    Intensity Headbanging Discomfort Layout

Not good. The ride has some force but the stand up trains are uncomfortable and the ride itself just isn't smooth. Floorless conversion makes sense to me.

    Airtimes Capacity Comfort

Much better then I remembered last time I rode this. Every hill has much stronger floater then I had remembered. This is honestly a good layout but the trims do take a way from it. Good floater and a good drop. No where near the best hyper but probably doesn't deserve the hate it gets.

    Dead spots Layout

Doesn't do anything good. It's not really that rough. It has it's patches of rattling but isn't unbearable. The layout doesn't do anything. There isn't anything going on during the ride you just kinda sit there. Twisted Timbers 2.0 would be great here ;)

    Masterpiece Intensity Layout

Purely perfect ride. 10/10 easily. The first drop goes on forever as you float up and out of your seat. The first turn whips you sideways and from there it's a perfect combination of whip, positives, and airtime. The whole middle portion of the ride is fast transitions that throw you side to side and punch the intensity up. The hive dive gives great airtime. The whole ending is filled with airtime over every single hill. They couldn't have done a better job with this ride. The layout is perfection.

    Fun Layout

One of the better mine trains I've done. The layout is pretty long and compact and it's an overall smooth ride. There are plenty of great near misses, especially at the end with the tunnels. Lowkey underrated night ride.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Fun Intensity Smoothness

Mad underrated Arrow. I love this ride because it's a forceful ride that is way smoother then people claim and it never has a line. The first two loops give lots of good positives and the corkscrews have cool interaction going over the path. The helix finale is super intense and a great way to finish the ride. I'd much rather Carowinds keep this ride then remove it.

    Inversions Intensity Smoothness Too short

A very good B&M Invert and one of the best coasters at Carowinds. I love inverts and Afterburn is no exception. I don't think it's one of the best but it for sure packs a punch. It's a shorter ride that is a lot of positives at once. I prefer most other inverts mainly because of the length. Afterburn is definitely one of the more forceful inverts out there but it always seems like there is at least one or two inverts better at most things. Banshee and Montu both have longer layouts. Montu, Raptor, and Alpengeist are slightly more intense. Talon and Raptor have a compact punchy layout that is just as intense. Great Bear is much more whippy. Afterburn does everything good but not as good as the others.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Airtimes First Drop Intensity

Definitely a lower tier RMC just because of the length but for what it does do it's great. The first drop has ejector and a near miss. The turnaround has some good whip through the inversions. The wave turn and airtime hill following both are filled with airtime. The second half has good airtime and a great zero-g roll. But then that's it. I love the ride and think it's super rerideable. Just wish it was slightly longer.

    Location Intensity

While I don't think the layout for these clones is the best this one makes up for it with it's location. It's built into the terrain which allows for some great near misses. The pretzel loop is also very intense. The rest of the layout doesn't do a ton for me except for the near misses.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Airtimes Location Fun Rattle

Very rough coaster but it's still a ton of fun. The whole ride has ton's of airtime, the location over the water is fantastic and the layout is great. I've ridden both forwards and backwards and it's a lot of fun either way.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Airtimes Intensity Layout

One of the best hypers there is. The layout is fantastic. The first half of airtime isn't the strongest but the helix is one of the most intense moments on a hyper. From there the second half has a ton of whip and ejector. The best second half of any B&M hyper for sure. The interaction with the park is great because the layout goes everywhere. Also no seat belts is great and allows you to just fly.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Fun Intensity Smoothness

Easily the best stand up i've done. The layout isn't too big so the force doesn't tire out your legs but it's still pretty intense. The drop, turn around, and stengel dive are all great moments as well. The stand-up factor doesn't affect the ride much to me.

  • Jack Jack J.

First Drop Lap Bar Hangtime Capacity

A ride that is better then expected. Very smooth and quiet ride but is a great ride experience. The first drop is great and the rest of the layout is super whippy and the last inversion has great hangtime. I like these trains but they are not good for capacity sadly.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Harness Intensity Layout Rattle

This was much better then I remembered. It definitely is shaky and rattly but the restraints keep it from head banging. The layout is super compact which allows for some insane near misses. Pretty good.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Pace Intensity

Hands down the best Batman there is. It runs so much faster then it showed. We measured the forces and timed the ride last time we rode. It was running 6-7 seconds faster then the POVs and was pulling 5.7 Gs. The whole thing is so much more forceful then the others to the point where your feet hurt because of all the blood rushing to them. The second half is ridiculous.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Theming Intensity Smoothness

A surprisingly intense family coaster. My favorite Disney coaster that I've done. Super well themed and the mountain look's fantastic. The fake broken track is cool and the backwards section is disorienting. From there you've got lots of forceful helices and a nice drop plus interaction with the mountain. Really good ride.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Airtimes Theming Launch

The best indoor coaster there is hands down. The theming in the queue and on ride is fantastic. The first launch is great and the airtime you get after is very intense ejector. The rest of the first spaghetti bowl is filled with forceful turns and one other ejector bunny hill that throws you out of your seat. The fake exit is awesome and the drop off of it in the back row is violent. The rest of the way back to the brakes has one floater moment and some turns but isn't too crazy. No question the best ride in Studios and the best indoor coaster I have ever done.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Fun Rattle Layout

A ride with all the potential in the world but just isn't great. The first drop is solid but nothing crazy. The non-inverted loop is the highlight of the ride for sure. The midcourses throughout kill your momentum. I understand that they are their for capacity but it really kills parts of the ride. The layout also doesn't do much in the second half. I wish it did a bit more and didn't rattle as much. It's ok but could be better.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Theming Fun

The theming in this coaster is phenomenal. The queue is absolutely amazing and the ride itself is too. There isn't a ton of coaster to it but the portions it does have are pretty fun. The story is great and the use of screens meshed with physical set pieces is done well.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Theming Launch Intensity

Hulk is a really good looper with a great layout. The theming is great throughout the queue and the station. The first launch is great and forceful. The zero-g roll after is very whippy as well. The cobra roll si very forceful and so is the loop. I've greyed out on both of these elements multiple times. The big swooping turn and corkscrew are great and then the second half is just a twisted mess of whip. The loop has good forces and the turns and corkscrew throw around. Hulk is definitely different from your average looper but its great.

    Theming Smoothness Duration

A fantastic coaster unlike any other. A worthy successor to Dragons in my opinion. The whole ride is themed very well. The queue is themed nicely and on ride is even better. I have not ridden a coaster better at telling a story then Hagrid's. The ride itself is very well done. Both seats are cool and comfortable. The first launch doesn't have much kick but it's more like a boost to the next launch because the next launch is literally around the corner. This one does have a bit of force to it. You go through some twisting track and into a show scene. From there you hit another launch that is significantly more forceful then the previous one's. You go up and dive down into some twisting whippy turn and transitions over the water. You then hit another launch that also has good force. You hop up and then double down. This moment actually has some floater surprisingly. You turn and then hit some brakes that take you past fluffy. You turn again and then launch forwards, dip under some rocks and up into a spike that leaves you hanging there before freefalling backwards. You launch backwards and go through a helix that takes you indoors. Inside there is great theming and a drop track. The drop track has some good airtime and then you hit the finale which is fantastic. You hit an incredibly forceful launch and whip up into a turn around, then turn again and into the brakes. This ending is very whippy and forceful. The whole ride is intense, filled with theming, and goes on forever. A perfect replacement for Dueling Dragons.

    Theming Lap Bar Intensity

A truly insane masterpiece of a coaster that's very different from other top coasters. While many of the best coasters out there prioritize airtime and positives, Velocicoaster is different in that it's highlights come mainly from laterals and whip. That's not to say it doesn't have airtime and positives though. The whole ride is excellently built into the area it's in. The paddock is filled with rockwork and the second half is incredibly picturesque near the water and over the area. The queue is very well themed. The raptor animatronics are great. The trains are sleek and comfortable. The lights look great and the lap bar is now one of my favorite types of restraints. The first launch is very forceful. The immelman has some whip and hang and then you drop into the rocks, providing a great near miss element. The dive loop is unlike any other dive loop out there. It's so different and easily one of the first inversions ever. In the front row when you hit the peak and are about to dive you get ejected, then shipped sideways as you dive, then pushed into your seat as you pull out. The only inversion I've ever experienced that has airtime, positives, and laterals all in one. The next hill is a great ejectot moment and from there you get a good mix of airtime and whip through the rocks before you hit the second launch. The second launch hits hard. Not as hard as Maverick's second launch but still pretty hard. The top hat is fantastic. You get airtime throughout the whole thing. The stall afterwards is super whippy. Less hangtime and more whip and i'm totally okay with that. The wave turn ejects you sideways and the outerbank does the same while whipping you every which way. The low to the ground turn has good positives and then a quick airtime moment into the greatest inversion ever made. That inline twist over the water manages to throw you literallt 90 degrees sideways. I am not exaggerating when I say I was whipped to the point of looking down the roll while the train was to the side. The whippiest moment ever, easily. One last hop that as great airtime and into the brakes. Easily a 10/10 no question. It has a little bit of everything and is themed to perfection. What more could you ask for.

    Airtimes Intensity Layout Rattle

Mine Blower is an absolutely insane ride. One of the most intense wooden coasters out there for sure. The ride is packed with action in such a tight spot. The first drop gives some really good airtime and then the zero-g roll has some great whip to it. A tight low to the ground turn follows that has some great force and from there it's just a blur. Lot's of tight turns that are very intense. A double down that has great airtime and a few other hills are in there somewhere. It's truly crazy what this ride does. It has one major downfall however. The thing has gotten pretty rough. It's very difficult to marathon this thing now a days because theirs multiple moments where you can feel it in your skull. If it was smoother it'd be way up in my rankings but sadly it's not. Great ride regardless but man it needs some track work.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Airtimes Intensity Layout

Very good quality small scale GCI. A pretty intense ride with some good floater moments. Has a few rough spots to it but nothing too bad. The first drop is pretty whippy. The way out has some good moments of laterals and airtime. The one complaint with this section for me is the double seems a bit too high up. You lose a good bit of speed to it but at least you get a solid double down right after. The turnaround has some good lats and the way back is the same as the way out, lot's of floater and whip. The final turn into the brakes has some laterals as well. White Lightning is overall a good GCI. Definitely not the best but has some good moments.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Lap Bar Layout

A pretty ok family coaster. Comfortable restraints and a decent layout gliding above the paths. The ride does shuffle a bit but that's ok because no risk of headbanging with just a lap bar. The final helix has some alright force to it as well.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Airtimes Launch Intensity

Maverick is a ride that for me gets better and better every time I ride it. My first visit to Cedar Point I was slightly disappointed because of the restraint system but I still thought it was a 9/10 at least. My next two visits to the park were within a month of each other and I was blown away. I got 12 rides on it between the two visits and it did everything I expected last time plus the restraints didn’t bother me nearly as much. I had one or two rides where I could feel it in my thighs but still not nearly as bad as last time. The airtime on the drop is incredible in the back and the rest of the ride is just super whippy and filled with ejector. The second launch is super intense as well. This and Velocicoaster are really close but I give the edge to Velocicoaster because of the restraints. This is still a 10/10 though easily.

    Theming Location Fun

A classic. Good airtime in some spots and lats with theming in the others. The location in the mountain is amazing and the ride is gorgeous. Just a fun classic ride that you can’t go wrong with.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Theming Fun

Much smoother then Florida’s but doesn’t have as much of that arrow jank or airtime. Good ride obviously with fantastic theming but Florida’s is slightly better because of a few hills that try to eject you.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Comfort Fun

Good ride just like it’s Florida counterpart. Doesn’t have the Arrow airtime moments the other does but it does have one good moment of floater. The sense of speed is much better as it doesn’t trim hardly at all. I do prefer Florida’s because of the airtime moments however.

  • Jack Jack J.

    Fun Duration

Good family coaster. Launches are fun and the loop is good. Goes on forever and doesn’t have a bad moment.
