This is a very good number 3 or 4 for the park, with surprising force on the pretzel loop (not as good as Manta) and a nice job of making the layout work with the terrain. It always has a 30+ minute line due to slow dispatches and its location in the park. Stinks that it goes down literally every time it rains a drop, and then the line gets pushed to its neighbors.

This is one of the most underrated coasters i've ever been on. The whole ride is an amazing experience and gives you a true flying sensation. The drop and the two inversions are awesome, especially the dive! The only thing I will say is to make sure you do this ride early on when the crowd starts to die down, as this ride can get one of the longest lines in the park, if not the longest. But overall a very fun coaster!

My second of the three Superman - Ultimate Flight clones and I think I prefer this one a little more than Six Flags Great America's version. Again, the first two elements are the best parts of the ride. The drop is steeper than Tatsu's so that's a plus and the pretzel loop is always intense but a lot of fun to experience. The ride becomes predictable at this point with a normal flying experience and a twist near the end. I feel like it's missing one more powerful element to push this one as a great ride from start to finish. It's just as smooth as its clone I've ridden and B&M should look into making more of these with custom models. Also, the reason I prefer this one over SFGAm. is it utilizes the terrain and landscaping way better while SFGAm. is a parking lot coaster. 3.5/5 stars

I like this version much more than the one in New Jersey. This one is surrounded by trees and on a slight hill so you have some trenches and cool interactions with the terrain. The layout itself doesn't do a ton for me though. The pretzel loop is great and the final roll is cool but everything else is just mostly meandering.

It's a fun ride and the way it works with the terrain makes it definitely the best of the Superman clones, but beyond that, it's really nothing special. The pretzel loop is insane, and the ride is great when you haven't done any other flyers. But compared to things like Tatsu and even Manta, it's no competition.

As much as I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed Batman - the Ride clone at SFOG, I DID NOT LIKE Superman - Ultimate Flight. The line was longer than it needed to be and the sun was beating down pretty hard on me and my party prior to riding. I only share this detail as it likely impacted my mood and appetite for a flying coaster clone. I suppose the ride was exactly what I thought it would be, and while I'm glad I went on it and can check it off my list, I don't need to ever go on it again...and I won't.

The only flying coaster I'd ridden before this was Nighthawk at Carowinds, and I'd say this is very slightly better. I quite like the experience of flying coasters, so I went into this with high expectations, mostly for the pretzel loop. That inversion definitely delivered and was everything I expected it to be, but the rest of the ride is just good, not much more. I do like the terrain-hugging it does, which makes the rather boring layout much more interesting. The restraints are pretty uncomfortable, however, and I much prefer being held on my back on the brake run than stomach down. I'm hesitant to blame the ride, as I hadn't eaten much of anything that day, but after sitting on the brakes with my head hanging down for a few minutes I felt very bad. 7.5/10 - after eating some Wendy's chicken nuggets I felt a lot better

I always saw people rank this ultimate flight clone over the other 2 by quite a bit and I wasn’t sure why. Now however after having ridden it I can see why, and it’s not because of the terrain. You still have the insanely intense pretzel loop but unlike the other clones that feel like one trick ponies, for whatever reason this one feels like it runs considerably faster. This makes the pacing quite good which eliminates dead spots but also adds some surprising positive G’s in the flying position to some of the turns and adds some nice whip to the final inversion. Now consider that I personally enjoy flyers more than most and you have a top 3 coaster in the park for me.

The terrain aspect is cool but because of the shorter train this just felt faster and more intense and whipped through the layout better. The drop is fun in the back, the pretzel loop is pretty insane, the overbank and final inversion are good but the helix is still kinda eh. Overall a fun flyer but I still prefer the Flying Dutchmans.

The harnesses are never really comfortable, and the flying feeling is not as fun as I think it will be. I never have a desire to do any of these flying rides more than once.

With Manta not having a major refurbishment since its opening for more than 10 years now, Superman Ultimate Flight is now my favorite flying coaster. It's prettier, with a nicer paint job. It's better paced, with no mid-course brake run. And it's in a better location, being a full on terrain flying coaster. And with it being smaller, you swoosh into the worlds first pretzel loop even faster. The two overbanked turns give great unexplainable forces, and the inline twist is a great finale, and the ground hugging moments are superb. Though it lacks the queue, water splash, and two extra inversions of Manta, it's still an excellent flying coaster in its own right.
