Coaster reviews

Theming Fun Rattle
This coaster is pretty fun with decent theming, however this coaster has some rattle to it and is jerky at times. Also you can hear the bus noise at the end of the ride all the way from the queue so that ruins the jumpscare
-
Theming Intensity Dead spots
This is for sure one of the best Disney coasters out there. The helixes are intense (especially the backwards one) and the theming is amazing. There were some dead spots but I still think this ride is amazing
-
Airtimes Comfort Rattle
This one was more enjoyable than the red side. This one felt more comfortable and smooth. However, this one did have a bit of rattle to it on the final helix
-
I don’t have much to say about this one
-
Capacity Smoothness Dead spots
This ride gets an extra credit because it runs on two trains. This ride has scattered bits of theming here and there and is really smooth. But it’s a junior coaster so it has many dead spots
-
Capacity Headbanging Inversions Dead spots
The slanted vertical loop after the batwing was very intense but, this ride had some dead spots after its mid-course. The corkscrew also had uncomfortable headbanging. This does not stand up to all of the other coasters at Cedar Point
-
Airtimes Fun Rattle Dead spots
This ride is very fun and had some great ejector moments but, some hills didn’t have any floater and this ride had a rattle. But this ride is small, thankfully, so the rattle isn’t bad
-
Theming Fun Disappointing! Dead spots
This ride is honestly too tame. This ride is full of crappy turns and it does nothing. I will give this ride a credit for the small portion of forest and trees throughout the ride, but this ride is a major disappointment
-
Capacity Hangtime Harness Discomfort
This ride is a great wing coaster with solid intensity, great near miss moments, and nice theming. However, depending on the row you are in, the vest restraint can staple your torso on the valley of the wingover drop. That being said, I would highly recommend a close to front row ride on this

Intensity Too short
This free spin is very fun and the spins you get are whippy however, I feel like everyone kind of overhypes these rides. Everyone just says “These 4D free spins are very underrated” which just makes them overrated. Plus, they aren’t very unique, especially in the Six flags chain. And they are also kind of short rides. But they are very good financially for the park and I don’t hate this ride at all
-
Airtimes First Drop Hangtime Too short
My #1 ride at the park. The inversions have great hangtime, the two airtime hills are amazing, and the first drop is wild. This layout is also really fast paced, something you don’t get very much of on RMC’s. Seriously this had Steel Vengance and Iron Gwazi level pacing. However, this ride was too short and I am especially mad because picnic grove (which barely anyone uses) takes up most of the space that Goliath could’ve taken more of
-
First Drop Comfort Duration Airtimes Dead spots
I love the sensation of speed on this ride going through the overbanks. This ride also has an amazing first drop and the second floater hill and speed hill are great. But this ride does have quite some dead spots. The giant camelback was a major flop and did absolutely nothing. However, this ride does have a bit of an intense rattle on the turns that I enjoy
-
Airtimes Intensity Duration
This is one of the best coasters I’ve ever ridden! The zero g rolls were smooth, and this ride has amazing duration and don’t get me started on the airtime. Seriously I could fly to space with this airtime if I didn’t have a lap bar. I also love the aspect of the ride going through the supports. This is also a must-do for night rides
-
Inversions Intensity Ejectors Harness
This ride is almost perfect. This has some of the craziest ejector ever, the launch out of the tunnel caught me off guard, the snaps at the beginning were intense, and the spangled dives and horseshoe rolls were so snappy and smooth. The harness did crush my things a little, though, but that doesn’t matter to me. This is too good of a ride to hate
-
Inversions Launch Hangtime Too short
This is my #3 at Great America. The launch is amazing, especially in the front row. You get great hangtime on the dog’s tongue element and the heartline roll was super smooth. However, this ride was way too short and I would’ve given this five stars if it was only a little bit longer. I don’t think I would want to wait an hour to ride a 20 second ride
-
Airtimes Nice surprise! Launch Headbanging
The launch on this ride catches you off guard, and the vertical spikes give off solid airtime. But sadly, this coaster has headbanging when you are sitting closer to the front row, which is disappointing because the front row is where you get the view over the water when you go up the straight vertical spike. But I guess I’ll just have to suck it up and ride in the back. Though, if I worked here at Great America, I would want to operate this coaster
-
Inversions Intensity Rattle
This ride is just a blur with intense inversions and amazing G’s. This ride has some rattle to it though, but this is an amazing start for the first B&M invert
-
Theming Headbanging Harness Discomfort
As much as I enjoy the theming, the headbanging on the corkscrews is very uncomfortable. However, I know that there are arrows worse than this. But I am kinda biased for this one. This was my first ever looping coaster I was tall enough for
-
Fun Theming
Both sides are exactly the same so I don’t have much to say but it’s still terrible
-
Fun Theming Pointless
This ride doesn’t fit in Disney at all. It looks like it belongs in a six flags park. The ride is kind of fun, but I don’t remember getting much spins on the ride. I am still mad Disney could’ve gotten a B&M invert over this
-
Fun Dead spots
This is a fun family coaster with high speed turns and excellent use of terrain, but it still has lots of dead spots. This ride is also surprisingly popular at Great America
-
Airtimes Rattle Dead spots
This is a fun ride with great airtime and excellent laterals. But this ride can be very jerky and this ride is really sensitive to weather. This ride ran really slow the last time I went here when the temperature was like in the upper 60’s and I barely got any airtime on this. But I’ll always remember the first time I rode this ride which is was when the trains were backwards
-
Airtimes Discomfort
As intense and fun as the airtime was, the valleys in between the elements were rough and gave me a moderate headache. The turnaround was also very jerky. But I still do admire this coaster for its airtime
-
Fun Dead spots
A fun kiddie coaster with a little bit of airtime but this ride is still just 75% straight up dead
-
Smoothness Dead spots
Just an average Vekoma junior with smooth turns and a simple layout
-
Fun Ejectors Rattle Dead spots
I rode this side more than the alpha side, but they both have the same layout in mirror so I have the same stuff to say on the alpha side. Some rattle, some ejector, some dead spots, and the projectors for the galaxy don’t always work
-
Airtimes Theming Launch Dead spots
This ride is really fun. There were little pops of ejector throughout the ride, especially on those bunny hills at the end. The theming on the station and throughout the ride is really nice. However, the launches were very underwhelming and there were dead spots throughout the ride but I shouldn’t be too hard on a family coaster though
-
Fun Ejectors Rattle Dead spots
This ride has a bit of rattle to it sometimes. And sometimes all of the projections of the stars and galaxy just don’t work and this ride is just boxed in utter darkness. Also there were some dead spots due to the trims. I do like the sudden drops though, especially in the dark. They give a decent amount of airtime
-
Theming Fun Dead spots
This is a great ride! I love the helixes and it has some airtime, surprisingly for a family coaster. The theming is nice as well. However, this ride just doesn’t compete with the other coasters I’ve rode. Pro tip: ride this during the Magic Kingdom fireworks

Airtimes Rattle Discomfort
This ride has excellent airtime but is terribly rough. Seriously on the valley of the first drop, I got a headache from the roughness that lasted throughout the rest of the day. Plus, both trains don’t even run at the same time anymore but if I had to decide between the two sides, I think the red side is better because it has an extra airtime hill. This ride should either be retracked or RMC’d. This feels disappointing for me because this is just a classic ride that I used to love when I was younger
