    First Drop Too short

It's all about the first drop, which is excellent. Holds its own against newer, much larger Dive Coasters thanks to the deep tunnel. Far too short, but considering it's a prototype and the world's first vertical drop, it does what it does very well.

    Inversions Intensity Layout Too short

Fantastic roller coaster with great pacing. The layout makes the most of the tight height restriction, with high speed turns and snappy inversions. Still comfortable despite its age. Nice theme and usually running at a high capacity.

    Fun Capacity

The capacity is abysmal thanks to the added VR. I think its a neat idea and I really wanted to enjoy the virtual reality. Unfortunately the video lagged behind the ride, leaving me disorientated. Certainly not worth the extra wait and there is no option to ride without.

    Launch Harness Disappointing!

Motorbike style trains are fun and comfortable. The launch is not bad but weaker than Sky Rocket next door. This is more a family launched coaster, and even considering this the layout feels rather uninspired.

    First Drop Fun

Excellent views and drops. Everything else is filler but it's a Dive Coaster so it succeeds at its purpose. I wish there was a tunnel, this adds a lot to Oblivion.

    First Drop Inversions Headbanging Harness

It's not as bad as Colossus at Thorpe Park but this roller coaster is very rough in places (particularly the cobra roll and corkscrews). It's a shame because it looks like a fun layout and holding your hands up during the quadruple heartline roll is fun.

    Launch Pace Harness

Absolutely fantastic launch, and the speed is held up to the end. The comfortable lap bar restraints really improve the steep drops and high turns following the launch. The lake was drained but I imagine the view will be much better once the construction work is finished. I can't fault this coaster, but on a quiet day the park was waiting to fill each train before dispatch leading to long waits in the station.

  • Lachlan S.

It's a Big Apple coaster albeit Chinese built so slightly more interesting. Still a boring layout, with a trim brake taking away the speed. Pretty ugly too.

  • Lachlan S.

    Inversions Headbanging Harness

It probably wouldn't be as bad with a lap bar, but as of now the super bulky restraints aren't comfortable and the ride is rough. This is the first roller coaster where we were asked to do neck and arm exercises before riding. Needless to say it didn't improve the ride quality.

    Theming Fun

More of a water ride than a roller coaster, but the initial backwards drop was fun. Gets riders a little wet but not too much which is nice.

  • Lachlan S.

    Theming Duration

Impressive theme, with some nice roller coaster sections. However I was forced to buy a poncho before boarding and the ride op refused to let me use the storage bins so had to cling on to my stuff.

    Inversions Intensity Harness Discomfort

Sadly disappointed by this roller coaster. Either I or the roller coaster was having a bad day, it felt more rattly and rough compared to other B&M coasters. The vest also tightened during the ride, making it very uncomfortable. Again I did not experience this when riding Swarm at Thorpe Park.

    Fun

For its size Crazy Train isn't bad, plus you would always get multiple rides for your ticket.

  • Lachlan S.

It's a Big Apple coaster with no theme, these coasters are fairly boring and all speed is immediately taken away by a trim brake.

    Fun Headbanging

If it's not too rough, this type of roller coaster packs a good ride into a small space. Looping Star gains bonus points for being beside the sea and on top of a building, effectively doubling the height.

    Theming Intensity

Fantastic ride especially if riding for the first time. I won't spoil it, give it a shot!

  • Lachlan S.

    Theming Layout

Themed throughout, nice ride vehicles too with onboard audio which makes it a nice attraction. Very poor layout though with constant brakes, it doesn't flow well. Not a good thrill ride but a fun family attraction to try once. Make sure to ask for a single rider pass, as there is no queue single riders must use a ticket and enter through the exit.

    Location Capacity Dead spots

Low capacity, and doesn't do a whole lot. Was assigned a backwards seat which was interesting though and it's good for the views. As a roller coaster though not great.

  • Lachlan S.

    Location Fun Capacity

Fun to ride once, but upon re-riding it's rather underwhelming compared to Cylon. The security checks are annoying too. A nice family coaster, but then it doesn't do a whole lot.

  • Lachlan S.

    Inversions Launch Fun Capacity

Took me by surprise, and barring one slow spot the ride is good and fast paced. Much smoother than a SLC. Sadly the capacity is now very low so visit on a quiet day and the security checks are annoying.

    Lap Bar Pointless

The station is well themed but the hardware itself is dull and Universal could do much better (Puss in Boots is much more immersive)

  • Lachlan S.

    First Drop Rattle Headbanging Discomfort

The first drop and two loops are bearable and quite fun especially in the backseat. Unfortunately after this point the ride is very rough. One of the few coasters I've been on that is painful to ride. It's awful in every seat.

  • Lachlan S.

    Comfort Fun Smoothness Dead spots

Flying coasters are great and the pretzel loop to begin is fantastic. Unfortunately the end of the ride is weaker but it's still really fun.

  • Lachlan S.

    Lap Bar Fun Capacity

Riding a coaster in the dark adds to the experience. While fun, the theme doesn't add much but I'm glad they made the effort. It has always had the longest queue on my visits.

  • Lachlan S.

    Lap Bar Fun Theming

Can't remember much about this specific coaster, but Reverchon spinning mice are usually good fun. Like the ladybird coaster, there is no theme so it looks ugly. Could do with a paint also.

  • Lachlan S.

It's a Wacky Worm. But at least there was an effort to theme this coaster. And wacky worms work well for families so I think it is a success with its target audience.

  • Lachlan S.

    Lap Bar Theming

I guess it serves its purpose as a family coaster. It's not thrilling but maybe young children would find it exciting. However there is no theme at all except the ladybird train, so it looks ugly.

  • Lachlan S.

    First Drop Headbanging Discomfort

I liked the first drop and loop. Unfortunately the rest of the ride was uncomfortable, the helices and barrel rolls were quite nauseating.

  • Lachlan S.

    First Drop Inversions Headbanging

A great ride with a decent duration as well. The zero-g roll is my favourite inversion. There was some headbanging towards the end however.

Nice surprise! Fun Intensity Rattle Theming

One of my favourite coasters. While it's a rough ride, and the lift hills are dull, the second half in the woods more than makes up for it. Also the really long trains, which give some nice airtime in the back, and the long ride time. Quite a ridiculous coaster really but very fun.
