I really wanted to like this ride, but the shin guards on the restraints had me in the worst pain I'd ever been in on a coaster. On top of all that, the layout is on the same level of stupidity as Sky Rocket at Kennywood. If the launch and top hat weren't as amazing as they are I would give it one star, and if it had the decency to end after the top hat I would give it three.

Cannibal is such a wacky, strangely massive ride that somehow feels perfectly at home at Lagoon. The first drop is definitely my favorite beyond vertical drop, and the dive loop has some awesome forces. Like many rides at Lagoon, it's nicely themed and dressed up too. And the view from the top is pretty crazy.

What struck me about this ride beyond the miserable operation procedure was how high quality it feels as a product. The lap bar has a nice tactile feel as you pull it down, the lift whisks the car up pretty fast, and it may just be the smoothest wild mouse coaster I’ve done. I really hope these Arrow mice stick around!

I’d always wanted to ride an impulse with the holding brake, and now that I’ve gotten to, it doesn’t disappoint in the slightest. I can totally see why this ride might not be someone’s cup of tea, but I think it’s a perfect example of the “why would they build that” insanity of early Intamin coasters. The way the ride snatches the train in midair and the LIMs start screaming is absolutely hilarious, on top of being a pretty frightening sensation.

The first drop and airtime hill make you think this ride is going to be superb, and then it does nothing with the rest of its long layout. It meanders through a giant turnaround, trims itself to death, and gives what can best be described as “almost-airtime” on the return run of hills. The only thing besides the amazing first two elements that I actually liked was the tunnel at the end, and while there wasn’t much that I actively disliked on the ride, there’s just so much nothing.

Somehow much worse than its sister in New York. It has this CRAZY jolt in between the loop and the roll that made me question this entire hobby. The sharp air hills save it from being a 0/10. As with the rest of the installations of this model, it has maybe the single least comfortable seat mold of any sit-down coaster.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is, in my opinion, easily the best ride at Epcot, and a top 5 roller coaster in the state of Florida. The sheer amount of fun this ride is cannot be overstated. Normally, I lean toward higher intensity rides with my preferences, but the way the track, cars, sound, and theming interact make this ride truly magical. I was smiling and laughing the entire time I was riding this. It's incredibly smooth, the spinning is seamless, and the theming is passable. I really don’t like the Marvel dialogue present throughout the experience, but there are zero flaws with the ride system. If you can get past the annoying bits, Disney have figured out the formula for pure fun on a roller coaster with this.

One of the most picturesque rides ever. Beautiful on and off ride. Great speed on the second launch, and that LSM noise is magical. I like the forces in a few spots, but that’s not what makes it this good. Weaving in and out of that track is an experience I have yet to find on any other ride.

You can really tell Adventure City cares a lot. Rewind Racers, like all of the other rides here, is thoughtfully themed and fits nicely in the park. While the ride hardware was never going to place super highly on my list, the effort put into the little details, like the multiple different videos that can play during the pause halfway through the ride, made it an enjoyable experience.

The simple operating procedure, short ride duration, and presence of a second train allow the team members running the ride to really crank throughput to the max with dispatches happening at sub-minute intervals. The simple hippogriff animatronic is lovely when it's fully working as well, with three ranges of motion facilitating convincing movements of the head and neck. While not necessarily underrated, Flight of the Hippogriff provides a lot of value to the area that often goes unappreciated. I'll miss working on this ride for sure.

This is still the only coaster to bring me to a full blackout, which made for the single most insane ride I’ve ever had on a coaster. The speed, transitions, and airtime are all just cherries on top. I’ll always respect what this ride does, no matter what it’s themed to.

You can tell this coaster had next to no budget compared to the rest of the attractions in the park. While the ride is smooth and the second half of the coaster layout is fun and dynamic, the theming is at such a jarringly low standard compared to the rest of the park, lacking even a single animated figure. The excessive nets, while overblown, do negatively impact the surrounding area visually. I wish the space home to this ride would have been used for a show instead.
