The new restraints definitely tamed the ride down a tad, but its less so completely removing its teeth and more like only letting the dragon that eats people only eat 1 person per week as a treat. I think that the added comfort and reduced intensity is a plus in the grand scheme of things and lets me ride it more than once per couple hours. The kink on the first drop is still my favorite single moment from any coaster I've been on. I imagine that the general public may ride once or twice per day rather than once and never again now, so I'm sure the park is happy with the changes (whether or not Hershey is ready to work with Intamin on a major ride again is not something I'd get my hopes up for).

Last time I rode this was a 95 degree day and there were no lines with the added benefit of Superman and Wicked Cyclone absolutely flying through their layouts. The hill under the first overbank and the airtime hill going into the third lap were totally insane and it wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't complying with ASTM that day. Left with two bruised thighs and about a dozen rides on the one two punch.

I am not one to complain about the roughness of a ride nearly as much as some others, but this is one of my two exceptions where the roughness genuinely ruins the ride for me. The one interesting note about this ride was that I found the front to be only rough in the corkscrews, while the back was only smooth in the corkscrews. I prefer the empty plot.

Fun enough if you know what you're getting into with an old Arrow looper, namely the neck chop entering the corkscrews. Rode it twice and the front is significantly better as I rode in the second car on my second ride and slammed the back of my head into the seat on the loop. Still better than the Canobie Corkscrew was.

There's nothing I can say about this ride that hasn't been said before. It is just great. My only problems with this ride is my dislike of the shin brace on the lap bar and the fact that it broke down repeatedly when I was at Hershey in 2024. I really like the lateral shot you get pulling into the brake run.

I rode this for the first time in 2024 and I don't remember most of the ride. I do definitely remember being on the third or fourth train out for the day and still waiting for 45 minutes. Rode it again the next year and I remember it better, but I remember getting a bruise from the buckle getting wedged between the lap bar and my gut better.

Super fun and intense ride that let Intamin make Gerslauter look like a bunch of chumps, but the back car has a mean rattle on the second half of the cobra roll. Also that airtime hill near the end is an unassuming highlight.
