Location Pace Fun
A great family coaster with a 42" minimum height. Ninja showed me what a suspended coaster could do, making me sad that I missed out on the Big Bad Wolf. Whipping through the trees, with the natural swinging as opposed to bog standard on-the-track riding or jerky inverted coaster motions. Of course being on the middle of a hill means the ending is just a lift hill back to the station.

Location Disappointing!
Good ride, but the ending is super disappointing. You go up a lift hill and go right into the station. :/

Location Pace Fun Capacity
I thought this ride was just okay but not worth the hour-long wait on President's Day. I've never ridden a suspended train before so it was fun to swing back and forth as you take quick turns. The location of the ride against the hillside was very nice and it had great pacing too except for the final lift hill into the station. The capacity was absolutely awful for this one. They only used one train but the park was packed that day so this led to the hour-long delay in getting onto the ride. A solid family ride I would probably ride again but only if it had a 5-minute wait or less. 3/5 stars

Nice surprise! Dead spots
A shockingly fun ride that made me laugh the whole way down, although the chain lift at the end kind of kills the momentum.

Location Fun Intensity Rattle Headbanging
It is very fun and intense but it has some head banging

Location Pace Fun
I remember this being in a Kidsongs video when I was little, and I had to try it! It's not as fast as it was to me back then, but it's still fun and in a prime, woodsy spot.

Location Pace Fun Rattle Harness Discomfort
It was decent, but that chainnlift at the end was disappointing. It’s fun and I liked being splashed by Jet Stream

Location Fun Capacity Intensity
An SFMM classic, this ride is definitely enjoyable. The only Arrow bucket style I’ve ever ridden, and probably my only. These type of rides are going extinct, and it’s not hard to see why. It’s a fun ride, but it doesn’t hit all the marks in terms of intensity or big drops. Lift hill at the end to get back to the station is kind of annoying too.

Location Fun Dead spots
It won't be in anyone's top 5 at the park, but it definitely gets too much hate. The lift at the end is definitely a buzzkill, but I really like everything else. Arrow suspended coasters are a dying breed, get your rides in now

Location Pace
Another classic SFMM gem. Blends perfectly with the terrain. The quality of the ride is hit or miss. Some days it is absolutely hauling through the trees, other days it crawls around the turns. When Ninja is running well it’s an absolute blast!

Location Fun Rattle Harness Dead spots
I want to like this ride a lot but it's kind of rough and it doesn't make very good use of the suspended cars, IMO. At least there are a lot of trees and some theming to make this ride more interesting. I'm glad it's still around but I just wish it did more. Also, the restraints are unnecessary and uncomfortable.

Pace Layout Dead spots
It is basically a tame suspended coaster. Not much to it and isn’t intense at all unless in the back row. Recommend the back row for most intensity; whips you around a good bit in the back. Only worth riding in the back, unless there is no line. Pretty tame family coaster for the most part and just doesn’t have much to offer. Feels pretty slow and pointless towards the front.

Location Fun Dead spots
This is a nice and pleasant ride, with a lame finish. Not a whole lot else to say about it - it doesn't stand out at all, but it's fun and has great views.

Nice surprise! Pace Fun Dead spots
When I went on Ninja, I thought it wouldn’t be intense, but BOY was I wrong. Please keep in mind that I am an aspiring enthusiast and have yet to get on a super high thrill coaster, so what may seem intense to me may differ for you. The lift hill is pretty short, and the drop is pretty gradual. There is no stomach dropping feeling like you get on some coasters, which is good for a family oriented coaster. The one thing that surprised me is how much speed the coaster picks up. You wind around and down the mountain with the wind blowing in your face and the trains swinging. When I rode Ninja, the ride was swinging a lot. There is one part at the end of the ride where the train hits a slight turn and swings 90 degrees or over, or at least when I rode it it did. Now comes one of the only downsides of the ride, which is the lift hill back to the station. It’s not really that bad, because it gives you time to laugh and talk about the ride. The restraints were fine, even though this is a coaster manufactured by Arrow. It also wasn’t super rough, but I was not really paying attention to how smooth the ride was. Overall, this is a very good coaster for families and thrill seekers alike. But don’t go in expecting something super tame, because as Magic Mountain says, Ninja is the black belt of roller coasters, or at least family coasters!

Layout
The chain lift hill back to the station is one of the worst moments in roller coaster design history. A chain lift hill should always lead to more fun, not the end of the ride. Otherwise, it’s a fun ride, and my kids love it. The water splash is the highlight, if you can get it. I prefer the layout and aesthetic of Iron Dragon at Cedar Point. 2 stars for ninja.

Location Fun
Another ride I wasn’t expecting to be as good as it was. Much better swinging then any other suspended coaster I had done. The interaction with the terrain and the log flume was well done and the ride was just a fun sort of jank. My new favorite suspended coaster.

It was great before they cut down all the trees. Overall it's decent

Location Fun
This is a very fun family coaster, especially given the era that this was built. Ninja winds around the backside of the Magic Mountain hillside, making it somewhat of a terrain coaster. It winds by some trees and over water features as well making the setting very pleasant. This is also somewhat intense for a family coaster as you pick up some considerable speed and swing around the turns. This is a well rounded family/thrill coaster.
-
Location Too short Discomfort
It looks cool winding around that lake. The ride throws you into the curves and is fast paced but the uncomfortable seating and the lift hill to the station ruined the experience a bit. Thrill: 1.5/5

Location Pace Too short
I remember enjoying this ride, but the memory is vague. My biggest memory is being disappointed that the ride didn't have a second section after the second lift hill.

Location Pace Fun Discomfort
Ninja is an Arrow suspended coaster, and it was my first experience with a coaster of this kind. I guess this kind of coaster is just not for me… I ended up very dizzy after my ride, because of the swing. That being said, it was still fun, the location is very nice and it's cool Six Flags Magic Mountain still has this older coaster in its lineup. But I wouldn't do it again.
-
Location Fun Capacity
Ninja was a very fun ride without doing any one thing great. It's not super intense, but it doesn't lack intensity. It's not buttery smooth, but it's not rough. It was running one train, and has a pretty good ride time, which unfortunately led to incredibly poor capacity.

Location Fun Duration Rattle
It is a great, less intense coaster to sit back and enjoy the scenery around Tatsu and Apocalypse. It also allowed me to get a decent view of the nearby West Coast Racers construction.
-
Location Comfort
Above average suspended coaster that provides a smooth, mellow ride along with great views of various attractions at the park. Good cool-down or warm-up coaster (especially if you're getting ready to ride the looming Tatsu).
