    Theming Fun Intensity

Flight of the Hippogriff is a fun one, and is perfect for kids looking to ride something. This coaster may be less intense than its Universal Studios Florida counterpart, but is better in the theming department.

  • Smauge

    Fun Layout Intensity

This Vekoma family junior coaster is a little more intense than its Islands of Adventure counterpart, but still suffers from the same duration issues.

    Inversions Fun Layout

Although some ride points are quite boring, the first drop and vertical loop are very fun elements. The most painful part is the brake run--beware!

  • Smauge

    Lap Bar Discomfort Layout

Your average wild mouse credit, Sand Serpent may be uneventful but is a decent family coaster, although Cobra's Curse would probably be a better pick.

  • Smauge

    Smoothness Layout Intensity

A great starting coaster for the younger ones, although very tame for most thrillseekers and older guests.

    Nice surprise! Hangtime Harness

Aside from the awkward "comfort collars," Tigris is an underrated Premier Skyrocket II with surprising moments of intensity and great hangtime during the inline twist.

    Intensity Rattle

Kumba is on the more intense side of B&M, but also on the rattlier side. This ride has a serious rattle after the midcourse brake run, be aware of this.

First Drop Nice surprise! Too short

While SheiKra has a short layout, I found the two drops to be extremely fun. This was definitely a nice surprise for me.

First Drop Location Fun Dead spots

Although there is the occasional filler element, Cheetah Hunt provides a fun ride that has fun launches, airtime moments, a great first drop, and views of the park during a unique Windcatcher Tower.

First Drop Inversions Launch Too short

A bit short, but super sweet. I loved every part about this coaster. It may not be my favorite, but it was awesome and I highly recommend this.

  • Smauge

    First Drop Pace Ejectors Rattle

This used to be my favorite coaster until I rode GhostRider. It's a bit rough at spots, and it can hurt but other than that El Toro is a perfect roller coaster. Highly recommended with the awesome ejector airtime and a great first drop with a bonus headchopper. The pacing is some of the best in the country, too.

    Fun Discomfort

Ouch. But still a decent kiddie coaster

  • Smauge

    Airtimes Theming Intensity

Wow. I rode this as a GP, and I liked it. Theming was great. I didn't care about airtime back then, but I remember getting whipped down the fake exit drop with some nice air. The launch was cool, intense indoor coaster and theming was scary and exciting. An adrenaline-boosting ride for sure.

    Nice surprise! Launch Too short

This ride is a bit short, but Possessed is still super underrated. Launch is powerful. It's just a nice, underrated impulse coaster that really does not deserve the hate.

  • Smauge

    Smoothness Theming Disappointing! Pointless

Honestly, people like the airtime in the back on that first drop. But the forces isn't my issue. It's the theming. It's stupid and pointless. A bland and tasteless ride. I compare it to the screwed up pancakes I made for breakfast and overdid on the baking soda so it turned into a lump of tan styrofoam. This coaster would be so much better with theming. Heck, outdoors? That would be better. It's overrated, this ride is and it wasn't worth my time. At least it was a decent family coaster.

First Drop Rattle Airtimes Dead spots

So this is a bit rough, and I got a headache after riding this 3 times because my little brother loves this coaster, and I like the first drop. But there's not a lot of airtime until the end, where you have three speed hills back-to-back. The first hill gives some floater airtime, but the second hill is trimmed hard, preventing almost all airtime you'll get on this ride. It's not s*** but it's not my favorite PTC whatsoever. Not even close to Top 5 favorite woodies.

  • Smauge

First Drop Nice surprise! Hangtime Rattle

Yes, I will admit the rattle. It's most noticeable at the beginning after the jojo roll, which has awesome hangtime. The first drop had some airtime, and this is some awesome stuff. Please don't underestimate one of my personal favorites. But the rattle...

    Inversions Comfort Smoothness

This ride is SUPER underrated. I'd say it's a mid-high tier invert. Just because it's at Dorney Park, doesn't mean it's gonna be bad.

  • Smauge

    Launch Too short

First launch coaster was pretty fun. Loop was super intense

  • Smauge

    Theming Duration Pointless

Decent family coaster. Kind of jerky with surprise weak floater pops. LOOOOONG straight drop. There's also a second lift hill that I wasn't aware of. I liked this long ride with the theming and duration, but the layout is pointless with meandering sections for 75% of the ride

  • Smauge

Fun Smoothness Too short Harness Discomfort

Fun with the kids. The launch is surprisingly intense, although not too intense for kids. The position is kind of awkward and pushed on my chest so I had trouble breathing idk. This ride is like 20 seconds too. Still a fun family coaster.

  • Smauge

    First Drop Fun Dead spots

Great ride. I don't mind the restraints, I thought they were better than some other coasters I've ridden. The ride's first half is PACKED with elements, but the second half is meh. That speed hill was the highlight of the second half.

  • Smauge

    Airtimes Capacity Comfort

This coaster is underrated. Ride Nitro on a good day and I swear you get three seconds of strong floater on every single camelback. The stats are great, and the ride has great dispatch times, even if it has a 90 minute wait. The B&M Clamshells are SO COMFORTABLE!! They rest smoothly on your thighs and they let you maximize your awesome airtime. Ride Nitro every time you come to Great Adventure.

  • Smauge

    Discomfort Pointless

Ouch. That's the perfect description of this wild mouse. I liked the Technic Coaster but there's something called SHIN GUARDS which ruin the experience. If you have little kids with you, ride it because they like it.
