This is a very underrated family coaster. The theming has gotten worse but it’s still great and makes the experience better. The entire indoor section is silently one of the most intense moments on a coaster in the park with the pitch-black setting and lots of positives. And the surprise at the end of the section is awesome. The outdoor section isn’t as good but it’s still fun and has that awesome drop. Overall an amazing ride and an elite “family” coaster.

I feel like this is often regarded as the worst B&M hyper. Of what I’ve done it probably is but that doesn’t mean it’s not a good ride at all. This ride is actually amazing and my personal second favorite in the park. It’s full of all that amazing sustained floater on any other hyper, especially the first two hills. The second half also has some fun floater hills as well, especially that last drop. And the first drop is one of the most underrated drops out there, it gives incredibly strong airtime in the back. Also, the setting is incredible and one of the best on any coaster, and it makes for great night rides. However, the helix in the middle doesn’t really pull much forces and takes away from the pace of the ride a bit. Still an awesome ride though

Alpengeist is easily one of the best inverted coasters in the world. It’s almost a hyper coaster and even reaches speeds of one. And, all the way up to the midcourse, it traverses one of the most intense layouts on any roller coaster ever. After the absolutely massive drop you go through an immelmann and a loop, which surprisingly aren’t that whippy but very heavy on positives. Then, the cobra roll, which is possibly the whippiest element of all time (in the best way possible). Unfortunately, the ride hits a midcourse, which saps almost all the speed this ride had. The second half is still great with 2 fun inversions but nothing compared to the monstrous first half. Still one of the best inverts out there, but it’s not as good as it could be due to the slower second half.

This ride is actually so underrated for no reason. Sure the theming could be a bit better but it really doesn’t take away from the ride itself at all. And the ride is absolutely incredible. Seriously, this is one of the greatest layouts on any roller coaster for the fact that literally every single element hits on this thing. On most coasters, there’s at least one element that doesn’t hit as hard as the rest, but on this, that doesn’t exist. Even before the swing launch, you have world-class hangtime and two very weird hills that give off-axis floater. Then the swing launch which cranks things up to 200. The backwards speed hill is seriously one of the craziest moments of airtime ever, and that spike is incredible. Then, the rest of the ride is just a mix of incredible airtime and an incredible inversion with lots of speed. Absolutely incredible ride and it should be praised more.

Who knows how good the giga dive at Over Texas will be, but until then, this is far and away the best dive coaster that B&M has ever constructed. It’s the tallest, so not only does it have the best first drop of any dive but it also carries the most speed. And unlike almost every single other dive with a midcourse, it actually has a few elements in between the drop and midcourse. After the absolutely incredible drop, you have 4 amazing inversions, such as the zero-g roll, which is one of the best inversions on a B&M. After the second immelmann, though, the ride definitely fizzles out. You have a fun (but small) drop off the brakes, a decent hill and a slow helix. And while the first half is awesome, it’s short, so the midcourse is a little jarring. It’s still my absolute favorite dive for actually having a layout before the midcourse, but it’s still flawed.

Personally, this is one of the best B&M hypers out there. It may not have the most creative layout of all time but it excels at what every other B&M hyper’s purpose is: sustained floater airtime. In the first half, every single element besides the turnaround is a moment of strong and sustained floater airtime. After the drop (which is the best part of the ride in the back), every hill will throw you into your lap bar for a few seconds. The second half fizzles out but it still has that great airtime towards the end. Overall, an incredible hyper and one of the best from B&M.

This is one of the greatest roller coasters that B&M has ever constructed. It’s absolutely huge and carries so much speed throughout its layout. After the incredible drop, the ride traverses through rapid-fire pacing in the following 2 elements and/or incredible airtime on the hills and the speed hill. It’s not very long and it does have some filler elements, but the standout elements are absolutely incredible and the whole ride carries one of the best senses of speed on any coaster. Also the coolest entrance sign of any coaster by far

This was one of the first B&M loopers and it’s still one of the most intense. This ride has 7 inversions and not one of them isn’t exciting. Every pullout of this ride pulls insane positives that make you grey out, and each inversion is incredibly whippy, especially the zero-g roll which is one of the best inversions on a looper. Overall an amazing looper and one of the most intense coasters in the world

For a family coaster, this ride is fantastic. It’s very unique with an elevator lift and really weird sequences, with a forwards, backwards and spinning section. The ride itself is great though. The theming is some of the best outside of a Disney/Universal park and the spinning section is awesome. Great ride

This ride is one of the best family coasters in the world, if you’d even call it that. It has 3 launches and a very long layout with a bunch of unique maneuvers. I’m pretty sure this ride was designed to move like a cheetah, and it excels at that. There are some strange moments in this layout (like the random moments of straight track) but also a great amount of airtime, such as the entrance/exit to the tower and the hill after the third launch. Overall a fantastic family coaster and one of the best in the park.

To me, this ride feels like a weaker version of Griffon. It’s still an amazing ride but I feel like it has some wasted potential. You have the incredible drop, a great inversion, and a fun drop off the midcourse but all of that potential speed is lost on that midcourse, which is the ride’s third element. This is also a problem with other dives such as Griffon itself, but Griffon still gives an awesome ride after the brakes. This one just has a fun splashdown and mellows out. It’s still a lot of fun, but definitely could be better.

This is the best inverted coaster in the country and one of the best on the planet. The layout itself really isn’t that much different than the average invert, but this one runs so fast it’s insane. Every element either whips you so hard, exerts so much force on you that your legs go numb, or both. The highlight is definitely the batwing, which gives incredible whip and insane forces. It’s also very long and makes great use of trenches that it dives in. Incredible ride and one of the best coasters in the world purely focusing on inversions.

This is one of the most absurd roller coasters ever constructed. It's currently my #2 out of over 300. I don't know what RMC was thinking but every element makes you feel like you're gonna die. Combining the first half with more sweeping yet standout elements with the more abrupt and rapid-fire second half makes this one of the wildest rides out there. For example, you have this ride's first drop, which is possibly one of the best first drops in the world, yet it's not even the second best element on the ride. You also have one of the best inversions in the world in the death roll which isn't even my favorite. That wave turn in the middle of the ride might be the craziest moment of pure airtime on any coaster I've experienced. This thing is truly world-class and not only one of the most enjoyable but one of the most intense coasters ever built. The ops suck though

All these old Vekoma family suspended coasters I've thought aren't that bad. They're really not that rough, just absolutely no forces whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this unless you really want the credit.

This was my first family boomerang, and I was both over and underwhelmed. First of all, this might be the single smoothest roller coaster I've ever experienced. I haven't been on many new Vekomas yet, so this gets me excited for what's to come. However, the actual experience is pretty boring. I wasn't expecting much considering it's basically a kiddie coaster, but still. Don't expect any forces on this. Still a great family coaster though.

This is one of the better boomerangs I've experienced, but the Vekoma boomerang is probably my least favorite model out there. Not that they're rough but the forces on the backwards sections are so uncomfortable they make me want to vomit. This one's more unique than the average one, but it's still overly intense. I don't see this thing sticking around much longer.

This is one of the best traditional mine trains out there. It's pretty janky but that's part of the fun. It's also very well themed. The park recently upgraded this ride, enhancing the theming both in the queue and on the ride. That's not even to mention the best part: the ending. I won't spoil but it's one of the greatest finales to a roller coaster ever.

This is a standout family coaster and one of the best out there. Of its three clones, it's the best as the effects run the most often on this. It also recently got different theming than the other two. The actual ride is great; punchy launches, a forceful helix, some decent airtime, good theming, and an awesome indoor section. This is an awesome family coaster and one of the best in the country.

This is a decent launch coaster. It's not very exciting; the launch isn't very forceful and there's a very hard-hitting midcourse which saps all the force out of the second half. It's still an enjoyable ride with fun inversions, good theming, a pitch-black setting, and it's air-conditioned, making it very nice to hit on hot days.

This is possibly the most pure-fun B&M invert. It’s nowhere near as intense as the others and isn’t whippy at all (besides the incredible drop), but it’s still awesome. The inversions are each massive and profiled so well, which makes them so much fun to experience. The highlights for me are the dive loop and zero-g roll. The final inversion is also incredible with inverted hangtime, and the drop is surprisingly whippy and forceful with no prelift. My main gripe with this ride, however, is its rattle. I don’t mind rattles ever unless there’s headbanging. But here, it’s clear they were trying to make a fun and graceful ride. I don’t mind the rattle itself, but it definitely takes away from that gracefulness in which the ride was going for. Still super underrated and one of the better inverts in my opinion though, but definitely a step-down from the top 4 in the park.

Before it gets pitch black, this is a very strange wooden coaster. However, it’s awesome. First of all, even almost five decades after it opened, it’s still one of the longest coasters of all time. Two lifts and one of the most sprawling layouts ever built in a heavily wooded forest makes for a very unique and epic ride experience. Even with the fact that there are many hard-hitting trims, it still feels like more of an adventure than a roller coaster, at least until the second lift. After the second lift, it goes into one of the craziest elements of all time: the helix. It’s one of the only elements I’ve experienced where I thought I was gonna die. Even with all that being said, the layout isn’t very exciting and there are many duds, that is until after it gets pitch black. After this time, Beast turns into one of the craziest ride experiences of all time and the best coaster in the park. The first half is completely invisible due to the wooded setting, which makes for a much more chaotic ride. And then, the helix, which might be the scariest element of all time in the back at night. 8/10 in the day, 10/10 at night.

I used to think that this ride was overrated and by far the worst giga that I’ve experienced. After some rerides, it’s still pretty easily my least favorite giga, but now an absolutely incredible ride. I don’t think it carries the sheer sense of speed and pacing that almost every other giga carries, as every element feels very spaced out from each other, however, those elements are almost all awesome. The drop is almost as good as other B&M giga drops, the two airtime hills give incredibly sustained floater, and the last two moments give some of B&M’s strongest airtime. And that wave turn has to be one of the most underrated elements of all time, it’s so much fun. I still think it has some duds and it isn’t paced as well as I want it to be, but it’s still an incredible ride experience.

This thing is barely a roller coaster. I was more expecting something like Blazing Fury at Dollywood or Fire in the Hole at Silver Dollar City, which are similar to this but have a few drops. This has no drops. Yes the theming is cool (but hard to follow) but this should not be considered a roller coaster. It’s a good ride, not a good roller coaster.

I originally rode this ride twice in 2023 and wasn’t blown away or anything. Two years later in 2025 and 8 more rides and I haven’t been this blown away by a reride on any roller coaster ever. As of what I’ve ridden it’s easily my favorite gci and my 3rd favorite wooden coaster. Even beyond the coaster itself, the theming is extremely impressive for a Cedar Fair ride, from the entrance plaza to the shed, which is way better than a normal brakerun. But the ride itself is why it’s so incredible. There aren’t many positives but it’s still one of the most intense and chaotic rides I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you crest the lift to the moment you hit the brakes it’s some of the most rapid-fire pacing you’ve ever seen with every element giving incredibly strong airtime, laterals, or some combination of both. That’s not even to mention the wooded setting which makes for an awesome night ride. This ride is truly world-class and an amazing standout for this amazing park.
