    Inversions Intensity Duration

For my first invert, this bad boy packs a serious punch. This ride literally tries its best to rip your feet off, and it also has a really good setting. Also, the whip you get in the back row is insane

    Airtimes First Drop Smoothness

That first drop is one of my favorite coaster elements of all time, the feeling of hanging over the drop and seeing everything below you is unmatched, and the airtime you get on it is amazing. After that, it’s still good but doesn’t match up, though you do have a pop of airtime going into the splashdown.

    Launch Intensity Layout Rattle

As already said in other reviews, the theming is fantastic, the dispatch is surprisingly very efficient, and the profusion of details all along the queue line makes you forget that you have to wait for at least 40 minutes, you hardly ever stop walking for more than 30 seconds in the line. And you don't see time passing by. It's very immersive and well done, the animatronic is absolutely stunning, and the show with the electricity that occurs every 15/20 minutes is pure genius. I was looking forward to riding this wonder, and came back to Europa park especially for Voltron, 2 months after my first visit. I had high expectations, and they were fulfilled, except for a few details, not a big deal anyway. I was tense and excited, and didn't expect such an energetic and relentless ride! I hyped myself by watching the official teasing videos and the ones published by YouTubers. The vertical launch is out of this world, so unique, and the layout is punchy all the way. The only moment you can breathe is on the turntable (crazy element!), hearing this magnificent soundtrack for a short while. The layout is nothing like I have ever experienced before, it features airtime, hang time, laterals, and absolutely mad G's inside the helix. Rode it 6 times, and we got the non-rattly and the rattly trains. Some really have an uncomfortable rattle. I hope that this will be fixed by the park, as i read that they are doing some experiments on the trains. And it does make a difference, particularly on the outer seats, which are a bit more challenging than the ones in the middle. Not for the faint at heart, it's a bit uncomfortable! But packs a lot of intensity! In a nutshell, it's a wonderful ride, my #4, I highly recommend to ride it if you fancy intensity, and really well themed attractions. One of the most beautifully themed I've seen. A must ride for any enthusiast, anyway! I must say that I have a plus for Toutatis, which is punchy, intense, but smooth when it's been heated all day long, on back and front seats. I never felt any discomfort riding it, it's so reridable (4 times in a row yesterday, and 3 more during the day) and it remains my #1 for the moment, after a good 80 rides on it or so. Just behind Toutatis, I rank ride to happiness and Eejanaika, Voltron, Taron and F.L.Y. Although I love Voltron, here are the cons : Didn't get the teasing tremors before the launch, as seen on some videos, and I was a bit disappointed about that, but it's not a big deal, maybe the park decided to inhibit this system due to technical issues, I don't know. Just after Eejanaika, Voltron is the most intense rollercoaster I've ever ridden. It doesn't prevent the ride from being one of the best machines in Europe right now. Loved it and would reride it for sure. Its flaws are minor. The lightning effect before the launch is fabulous! I recommend to go and experience Voltron by yourselves!

    Lap Bar Smoothness Airtimes

Was hoping to have time to ride this again but in the back to see if it provided any airtime that wasn’t present when I rode it near the front of the train but ran out of time. It’s smooth, especially for its age, and fun enough to earn it a 3.5 from me. Big miss on what looks like a wooden coaster that should provide some air when looking at the layout.

    Comfort Smoothness

Not sure if they changed something on this one, but seeing a lot of complaints on it not spinning enough and it not being intense, but it spun a lot for us that we even all felt a little dizzy. Could be because we only had 3 people on the train and one side really outweighed the other maybe? It’s smooth and well profiled for this type of ride. The only real complaint is the trim breaks are a bit annoying, not unusual for this type of ride and the uncomfortable thud when the train returns to the start. It kinda goes into this funnel. Brace yourself for it.

    Theming Fun Intensity

I believe the ride was recently re done and the theming in 2024 was pretty good by my standards. I actually jumped a couple of time with theming popping out of the dark at me. Definitely worth a lap as of 2024

    Nice surprise! Fun Intensity Harness

Not usually a fan of these 4th dimension coasters, the one at SFGA, is super unpleasantly rough. This one is newer 2021 vs 2016 guessing that’s a part of it being a lot smoother. On my ride it spun like crazy and I was surprised I wasn’t dizzy at the end. It’s really intense, luckily in a good way. You probably want to space out riding it but I was surprised how much I liked it based on previous 4D S&S models. Only complaint is the harness can be a bit uncomfortable and make sure you hang onto the handles to help offset the harness discomfort. You do that and you should have a great time on it. Again another underrated ride at this park.

    Nice surprise! Fun Ejectors Discomfort

Was really surprised by this one though not the most intense wooden roller coaster a bunch of nice pops of air especially in the back. In gets a bit rougher in the very last seat of the train vs. my middle of the train ride but not intolerable and at least you get reward with more forceful ejector air. If the drop was higher and the coaster just bigger and longer could easily have been at least a 4 to 4.5 star.

    First Drop Layout Hangtime Airtimes

Definitely a fun ride and re rideable as the inversions are gentle and well paced as not to make you feel dizzy. Love the first drop and hang time. The only gripe is you expect pops of airtime over the little hills on the Monster but you get nothing. If there were nice pops of air on those moments might creep up to a 5 star ride. Also kind of an underrated park as well. Not a lot of big intense coasters but fun and comfortable ones which is always nice.
