Theming Launch Duration
This ride is highly underrated by most coaster enthusiasts. As of 08/22, with 243 credits to my name, I have this masterpiece as #2. It doesn't have to be crazy intense to be amazing. The ride is super long, has outstanding complimentary animatronics like Hagrid and his magical creatures, and has SEVEN launches. You can't beat that level of excitement. Additionally, it has two different ride experiences between the motorbike and the sidecar, plus a suprise in the dark. The only coaster better at this point is Steel Vengeance, because it adds the airtime insanity that Hagrid doesn't have. But it's close!

Theming Fun Duration Intensity
Although Hagrid's is tame for a thrillseeker, it is an exhilarating and long family coaster with plenty of thematic elements to keep anyone entertained. The launches are also very fun, as well as the spike and the drop track.

Theming Nice surprise! Launch
While I waited over 2 hours and only got 1 ride, even my row 3 motorbike ride was enough to show me how fun this ride was. The theming is detailed, the ride is dynamic, and the launches packed a suprising punch. All around great.

This is a good family coaster. The theming is great and it’s just a fun ride. Doesn’t pull any forces though

Theming Launch Fun Reliability
Such a fun coaster for everyone. I had a huge smile on my face the entire ride. It doesn't have crazy stats, but the launches are punchy and the elements are all great surprises. The theming is the best I've seen on any ride. The only issue is the reliability. Other than that, though, Intamin nailed it.

Theming Nice surprise! Fun
Pure fun. Good for almost all ages and you wont stop smiling. It would be a top coaster at most parks and could be here if not for V-Coaster being so amazing.

Theming Launch Fun Harness
This ride is really weird and fun. With 7 launches and A backwards section and a drop track, and over 5000 feet of track, this is a long ride. I've only ridden in the motorcycle and it had a massive brick bar that crushed my thighs during the ride. There is also nothing n the sides of you so if you dont hold on your will get swung around. This ride is still fun. The theming is beautiful, dont overlook it.

you know a ride is a great when they make a series of books, movies, and theme park locations based on a ride from the future. Update post Velocicoaster; Hagrid's is still the best at Universal.

Theming Fun Duration Reliability
This blew me away the first time I rode it. It’s an incredible coaster with amazing theming, a decent layout, and great surroundings. This ride is just great fun. It doesn’t have many extreme forces, but the side to side turns and launches make this a must ride. It used to break down a ton, but now it’s better.

Theming Smoothness Duration
A fantastic coaster unlike any other. A worthy successor to Dragons in my opinion. The whole ride is themed very well. The queue is themed nicely and on ride is even better. I have not ridden a coaster better at telling a story then Hagrid's. The ride itself is very well done. Both seats are cool and comfortable. The first launch doesn't have much kick but it's more like a boost to the next launch because the next launch is literally around the corner. This one does have a bit of force to it. You go through some twisting track and into a show scene. From there you hit another launch that is significantly more forceful then the previous one's. You go up and dive down into some twisting whippy turn and transitions over the water. You then hit another launch that also has good force. You hop up and then double down. This moment actually has some floater surprisingly. You turn and then hit some brakes that take you past fluffy. You turn again and then launch forwards, dip under some rocks and up into a spike that leaves you hanging there before freefalling backwards. You launch backwards and go through a helix that takes you indoors. Inside there is great theming and a drop track. The drop track has some good airtime and then you hit the finale which is fantastic. You hit an incredibly forceful launch and whip up into a turn around, then turn again and into the brakes. This ending is very whippy and forceful. The whole ride is intense, filled with theming, and goes on forever. A perfect replacement for Dueling Dragons.

Location Launch Masterpiece Capacity
This is another masterpiece by Intamin. The theming is the best I have ever experienced on a coaster. The ride is not the most intense, but that doesn't mean it should be taken lightly. This is an action packed ride from start to finish, and it isn't short at all. The biggest issue with this ride is that half the riders get to sit in the bike seat, and half the riders have to sit in the smaller side car.

What a pleasant surprise. Was expecting a more tame family ride and this blew me away. Of course perfect theming as well

Theming Fun Duration
Hagrid's is the perfect family coaster. The layout is really fun and the theming is spectacular. My favorite row to ride this coaster is in the front, it gives you an open view of the surroundings and you get some weightlessness on the spike. The capacity is really good too, it can run with 7 trains and the dispatches are really fast

Theming Nice surprise! Launch Intensity Reliability
While this coaster is fun, it's a little overrated. The fun launches, the surprise elements, and the immersive theming blew my initial expectations out of the water, but still, the coaster itself is tame, so I would not really consider it a world-class coaster. However, the real big issue is reliability. I recommend heading straight to this ride once the park opens in order to avoid both the long lines and the potential downtime.

Theming Location Launch
The only con with this coaster is the erratic pacing and that the coaster itself isn't as forceful as an extreme coaster. But those cons serve a greater purpose of making this one of the best family coasters in the world. Cool animatronics that are just detailed enough for how fast you pass by them, excellent launches that feel like a motorbike taking off, great twisty coaster sections, and excellent surprises. I will always be willing to wait an hour or maybe even two to get on this one.

Theming Nice surprise! Fun
The best coaster in Florida. So immersive. An overall experience ride. Great launches and drop track section. Long queue line!
