I went into this expecting it to be a weaker wing, but it ended up being my favorite of the lift-hill wings. The fact that there are multiple near misses rather than just the typical one makes this ride a step above. It was butter smooth, and each element had good pace. A great combination of grace and force.

The rest of the ride is incredibly intense and has loads of airtime, especially through the crazy outerbanked turn around thing. If this had two or three more elements it would be truly one of the best.

Probably the most underrated ride from my trip to the UK. I hadn't heard much about Galactica, but I knew it was shorter and not supposed to be as intense as rides like Manta. It really surprised me as it still provided some really good Gs and a fun ride experience. I felt the highlights were the larger drop coming off the lift hill that gave a funny floating sensation, and the long turn on your back.

If this were longer, it would be one of my higher-ranking GCIs. I felt like Wicker Man rode like a dream, it was smooth but had that wood coaster feel to it still, it had some very good airtime pops in a park mostly lacking, and provided those awesome GCI twisty lateral moments. The theming and pre-show are great as well.

One of the more unique coaster experiences out there for sure. I had heard about Smiler being rough, and it definitely had its rattily moments, but I felt this was mostly overblown. The layout is super cool and has some super fun moments like the final two rolls and the airtime hills. The batwing-esque element also provides some strong G's. Overall, I felt Smiler flows really nice, it doesn't crush you with g-force the whole time, but each element is still felt. It's a long ride that just tries to be fun, and I think it succeeds.

Nemesis became my number one invert thanks to its intensity and location. Running that low to the ground and interacting with both the terrain and the surrounding theming elements was so cool. Every element hit hard and it seemed to get faster the longer the ride went on. If it were somehow longer, it would probably find a spot inside my top 25.

Objectively, this is not the best coaster. It is very short and does have quite a shuffle to it, but the theming, the surrounding land, audio, and silliness to it make it one of my personal favorite rides in the park. The setting of the ride is incredible, and all the different interactions with the land are awesome. The track jumping is very well done and the massive Donkey Kong animatronic at the end is fantastic.

I was pleasantly surprised by how intense this was. The whole ride is full of forces. The airtime is super sustained and really sends you flying. The first launch is fantastic as it seems to be broken into two parts. It begins to launch, then coasts for a second and then hits a super punchy second launch segment which really caught me off guard on my first ride.

I did not expect this "family coaster" to be as good as it is. The launches are all punchy and the layout has some great moments in the first half. The cave and on-ride audio add to the fun. Once you reach the second half, there is a surprising amount of intensity. Some of the twists and turns really throw you around or give you sustained positives. It's one of the best family coasters out there.

Lightning Rod was once my number one but dropped down my list over the years. It's become a Frankenstein of a coaster that really feels a bit off. Despite this, it's still a very very good RMC. The launch being gone is unfortunate but I still feel the ride picks up speed well, it just does not start with a bang anymore. The quad down is excellent and so are the wave turns. Great ride but it was once even greater.

My favorite dive coaster I have rode to this day. The first drop has by far the strongest airtime I've felt on a dive. The Immelmann on the edge seats can give you a little pop of air at the top and some whip to the side. The drop off the midcourse is also full of airtime and diving into the tunnel is a cool head chopper. The splashdown is a great way to end the ride. Super fun dive that never gets old.
