    Inversions Intensity Layout Rattle

One of my favorite inverts if not my favorite (haven't ridden Montu yet but will very soon). The first drop is awesome and the inversions are all very forceful. It isn't as whippy as some of the other inverts, but the elements are more drawn out and provide sustained positive Gs. I love the near miss elements and interactions with the terrain. There is a slight rattle but it does not impact my enjoyment of the ride.

    Airtimes Pace Hangtime Theming

I am absolutely shocked how good this ride is. The airtime and hangtime is ridiculous. Every element delivers. I was laughing hysterically the entire ride. I could not choose my favorite moment, but the backwards launch and top hat are truly spectacular elements. It is a perfect addition to BGW and easily ranks in my top 10. I feel like many people will sleep on this ride because it looks rather tame in the POVs and even off-ride. You have to ride it yourself to see just how incredible it is. The only downside is the lack of theming but in terms of ride experience it is pretty much a perfect ride.

    Inversions Launch Discomfort Layout

Rock "n" Roller coaster is definitely the most thrilling attraction at the Walt Disney World resort however it is not my favorite. starting with the good things. The launch is fantastic and probably the best I've been on. Rock 'n' Roller coaster builds excellent anticipation while waiting, the final stretch of the line is built around the beginning of the launch track, and while waiting you see all the people sent into the darkroom. Another pro is definitely the nice station theming however this brings us to our first con which is the lack of on-ride theming. The entire ride after the initial launch is taken in the dark which is fine as that is the purpose of the ride but still, it is rather upsetting that you go from a very well-themed station into a layout with minimal theming. The second con on this ride is it is rather uncomfortable, this ride is an old Vekoma is rather rough, and can give quite some headbanging, especially if you don't know about this in advance. The final con is the layout of the ride following the sea serpent roll and the launch which is rather boring and has no real fun elements apart from the corkscrew. overall the ride is not the best but the launch makes up for much of what the ride lacks. Overall I would give Rock 'N' Roller Coaster a 6/10.

    Intensity Rattle Disappointing! Discomfort

I was expecting this coaster to be at least decent... what I got was a super janky, super rough ride. Even after leaving the lift hill which had a very painful bump... I knew this wasn't going to be good. Nothing about this ride is smooth, the restraints are not well padded and somewhat tight... making the ride feel like death. The dive turn is the only good thing about this ride but even then... that can't save it from being a terrible ride experience! If you thought Arrows and old Vekomas (SLCs, Boomerangs) were rough... they ain't got nothing on this abomination!

    Discomfort Tear it down!

My least favorite roller coaster. If you want a ride to get you sick and ruin your day... this is it! I don't know why people like spinning wild mice so much, either they're painful (Exterminator at Kennywood), boring (Primeval Whirl at Disney's Animal Kingdom) or they would make you so dizzy and sick that you feel like your vision is constantly spinning (this abomination). This one is particularly bad because of how much it spins. I am somewhat okay with spinning rides but this takes it way too far. I spun so fast that I almost threw up and on a coaster like this? It hurts on the turns as well. They did not do a good job with replacing Two-Face with this monstrosity. Now once I think about it... this is the worst coaster experience I had.

    Nice surprise! Duration Discomfort

This thing is unbelievebly rough. It's painful, it's boring and it fills up space that I would rather see occupied by a black hole. (same goes for the abomination next to it) PLEASE if you know anyone that does not love roller coasters DO NOT let them ride this pain machine. Edit: Rode it again opening weekend (27 march 2022) and was surprised. It was completely allright. No more jackhammering, still not smooth and the trains still suck but it was actually enjoyable as it is now!

    Best ride operator!

Every time I think about my coaster rankings, I debate this ride in my head. How can I still have it so high on my list? I rode it originally back in 2004, which was a time the world barely knew that such levels of thrill were even possible. Now almost 20 years later and close to 150 more coasters under my belt, how do I still rank this in my top 5. It simply comes down to that initial adrenaline rush. The first time I ever rode this, it was an epiphany. I had ridden other launched coasters at that point--Mr. Freeze is at my home park of SFSL. But this is a whole other level of insanity. The launch is just nuts. Just when you think you can't go any faster it keeps on going. It is FAST. The forces make your body react with adrenaline. It is such a rush. The hill and the height are barely even an factor compared to the launch. Is it 1 trick pony? Perhaps, but it is the best trick I've ever experienced on a coaster. It is super short? Of course it is. But I can't think of a better way to spend 15 seconds with my clothes on.

What can I say about Raptor that hasn't been said before--not much, but here is my take. This is my second favorite invert-behind only Montu. I think I like the Batwing better than the cobra roll and the tunnels and theming up the ante. With that said this is a fantastic ride. It absolutely has to be in the conversation for best invert there is. The initial drop almost seems like you are over the midway. It is pure intensity from there until the end with the one slight pause on the mid course break run. The ending seals the deal, though. The spiral tries to pull your face and rip you feet off. Positive G's that you don't experience in this way just about anywhere else. Great invert. Great coaster.
