Coaster reviews

First Drop Location Duration Dead spots Layout
I beleave that this ride gets a lot of unfair criticism and I enjoy this ride for what it is. It's not perfect and it would benefit if this coaster after the 1st drop had some profiling. It is though a 1994 classic that received the right amount of attention. After the main drop I see this as an oversized family ride which isn't a bad thing necessary. It creates good views as it rides and looks epic on the Blackpool skyline, very hard to miss

Airtimes Lap Bar Comfort
This ride deserves the hype that it gets. Easily my number 1 coaster I have ridden. Very smoth and free feeling how the train is designed with its lap bar. A journey up through the air. Im sure it will age well. There is nothing I would change about this coaster

Fun Theming Layout
A good family launch coaster being a little unique with its motorbike style train. The lay out could of had a little bit more thought to it and same again like with Kumali more money spent on its theme.

Fun Theming
Generally not a bad thrill coaster. Somethings could do with improvements. I just think underneath the main sections seems a bit baron in places. Could of spent more money on the theme to it I see this is a family business though and won't have the same backing as the likes of the bigger company's. It's good that it has a different lay out to the rest of the SLC's

Got to appreciate these old classics. Love the general feeling to these kind of wooden coasters and today make great family rides. It's important to keep maintaining these attractions

Lap Bar Inversions Hangtime
I would think a name like Sik would be more suitable for a flat ride rather than a coaster. If there's anything I would change about this ride I would just make the whole lay out a little larger apart from the last set of inversions. Washing machine spins. Snappy and quirky
-
Lap Bar Fun Smoothness
This ride to me has the feel on taking you on an adventure by its lay out. Such a smooth and enjoyable experience and with Enso you a great addition to it. I would of liked maybe a little bit more speed on its launches other than that. A great move forward for the park
-
Inversions
A fun ride that I hope gets reserved at the park for a while as soon it will become heritage like most of the attractions at the park which it is famous for. Can't beat the backwards upside down feeling
-
First Drop Theming Location Too short Layout
I do appreciate that this was a world's first and a prototype. Just wished they could of done a little more after the first drop such as an inversion and an air time hill. Looks so daunting as you approach this attraction. Can understand why it will put a lot of people off

Theming Nice surprise! Pace
I do generally love most of the themes to Alton Towers and the park really does suit its dark theme in my opinion. This ride is no exception and will love Alton Towers to go more down this road on its new attractions even though they have done a great job on some of its past themes such as Nemesis. It's a credit to the designer how he can make a ride with a good speed and pacing for a family coaster using just little hight, like most of the attractions at the park

Inversions Fun Duration
A crazy ride with a crazy theme. One of the main highlights to Alton Towers. A unique sound track to build up the anticipation before riding

Theming Intensity Layout Too short
Such a credit to the UK industry. The theme, storyline and pacing of this beast is just perfect. It proves rides dont have to be tall Looking forward to riding Nemesis Reborn
