What a ride! I was going into this ride with very high expectations but they were somehow exceeded!!! The first drop is one of the best I have ever experienced because it is absolutely out of this world with incredible views and ejector airtime combined with intense laterals which makes it really hard to process what just happened. The rise into the immelmann has good positives and the drop gives great flojector airtime. This next element is really strange but it's an outward banking airtime hill which twists into a barrel roll inversion which is absolutely incredible with just a lapbar for incredibly sustained sideways ejector airtime into hangtime. The dive stall following after has absolutely fantastic hangtime before you drop down with great force into the splashdown where there are trim brakes which you can feel but they definitely don't ruin the final part of the layout. There is a smaller outerbank with great ejector and laterals into a banked turn with some light gs into an airtime hill with a pop of flojector into the brake run. It might sound like a short ride experience but trust me it feels long enough when you are on it with the intense airtime! The station has a great dispatch sequence with lighting, music, projections and smoke and the outerbank out of it is great for interactions with people waiting in the queue! I have no issues with Hyperia being more stylised than themed due to the coaster being so tall, fast and thrilling. Depending which train and seat you are on there is a pretty bad rattle, but it doesn't take away from what is one of my favourite coasters I've ridden.

Due to all these crazy forces and flipping the soft strap otsrs can be very uncomfortable as I came off with actual bruises and pain! The capacity isn't the best because of the train design.

Is this really one of the worst wooden coasters in the world? I don't think so! The ride has a nice drop, fun airtime and some head choppers. While it is definitely a rickety and rough ride I never found it extremely uncomfortable, maybe only a couple valleys are bad, but overall it is a good layout and I could ride a few times without a headache instead of riding Iron Claw (SLC) next to it as that coaster can be way more unbearable.

Wow, what an experience! The theming inside the queue is so cool that it distracts from the slow moving queue, but it gets even better! There is a nice pre show before you board, although seating selection is random. The ride has a vertical lift hill inside this giant castle tower where you climb up with a comfy lap bar, except you freefall backwards! You twist down an incredible vertical drop full of ejector airtime into a non inverting sea serpent roll which provides amazing positives, airtime and laterals! There are a few fast banked turns which have amazing whip as well as 2 powerful airtime hills full of ejector! Every twist and turn is paced perfectly which makes them feel like they aren't boring. You think the ride is over, but it throws in a really slow heartline roll to add excitement! There's a noticeable rattle, however it's fine for a Gerstlauer. The Oath of Kärnan is an absolute masterpiece which shouldn't be missed!

Taiga is an absolutely brilliant ride! It includes 2 great launches, powerful ejector airtime moments, high intensity, great pacing and whip through twists, fantastic hangtime filled inversions, one of the most beautiful and comfortable trains created by Intamin and nice theming with a great soundtrack! All of these great things form a ride experience like no other with a beautiful layout, and don't forget the great location on a hillside! Only problem really is operations aren't amazing. Definitely worth travelling to Linnanmäki and Finland in general just to experience this coaster.

This coaster is so much fun! The trains are some of the best out there with comfy seats and a lap bar for freedom! The first drop is crazy as it is filled with airtime and laterals which is pretty whippy and the valley into the large loop with good hangtime is so intense that it made me grey out every time! The camelbacks are full of amazing floater and ejector and the turnaround is pretty forceful! The zero g roll is very fast which causes a lot of snap and hangtime and the twisty section is full of positives into a final ejector pop! The layout is fantastic, the ride is fairly smooth with a slight shuffle and is very intense in some sections!

The zero g roll is probably the best inversion on the ride because it is very forceful and has good hangtime. The interlocking corkscrews are very fast and whippy as well as the helixes being very grey out inducing and feet tingling! The theming in the queue is pretty nice as you feel like you are in the jungle and the volcanos are a nice way of cooling off on a hot day from the mist coming out (if it works). Even if it my least favourite invert and I prefer the original Nemesis it is still a solid ride with a nice compact layout. In terms of where it sits in the line up, it is in the middle of the pack behind Stealth and Swarm.

This ride is hated for a reason, those absolutely cramped trains! Although it is one of the most uncomfortable rides, I do enjoy the layout a lot. The first drop (pretty shallow) is a good way of starting the ride before traversing an intense loop. The speed hill following is quite weak in terms of airtime because of those overly bulky restraints, but the sense of speed makes up for it. The cobra roll is a bit rough, but if you brace for it it's a nice element and the double corkscrews are probably the roughest part of the ride because of how quickly you whip through them even though they provide good positives. Here comes the sequence of hangtime filled quadruple heartline rolls which are very disorienting and fairly smooth. After you whip through a final heartline roll in the opposite direction to the previous you come to a halt on the brakes. This pause can be extremely unpleasant because of the awful operations and the awkward foot platforms on the train, however it was worth it because it is an action packed ride from start to finish! The theming is looking very outdated and tired. Overall, it is the weakest coaster at the park due to those disgusting trains, but up north, Flamingo Land have built Sik which is a near identical layout which is taller and faster with a steeper first drop, smoother profiling and best of all, lapbar trains which all make it a solid top 10 ride in the country!

What is there to say about this coaster? The launch is absolutely incredible as you accelerate from 0-80 mph in 1.9 seconds which is very impressive because it is one of the quickest on any coaster out there (my favourite launch ever)! The top hat provides some great positive forces going up before getting ejected into the restraint which creates the best airtime moment in the park as you are over 200 feet in the air! The first drop in the back row is probably the most sustained ejector in the park or the whole UK. The rapid fire airtime hill into the brakes is painful in a good way as your thighs are crushed from the negative g forces. Overall, Stealth is the best ride at Thorpe Park because the hydraulic launch acceleration is one of the best in the world and the airtime on the top hat and hill is some of the greatest in the country (Exodus could change that)! It is glass smooth with no rattle (unlike Rita), but the restraints can be uncomfortable on the shoulders and legs. The front row is a must do for the wind blowing against your face!

Although it may be a very painful roller coaster, it has some great elements such as the heartline roll and the 100° drop! The theming in the indoor section is the best on park as you are greeted with the saw doll before dropping and getting blasted with air cannons and water. The inside drop grants some good ejector airtime and the heartline roll has great hangtime. Once you go outside you pause before climbing up a steep 90° lift, facing towards the sky, and then you get ejected on the main beyond vertical drop into an immelmann which can be very rough. You then traverse an overbank before cresting a sharp airtime hill which gives amazing ejector into the mid course that doesn't trim at all which causes the tight dive loop to be very intense, however not in a good way because this is by far the roughest part of the ride! Apart from all the discomfort it is a good coaster with a nice layout packed with the most airtime on park (until exodus opens next door).

What is there to say about this ride? IT'S ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! The hangtime on the outward banking jojo roll is some of the best you can ever experience in the front row! The launches prove that Mack Rides are capable of producing crazy launches as that first one starts off with some bite before spinning the carriages like madness and the second is on an airtime hill which means some great flojector! Don't even get me started on that outer banked tophat, the borderline ejector and positive forces rising up in those front seats are deadly to your thighs! The first drop in the back seat is incredible, but facing backwards takes it to a whole new level of thrill factor as you feel like you are going to be flung into the air, and the fact there is water below makes the experience more intense! The banana roll and loop provide some good positives in the valleys and decent hangtime to add to the disorientation of these elements, but the following zero g roll feels like you are performing some sort of flipping which is a crazy upside down ejector moment! The banking turn over the lake and water coaster has good gs before twisting to the left into the accelerating airtime launch. This final pair of two inversions absolutely explodes everyone's minds because of the amount of whip you experience from the rising barrel roll until you drop through a hangtime filled dive loop into the sequence of powerful ejector airtime hills and low to the ground turns! The giant camelback is a nice sustained ejector moment, the overbank pins you into the seats before your thighs are obliterated with bruises from the sheer amount of airtime they absorb on the double up which creates an impeccable ending to an wonderfully stunningly beautiful roller coaster! This isn't a roller coaster, this is a fully complete package experience which is topped off with an amazing layout, stunning themed area and trains and don't forget the absolute banger of an onboard soundtrack! There are no flaws to be found with this ride as it exceeds in pretty much every category possible, it is very comfortable, smooth with only a slight shuffle in some valleys and is probably the most re rideable coaster out there due to the out of control spinning and fun layout! The fact that my favourite coaster stands in a family park means the queues rarely get long which means it's easy to lap all day long! This coaster is easily 10+/10 and needs to be on everyone's bucket list!

This is a very nice wing coaster with some great elements such as that fantastic wing over drop with amazing hangtime and the inline twist at the end. The zero g roll is so cool as you feel like you are flying as it lifts you out of the seat with good hangtime. The inclined loop and turn over the water are very grey out inducing elements from the leg crushing positive forces before entering a great corkscrew and of course the fantastic finale! The headchoppers are some of the best out there in my opinion and the theming is solid. The restraints aren't the best as the vests seem to lock in place which can be unpleasant, however Mandrill Mayhem has fixed that problem which creates a very comfortable experience. As for smoothness, it is very good depending on where you sit and how it's riding. While I can't deny Swarm is quite a short ride which deserved another helix or something, I don't really see too short as a con as Stealth (at the same park) is less than 20 seconds and is my favourite at the park, so as long as the ride is good enough already it's fine as it is (can't wait for Exodus)

This ride is ACTUALLY quite enjoyable! Yes, it's not the smoothest coaster out there, but it's not uncomfortable as something like an SLC because there is a nice headrest to push your head against to avoid whiplash and headbanging as the transitions on some elements are pretty jerky. As for layout, it's really good. The first drop is pretty decent, but the butterfly inversion is very forceful which caused me to start seeing grey from the sustained g forces! The batwing is also intense as well as the loop. There is a weak pop of airtime before entering the double corkscrews with some decent hangtime and a quick burst of laterals into the brakes. The trains aren't the most comfortable, but the setting by the lake is very eye catching.

As much as I thought it would be a tame family coaster, I was proven wrong! The launches are quite punchy, the beyond vertical spike in the back row gives great airtime, the inline twist provides a nice sensation of hangtime not found anywhere else in this family oriented park and the helix into another spike pulls good g forces and you experience very cool lateral hangtime as you stall sideways before reversing and returning to the station! The theming is very good in the queue and station and the pacing was better than expected. The capacity is the biggest problem with it, however it does have a bit of a shuffle to it which doesn't really ruin the comfort as it's a lot more comfortable than Swarm because of the no locking vests. Despite being in a park with other very low throughout rides, it fits in very well with the line up as it is there as a first inverting roller coaster for young children.
