    Inversions Pace Intensity Theming Reliability

Oh crap, this is a great ride. Still not as great as Wicked Cyclone or Steel Vengeance, but better than Lightning Rod. Pace is awesome, it’s intense, and like the killer inversions. But it loses points for the theming within the ride, as it is pretty stupid and RMC WILL NOT STOP. But the main flaw is the reliability within the ride. It’s slow in the morning, it breaks down a lot, and that’s it. One of RMC’s masterpieces.

    Airtimes Intensity Hangtime

Must ride. Mako is excellent for what it is. There is no con about the ride. The layout is awesome, it has great airtime and hangtime. There’s just one bad thing about the ride: WHEN IT’S OVER! It’s probably the second best coaster in Florida, only behind VelociCoaster. Ride Mako. Kraken is good, but Mako is the best. Live it. Be it. RIDE it.

    Layout Rattle Pointless Reliability

I’ll ride The Legend, but I know it’s rough. This thing needs to get RMC. If it doesn’t, it might become unbearable. This is so OVERRATED. As this was the succeeder to Raven, which is rough, but good. Legend was just rough, and I can respect people putting this equally or more than Raven, but I can’t believe that people would pick this jackhammering machine over Voyage. VOYAGE! CCI is known for making rough coasters (cough, cough Boulder Dash, and cough, cough, The Boss). But this is different. The Legend is not just rough. It’s almost unbearable.

    Inversions Rattle Pointless Dead spots

Riddler Mindbender is SO overrated. I haven’t ridden this yet, but the drop does nothing, and you feel like the Schwarzkopf rattle is back again. This is just a clone of Shockwave at Over Texas. Shockwave just makes Mindbender look like a joke. When I get to Over Georgia, I will ride this and it will probably confirm my low expectations, but I hope for a better outcome.

    Hangtime Headbanging Pointless

Why does Vekoma name all of it’s Boomerangs the best name in the world, Boomerang. The SLCs are more rough than the Boomerangs. Maybe with the Arrow trains you might feel headbanging, but it’s not the roughest coaster on Earth. You definitely won’t feel like you won the lottery or married a great person with a big wedding on a Vekoma Boomerang, but come on guys, there are many coasters worse than these coasters. If you’ve ridden one, just stop. You’ve basically ridden all the Boomerangs. Congratulations. Now ride a good B&M Hyper or a good RMC Hybrid.

    Airtimes Fun Duration

Mr. Freeze is an excellent ride. Premier Rides did a great job. The layout is fantastic, and this is the best coaster (along with the one at Over Texas) Premier has to offer. If SheiKra at my home park of Busch Gardens Tampa got removed, I would want Mr. Freeze Reverse Blast to come on down, and fill the spot. It’s not a lot, but going up the top hat is just insane anyway. When you get married, you love it, and you feel your heart beating with love and excitement that you are now married. This is what Mr. Freeze Reverse Blast gives us. This is my favorite ride at the whole park.

Airtimes First Drop Nice surprise! Too short

InvadR is a very good GCI. It gets hate which it doesn’t deserve. It’s just too short. That’s it. It has a lot of airtime hills, the first drop is nice, and it’s an airtime machine that’s a great fit for the park. If you love airtime, I suggest go to Williamsburg, go to Busch Gardens, ride InvadR, then see what you think. It’ll be a nice surprise for you. InvadR is one of my favorites at Williamsburg.

    Intensity Harness Discomfort

Tempesto is like Tigris at my home park. This is your typical Sky Rocket II by Premier. The launch is great, there is great hangtime, a nice inversion, but best of all, it’s an intense ride. However, the harness is uncomfortable, and discomfort is a problem in riding. It’s a quick ride, but that is normal with Sky Rocket II models. Premier Rides has done excellent with these models, and while I’m not in love with it, I don’t hate it, so Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Premier Rides did a good job on Tempesto.

    Airtimes Inversions Disappointing!

With only two inversions to work with, AND a stand-up position, blame the Georgia Scorcher. People love this coaster, but stand-ups are not that comfortable, and no one seems to care. Kraken, Riddler’s Revenge, and Kumba are fun. Georgia Scorcher is not. Go ride Goliath instead. That thing’s awesome. Georgia Cyclone was probably even more boring, but it’s defunct, so I can’t ride it now. So the worst coaster in Georgia is the Georgia Scorcher. There are better rides in Over Georgia.

    Airtimes Inversions Hangtime Rattle

Hangtime is top-notch awesome. The lift is cool, the first drop is phenomenal, and all the inversions just come at you with force. It has the smoothness. Hangtime May have a rattle, but I don’t mind. I love Hangtime, and it’s a little overrated, but not too bad. Oh, and that neon slideshow in the night is amazing. Hangtime is number three, behind Xcelerator, and GhostRider. I think Gerstlauer did a great job with Hangtime at Knott’s.

    Inversions Intensity Smoothness Rattle Theming

Guys, stop hating Bluehawk. As a coaster enthusiast, I can see the hate, but it just doesn’t make sense. I don’t like Vekoma either, but I don’t hate them completely. Bluehawk make be a little janky and shaky, but I think it’s pretty smooth. Now the theme is a blue hawk. Can we please change that? Come on guys, Georgia Scorcher is worse than this.

    Airtimes Hangtime Dead spots

This is a good ride. I love RMC, and this was their first prototype. That first drop is cool, and the airtime and hangtime is awesome. But when you have 9 other coasters (discounting Raptors) that are as tall as the original Texas Giant, is makes it look like a joke. Don’t want to diss it though. It also is mild, and has no inversions, but New Texas Giant is awesome. Just one suggestion, next time, don’t name your new project this: NEW (name of project).

Airtimes Inversions Intensity Too short Dead spots

I love Full Throttle. I love the whippy inversions, especially the loop. Premier did a great job. There are just three cons about it though. The launch is weak, there are brakes on the final drop, and it’s a short ride. But I still like what they did. I just wish they did more, maybe go through the loop before hitting the brake run. Just to do something. Just live it, be it, and enjoy it. I’m not the biggest Full Throttle fan, but it’s sneaky awesome.

    Intensity Duration Too short

I just like spinning coasters. A Gerstlauer coaster is awesome, and the spinning ones are underrated. If you have nobody sitting across from you, you’ll be spinning so intensely. It’s short, but it’s still a great ride.

  • Julian R.

Inversions Nice surprise! Hangtime Dead spots

A very underrated RMC. It is NOT the worst RMC coaster. It might meander around it’s track, but let’s put that aside, and enjoy the three inversions that it gives us. This is far from the worst. The airtime is not strong, but it still is a good ride nonetheless, along with B&M, RMC is my favorite manufacturer for coasters. Everybody in the coaster world claims this to be “the worst RMC”, and while it doesn’t pack a very powerful punch like Iron Gwazi and Steel Vengeance, it still is a great coaster, and this is not the monstrosity people make it out to be.

    Location Comfort Too short Capacity

I personally think that Verbolten is one of the best Zierer coasters. It may be short, but that slideshow is awesome. You’re just taking a car ride, when your vehicle gets hit with a lightning bolt in the Black Forest or the Forbidden Forest, hence the name Verbolten. The Forbidden Forest makes me think about the Harry Potter backpack for women, but let’s get back to Verbolten. The slideshow consists of what you’re trying to avoid or something like that. It has the forest itself, the storm, or the Big Bad Wolf, obviously to honor it’s defunct predecessor. Then it goes over the lake just like Big Bad Wolf did. Verbolten fits in with the German themed section of the park. If Cobra’s Curse and Verbolten switched, even with no lake, I would still love Verbolten.

    Airtimes Smoothness Dead spots

A very B&M coaster. It’s overrated, for sure, but it’s still a good ride. Behemoth has a bunch of trim brakes, which kills the thrill, but like most B&M Hypers, it does that, except for Raging Bull, Intimidator, and Diamondback. Along with Leviathan and Vortex, this is the best coaster in Canada’s Wonderland. I’d love to have Behemoth, Leviathan, and Vortex at my home park.

    Comfort Disappointing! Airtimes Dead spots

This thing is not rough. It’s just so boring. Remind me why people actually like this. It just meanders around the track. Wave Breaker starts with a blue neon slideshow, with an announcer. Okay. Then you go into the launches which are very weak. After that, the train is just doing nothing. And then you go back into the station. I know, it’s a controversial pick for defining the word “boring”, but Wave Breaker is just that. It’s so overrated, and all the hype from this should be going to other rides in the SeaWorld chain (like Steel Eel). It’s an Intamin family coaster, but Canyon Blaster (a kids coaster at Magic Mountain) is more intense than this. If Wave Breaker was on the game show “The Weakest Link”, it would be probably not be voted off, but it should be. When it does, the host and I will say this simultaneously, “Wave Breaker, our boring Intamin family coaster, you are the weakest link. Goodbye!”

Nice surprise! Pace Smoothness Too short Capacity

We hit this after Scorpion. Cheetah Hunt’s line was too long, So was Montu’s. I wanted to ride this, but the line was long, but we decided to just go in. I thought it was just going to be just another wild mouse coaster. It had a horrible capacity, but we finally got on the ride. After the elevator lift, we rode it. And it was awesome. It felt short, but going backwards and spinning around is just great. It was #2 when I went (I only rode 3), just behind Kumba. Don’t underestimate Cobra’s Curse. That thing’s kind of awesome.
