Pace Fun
This is my favorite of any racer style coaster that I’ve ridden. Great pace, not a bad rattle, and there is a finish line!
-
Location Headbanging
The location is great. Also, a short walk from Millie if it’s down. The head banging can be rough.
-
Launch Fun
I waited 3.5 hours for this ride on the day it opened because it kept breaking down while I was in line. Obviously not worth that wait, but still a fun ride. Great launch.
-
Launch Fun
Great launch. I like this slightly better than the KI version because there is some light during the ride.
-
Airtimes Fun Smoothness
With all due respect to Valravn, this is the king of the dive coasters. The smoothest coaster I’ve ever ridden, combined with placement in the park, perfect air, and a splashdown where you feel some drops on the final turn. This coaster leaves me grinning throughout the entire ride.
-
Location Fun
I wouldn’t call it smooth, but this is the smoothest arrow looper that I’ve ridden recently. The location is top-notch and this ride still has some punch. Great memories riding this as a kid as well.
-
Fun
This was my favorite ride as a kid and the first suspended coaster that I’d ever ridden. I loved this thing.
-
Airtimes Location Intensity
Mid-tier B&M hyper with some life in it. Not as smooth as the other models, but the location is fantastic.
-
Airtimes Smoothness Intensity
Incredibly smooth floater. The intensity is lacking.
-
First Drop Pace Rattle
The original hyper. It’s still fun, but a rough ride. Safe to say its best days are behind it.
-
Theming Fun Intensity
I like this ride. It’s a mid-tier B&M invert which has some good intensity. The theming in the queue and walking through a giant sewer drain to get to the ride was fun. If they were smart, they’d clone this.
-
Fun Smoothness
This is my favorite B&M floorless. I generally don’t like this model, but there was surprisingly little, if any, head banging and they did a great job adding some fun theming elements into the ride.
-
First Drop Fun Smoothness
Your list of records at the entrance isn’t fooling anyone, Valravn. If you’re great, you don’t have to explain to everyone how great you are. That being said, this is still a fun coaster. It’s best in the back row, which is kind of odd for a dive coaster. The vests aren’t that bad, but aren’t ideal.
-
Theming Launch Smoothness
Very fun ride. Great launches. The Big Bad Wolf was my favorite ride as a kid, so this location will always have a place in my heart. Auf wiedersehen!
-
Location Fun Smoothness Intensity
My first B&M wing coaster. Fun and smooth ride, just not very intense.
-
Location Fun Smoothness Intensity
This is a fun ride. It may be the least intense B&M invert that I’ve ridden, but I absolutely love the location and could ride this over and over again. It also has one of my favorite queuing areas. The wait for the front row is on a wooden walkway, 30 feet above the whitewater from where the log ride splashes down.
-
Theming Fun
Very fun. The theming is top-tier.
-
Theming Fun
Fun and memorable. Great theming.
-
Airtimes Fun Layout
I really like this ride. It has some really good ejector airtime and I love the layout through the woods. Front row is best.
-
Inversions Pace Fun
This was my first RMC Raptor, so I had no idea what to expect. The single rail design isn’t my favorite and there is a slight rattle, but this thing packs a punch! There are so many fun elements in this ride that it really is a great coaster.
-
Airtimes Fun Smoothness
The Six Flags website said that this ride was temporarily closed, so I was shocked and thrilled to see this actually running and get rides when I visited. This is in stark contrast to how Maverick was closed all three days when I visited Cedar Point, yet the website said nothing. Life lesson folks: under-promise and over-deliver. But I digress. Nitro is a great coaster with some fun elements that I haven’t experienced on other similar models. Infinitely re-rideable.
-
First Drop Fun Smoothness
It was a bold decision by KI to build a taller but slightly worse version of one of its existing coasters. It has a bigger first drop and goes faster than Diamondback, but everything else is slightly worse. Still a fun ride.
-
Airtimes First Drop Fun
After an eight-year coaster hiatus due to some rough headbangers, this is the ride that made me love roller coasters again. It has a great first drop and B&M floater airtime, but pace and power are what separates this from some of the other models. There’s a good chance you’ll get wet in the back row from the splashdown as well.
-
Airtimes Fun Ejectors
Three words: Ejector airtime machine. This is the Manny Pacquiao of roller coasters. Small in stature, but punches way above its weight class. Ride it in the back to get the full effect. It excels in ejector airtime, but the inversions are fun as well. Smooth with no dead spots. Pound for pound, this may be one of the best coasters in the world.
-
Launch Fun Intensity
The launch goes so fast but the train is silent because you literally can’t scream. Just an incredibly intense, unforgettable experience. Front seat is the best. The King stay the King.

Fun Masterpiece Layout
Ol’ Blackjack had one last trick up his sleeve after his deal with that thievin, moonshine runner Maverick. Based loosely on the Cedar Creek Mine ride, this masterpiece perfectly blends Chess’ remarkable equestrian skills with Blackjack’s mean streak to create the best wagon ride that this fella ever experienced. I reckon that that this ride alone is worth the trip to the Cedar frontier, pardners. Now don’t get too comfortable and think about getting a quick re-ride. Digger will keep you holed up in the queue for what feels like a fortnight as this ride may go down for maintenance several times while you wait. But don’t fret, it will give you ample time to read all the signage and think about the best way to write a dumb review.
