertheless people like it due to its intensity.
-
Comfort Fun Layout Headbanging
cmon lads its the best slc i've done and probably the best slc most people have done why such a low rating it's lit
-
Intensity Rattle Layout
Together with Kumali, this is now the best SLC I have ever ridden. The new seats provide no headbanging. That being said, this is still an awfully bumpy and disorienting affair.
