The best non-dueling raptor. I honestly don’t see why people rank Twisted Colossus over this, no hate to that ride, but this is the superior SFMM RMC. The first drop in the back row is something no one will ever mention when talking about the best first drops, despite it being worthy of being mentioned. Pretty much every single airtime hill delivers ejector, even the finale. In the front row, you get vicious whip on the dive loop and the turnaround that has like 3 names. During the 0-g stall, at least for me, I feel peace, just being by myself with no one to my sides while being upside down. I don’t know why, I’ve experienced many other 0-g stalls, but for some reason I feel this way on this particular stall.

Another great ride at Magic Mountain. Layout overall is very smooth, packing in of course airtime and surprisingly, positive g's. The reliability on this thing is garbage though, almost always opens late and breakdowns are pretty often, don't get stuck in long lines, the trains are also terrible, bad seats, bad restraints. The ride itself is so good I can overlook these cons, absolutely come out and ride this coaster when you visit though.

Une parfaite Masterclass qui surclasse pas mal de rmc traditionnels. La drop est dantesque surtout au last. Le reste du layout consiste à se faire expulser du train par des airtimes surpuissants, sans aucun doute les meilleurs que j’ai pu expérimenter. Ça va très très vite jusqu’aux freins, un pur régal. L’assise est un peu bizarre mais ne m’a pas dérangé plus que ça par contre les harnais type veste sont vraiment nuls. À faire en début on fin de journée à cause du débit.

Hate the harness, love the ride. This coaster has a lower overall score than Wonder Woman Gold Lasso at Fiesta Texas, but I enjoyed it a lot more. I felt like this was a more complete layout and it had more fun moments overall. The first drop is great, and there are several stellar airtime and ejector moments throughout. I rode front, middle, and back. All seats were really good.

This ride has a very creative layout with a crazy amount of ejector airtime. Unfortunately, the trains and harnesses make this unrideable for me. If you have long legs, they will be smashed into an awkward spread-out position by the strange lap bar and the wheel hump in the middle of the train. The shoulder straps continually scraped against my neck throughout the ride. Furthermore, the capacity for this ride is one of the worst at Magic Mountain; I believe the ride was designed to run four trains, but it only runs two at most. Prepare to wait a long time for a ride that will probably hurt if you are tall.

SI ON OMET TOUT CA le coaster reste une bonne surprise, un peu plus pechu que les RMC traditionels, il faudra absolument essayer les versions les plus récentes.

Wonder Woman didn’t quite do it for me. The first drop? Super fun. But after that, the layout just felt like it was tossing me around in a way that wasn’t exactly enjoyable. It’s fast and dynamic, but not in a way that really clicked for me.That said, operations were impressively quick, so at least the wait was minimal. Still, overall, I didn’t enjoy this one as much as I hoped.

As my first RMC raptor, this blew me away. It was super fast throughout and packed in lots of elements. Also, nobody seems to talk about the headchoppers on this thing. I kept ducking because there were so many, so that was interesting. I really struggle to think of a single flaw; it is just a really good coaster.

UPDATED REVIEW: This was my first RMC and I was super excited. Even though it’s often ranked lower as a raptor, to me, it was amazing. I've ridden it 5 times; 1 towards the front and 4 in the back of the train. This thing is INSANE. In the back, it PULLS you through every maneuver. Every airtime hill gives solid ejector. Even coming out of the MCBR and turnaround, you get airtime! There are several moments that pull good positive G’s as well, mainly the low-to-the-ground turnaround. This thing is also fairly smooth. The inversions are so fun. Like Twisted Colossus, the stall is the definition inverted weightlessness while the zero-g roll is exactly as the name implies. The restraints aren’t much of a problem for me. I would definitely RECOMMEND RIDING AS FAR BACK AS YOU CAN. The front is ok but it kinda crawls up there. The only real gripe that I have is the hump of metal that separates your legs. Overall, an outstanding ride that lives up to the hype of RMC!

Wonder Woman Flight of Courage absolutely blew me away. I stepped off of this coaster feeling elated and so surprised. First off, WWFOC was my very first single rail coaster, so that added to the experience for sure. But I imagine even if I had done one before, this still would have blown my mind. WWFOC has a delicacy and precision to it that's incredibly hard to find anywhere else. Because there's only one rider per car, and that one rider is in the perfect center of the track, the single rail boasts heartlined elements that achieve mathematical perfection - and you can really feel that. The zero-g stall and the zero-g roll were both some of the most perfect inversions I've ever experienced. Another thing that boosted this one ride I got was how I left a little wiggle room between myself and the restraint. I thought I had pushed it down far enough, but I'm glad I didn't because I was quite literally FLYING out of my seat and it was the coolest sensation. Finally, the theming and color scheme of the ride and track are really some of the best at the park. The queue is enclosed in this building that has lots of art and weapons hanging on the wall and that bright yellow track makes you feel like you're riding on rays of sun. Overall, WWFOC is my new #3 roller coaster. I really hope to get back to SFMM to ride it again soon. Cheers to RMC for creating a masterpiece!

Le layout est très intéressant avec beaucoup d'airtimes et d'éjectors. Mais il y a un problème majeur avec lui comme avec tous les raptor track je pense: les harnais. Je n'ai jamais eu autant mal dans un coaster ! La position que nous force à prendre le train pour pouvoir fermer les harnais fait que ça tire comme pas possible sur les articulations des jambes et à chaque airtime on a l'impression que ça va péter. L'opérateur qui fermait les harnais m'a dit que c'était vraiment mal foutu pour les grands, et je ne fais qu'1m85 donc j'imagine pas pour quelqu'un qui fait plus.

Excellent. Je le trouve vraiment sous côté, il subit de nombreuses critiques vis à vis de son harnais qui gâcherait les airtimes et inversions, ce que je ne trouve absolument pas. L'assise est également critiquée, certes elle n'est pas commune mais pas dérangeante si on n'y fait pas attention. Et oui on est à six flags magic mountain, ne portez pas d'espoir pour un semblant de théma, la gare est faite de taule. Maintenant passons au ride. Je l'ai fait uniquement au last row, en milieu de journée donc pas au maximum de son intensité. La first drop est excellente, on est arraché de son siège d'une puissance que je n'avais jamais rencontrée. Puis la suite du coaster enchaîne les inversions de qualité, airtimes, ejectors, changements de direction. Le tout sans temps morts. Même dans les endroits qui devraient l'être, le train garde de la vitesse et nous laisse pas respirer. C'est donc sans hésitation l'un des meilleurs du parc à absolument faire

This is my third raptor track RMC and I rate it as my favorite by a notable margin (vs. Jersey Devil and WW SF Fiesta). The first hill, which is not typically the highlight for me on this format, was the best drop of any coaster at Magic Mountain (X2 was closed.) And the pacing and intensity were fantastic and relentless throughout. I didn't feel anything resembling the wear and tear of other raptor track rides...which tells me you really need to ride these coasters when they're young. My unexpected star of the day among the 12 coasters we were able to ride. The only gripe was the wait - slow operations, a couple downtime moments, and a single train in play made for a much longer wait than necessary.

This is one of the most underrated roller coasters I have ridden. I see people calling this ride a family coaster and saying the airtime doesn't hit and I'm honestly wondering if the community has been riding the same ride that I rode. My first ride on Wonder Woman was a front row night ride and it was running extremely fast. The pacing on this ride is absolutely amazing. First of all, that first drop is probably the best drop ever on an RMC besides Iron Rattler. Even in the middle you can feel intense ejector airtime hitting that almost 90-degree angle. The valley after this drop is good, but it's nowhere near as intense as the next few. The raven dive is incredibly unique, and the airtime cresting it in the front is stronger and better than any airtime moment on Twisted Colossus. You also get some crazy laterals on the crest which are enhanced by the fact that you ride single file. In the drop down, you get floater airtime/hangtime which after the intense ejector/laterals combination feels like pure bliss. You also get a bunch of crazy strong positive g-forces (about 4Gs) on the exit to this element. The camelback that follows is probably my favorite camelback I've ever experienced on an RMC beating out Untamed, Twisted Colossus, and Medusa Steel Coaster. The airtime on this one absolutely blows the other ones out of the water in my opinion. Then you hit another 4G valley and climb up into a zero-g stall. Compared to Twisted Colossus, this stall's hangtime is not as good, but it's sustained for a longer time. Even though I enjoy the headchoppers on most RMC stalls with the wooden structure, I like the visual of hanging high off the ground with nothing below you (which you get on this) more. This is followed by the most intense valley yet going into this crazy transition into the turnaround. If you're sitting in the front rows, you get insane airtime entering this turnaround and your neck will feel it afterwards so it's not for the faint of heart. Then the drop off the turnaround delivers another instance of absurd ejector airtime. This is my favorite element on the ride besides the drop and it's everything I wished the drop off the turnaround on Twisted Colossus would be and more. The zero-g roll is just an average RMC zero-g roll, nothing crazy, but it still feels cool. The pop into the mid course brake run delivers strong airtime for front row riders, and the drop off the mid course brake run delivers strong airtime for back row riders. The overbanked turn is the most intense part of the ride, delivering strong forces for a pretty long time. I didn't grey out, but in the summer when the ride is running at it's peak I could see it being a greyout moment. The trick track is incredibly underrated, two strong and sustained pops of off-axis airtime back to back while letting you feel all the ride's speed. Then the speed hill delivers the strongest ejector airtime moment on the ride, despite being small. The wave turn gives some fun sideways airtime, and the last overbank also gives some float. People say that the restraints ruin the ride and honestly they did not bother me at all. An incredibly underrated roller coaster and my 4th favorite overall.
