    First Drop Rattle Headbanging Harness

What an awful ride. Probably it is just still standing because it is a cult classic to people at Parc Astérix. Almost all elements are atrocious, as one would expect from an older Vekoma coaster. The inversions are not enjoyable and sometimes downright painful and the inferior restraints disable your movement almost completely. Although I must say I did enjoy it slightly more than Big Loop (at Heide Park in Germany) which is another one of the Vekoma MK-1200 coasters. At least Goudurix has a decent first drop.

    Headbanging Discomfort Tear it down!

Despite the refurbishment (if you can even call it that given the track still looks the same) this is still no pleasant ride. The harness hurts your shoulders, the train rattles along the track and I was legitimately glad the ride was over. I wouldn't recommend this rollercoaster. This is by far an inferior version of B&M's Inverted Coasters and it doesn't even come close. They should tear this ride down as there are only a few more I know of that are worse.

    Theming Fun Rattle Discomfort

It is an inferior coaster but it has a very good theming as all of the rides at Hansa Park. The ride can be a bit uncomfortable, especially with the hard braking at the end. And considering how long the queue usually is I'd rather spend that time in every other attraction's queue.

Theming Launch Fun Discomfort Dead spots

The theming is very well done and probably the best thing about this ride. The launch is much fun too. Sadly the trains are discomfortable and the rest of the ride doesn't have much to offer. The last inversion was very painful.

    Inversions Pace Smoothness Headbanging Harness

It is in general decent ride but the restraints ruin it for me. The headbanging you receive is very annoying and the seats are so close to each other that you end up with your neighbour's elbow in your arm. PortAventura should invest some money and switch the restraints to lap bars.

First Drop Theming Fun Rattle Capacity

It is generally a nice rollercoaster. Though the ever appearing rattle, despite the retracking, makes it hard to ride it multiple times. It's safe to say RMC would have probably done a better job. Despite this the first drop is very nice for a wooden coaster, the queue line is very well themed and in general the ride is fun. The lap bars are just weird, but they don't bother me. The capacity is atrocious though.

    Pace Fun Layout Rattle Discomfort

The Beast is a rollercoaster every coaster enthusiast should ride at least once. It is very fast for an older wooden coaster and that's where most of the fun comes from. In addition to that there's actually some really enjoyable airtime-like moments along the ride. But this is anything but a smooth ride (when The Beast is at maximum speed the train hops along the track) and I think the trains could use some more legroom. Nevertheless, the ride is a lot of fun, unique and something that has to be experienced.

    Launch Harness Rattle

I think this could have been a much better coaster. Although the launch is nice and the vest restraint on this is surprisingly good the high speed of the ride causes a major rattle which disrupts the riding experience. I think this coaster would be better off with a lower high speed. It is worth one ride though just for that launch which is amazing.

Nice surprise! Launch Fun Harness Pointless

The first launch is great. The rest of the ride is kind of pointless though. I hate the restraints in front but in the back they're alright because of the space you've got between the seats. Just like Heidi it's another ride for the younger coaster enthusiasts.

    Theming Nice surprise! Smoothness

This is definetely a ride for the whole family. Especially for those who don't dare to ride Kondaa. It is kind of like a wild mouse but a more comfortable layout. The mini-drops are fun as well.
