Kraken is a reliable and rather smooth floorless coaster with good theming and a color resembling what the kraken looks like. The first drop into the dive loop is great for floater airtime and the layout is solid all around twisting and turning like tentacles! The location over the water is a nice setting during drops as well. The dive under the station is intense and the line isn’t that bad from prior experiences. Doesn’t do anything spectacular, but never disappoints!

Never been much of a fan of these B&M floorless models but this one was at least better than the average ones I've ridden. Of course, a four across B&M model will have outstanding capacity and this is no exception with zero wait time. It's also quite a bit intense and packs a crazy amount of inversions. Each inversion served a purpose but the loops got a bit repetitive near the end. The pacing could have used work. I didn't like the mid-course brake run and felt like it stopped us a bit too much to have this layout have great pacing. What I don't like about floorless models is I always experience headbanging and this is no exception. I braced myself a lot better on this one but it still needs work with the comfort level. Solid coaster though. 3.5/5 stars

Many B&Ms age well. This one has not. It is a very intense inversion machine that I was expecting to like quite a lot judging from my experience on Dominator, but this one just didn't work out for me. The problem is that the entire course is littered with potholes that make my head hurt, resulting in a rather unpleasant ride for me. I wish I had more to say about the specific elements, but I had a hard time enjoying most of them due to the rattling. There was a surprisingly high amount of airtime for a looper though. This should be a capacity monster with 3 8x4 trains, but for some reason they were only running 1 train on it when I was there, despite a pretty significant wait.

Kraken surprised me. I expected much worse. However, I got something better then I was expecting. The overall ride is very fun and enjoyable. It has swift movements but isn't choppy or whippy. This is also my first classic B&M. The inversions are very fun. The first loop that you go on is huge, and very smooth. "Lovely upside-downs" is what I told everyone else. The layout is also quite the masterpiece. It is unpredictable, but in the good way. It also has no dead spots. However, the restraints are fairly uncomfortable. Your head bangs on the hard shoulder harness. There is also a VERY strong rattle.

Quelle déception, un coaster qui d'extérieur et de réputation me pressé de l'essayer ! Le dispatch le jour de ma venu était honteux. Bien que il n'y avait que 20 min d'attentes, les envois entre chaque train était de 7 à 10 minutes (Vu de tous avec le minuteur sur l'écran en gare). Certe, faute des opérateurs et non du ride. Une fois dedans un coaster très intense qui vous donnera un voile noir à coup sûr mais qui est gacher par les vibrations très intense et tout du long du layout. Vraiment déçu de mon ride

I rode this for my first time a few years ago, and I ride it every time I go to SeaWorld. There is a slight rattle, but it's not as bad as people say it is. The back is a little rough though. It's a very fun and intense B&M looper, that always has a 5 minute wait. Don't slack on riding Kraken, even if there are better rides in the park.

Un B&M looper efficace, rien d'incroyable mais une bonne intensité, un joli placement à côté du lac, et des petites vibrations pas trop dérangeantes mais présentes. Quasiment pas de théma à part une tentacule de kraken plutôt jolie, dommage qu'il n'y en ait pas plus. Le côté floorless est marrant au début, surtout pour voir le sol s'enlever, mais sans grand intérêt à part ça. Le débit est pas mal, 20 min d'attente lorsque j'y étais. Bref ça complète bien l'offre du parc.

The first half is full of large elements that you fly through where you either get pushed into your seat or whipped side to side. The second half has some awesome trenches and tunnels that provide great interactions. Diving under the water is a highlight for sure.

It seems that with many B&M loopers you trade a comfortable ride experience for unbridled intensity. Kraken is kind enough to let you have both. The inversions on this ride deliver some spectacular positives without the discomfort I've found on similar coasters. I'm a sucker for rides that dive into trenches like this one does, so that makes me like it even more. I went into my visit to SeaWorld expecting this to be a ride I wouldn't care for, but it actually turned out to be one of the better ones in the park. 8/10 - shoutout to the guy who sat next to me on this coaster; he was one of the only enthusiasts I actually held a fun conversation with on my Florida trip

A pleasant surprise. This was the first ride we went on at SeaWorld Orlando and it set a great tone for the rest of our visit. I'm not a huge B&M floorless fan typically, but I found Kraken to be a beautiful ride with a great layout. It had much more pop than I was anticipating and no shortage of fun elements - with the multiple inversions (all of which delivered) being particularly noteworthy. Surprisingly, I’d put Kraken well ahead of Superman’s Krypton Coaster at SFSA. I think this ride is seriously underrated and overlooked/lost a bit among a great roster of coasters at the park.

This is one of those B&M coasters that everyone has been on and it is really outshined in this park. SeaWorld Orlando may have more B&M coasters than any other theme park in the world, and this one is easily the worst one due to it's age. Personally, I also don't like these rides because of the roughness and high volume of inversions.

So, I have a soft spot for this one because I’ve been on it so many times since the mid-2000s. But, it’s seen better days (aside from the new paint and theming, which is gorgeous). The rattle and head banging is dependent on where you sit; I’ve gotten it REAL bad before, but today I sat row three and barely got any. The layout is weird. The inversions are good but are in super random spots. Again, I like it because of nostalgia, but I can see why others would do it once and then skip it.

C'est une très belle machine qui m'a donné mon premier "voile noir" alors qu'il n'était que 13h ! Les inversions sont très intéressantes et les sensations offertes sont plus que sympathique. Seul petit bémol ce sont les vibrations qui persiste aux points stratégiques des inversions et virages (rien d'insurmontable mais c'est simplement un constat). A faire vous apprécierez très certainement (a condition d'aimer les G+)

I really like the large straight first drop unlike most floorless coasters and every inversion has some crazy positives and/or whip. It’s also a really long ride and the second half is pretty unique with the trench and tunnel as well as a second vertical loop. It is pretty rough but that doesn’t detract from it too much.
