Really great layout for a smaller GCI Woodie, really throws you about in such a fun way, the dueling element to it just makes it that much better. Only falls short to the Wicker Man as that rides them...

Only falls short to the Wicker Man as that rides theming is unmatched. Had slightly more fun the two times I rode the fire side, than the once i rode the water side.

Always hated this ride for being a duller version of Nemesis, but I rode on the front for the first time today and even though what it does is very disappointing it was much more intense! Loop, Helix’s and Corkscrews all very Positive G heavy, ranked half a star higher because of this!

Incredible coaster, was scared I would be underwhelmed but far from it! Negatives: I got quite a bad rattle on row 4/air time moments aren’t that strong or memorable/splash down is really late and disappointing,/ride feels too short/Theming is pretty bland, they tried just not that hard, missed opportunity to be called Icarus. Positives: First drop is incredible and super unique, up there with likes of Shambhala and Hyperion for me/outer bank is again super unique and disorientating, an extremely memorable moment/Zero G stall is so so good, better than Zadra’s imo/all the hang time is wicked but still really comfortable. By far the best Coaster in the UK.

First drop is incredible, the whip on the turnaround is insane especially on the left hand side, first air time hill is the strongest most prolonged ejector air time I've ever felt. However the ride does have a slight rattle, and the second half of it isn't nearly as good as the first, incredible none the less.

My first RMC, just incredible, only Ride to Happiness is above it for me. The layout is immaculate, It has such good variation with what it does, crazy how smooth it is for how insane the elements are...

The layout is immaculate, It has such good variation with what it does, crazy how smooth it is for how insane the elements are. If I were to nit pick, it could be longer, a lot of speed going into that break run, and the restraints aren't as freeing as I'd have hoped, love the upper body freedom but my legs are just locked in. Mack restraints are elite compared. Very excited to do some more RMC's in the future and see how they match up. An easy 5 star for me.

This is my favorite launch on any coaster I've ridden, I don't care what the speed and acceleration stats say, this just feels the best. I have ridden Stealth multiple times and other launch coasters such as Taron and Furious Baco, all boasting better stats than Rita, but I don't believe any of them take you out of the station as suddenly or forcefully as Rita does. The modest and low to the ground layout allows Rita to maintain its speed throughout, and whilst very short, its lack of recovery time leading to the break run really makes it FEEL fast, even if it's not breaking any records.

The best ride to ride with someone who's never gone on it before, I always hope I'm sat in front or behind someone that doesn't know. The ride begins with a respectable drop for a coaster of its type, but unfortunately just suffers from sacrificing a lot of its height to the indoor gimmick, resulting in a short and disappointing first half, but I would argue its totally worth it.

Solid, super smooth family coaster, but lacks a lot of variation. The only sensation you get is the smallest amount of air time over the many hills throughout the layout, but they all feel pretty much exactly the same. The ride lacks any intensity at all. The Wicker Man at Alton Towers trumps this ride in every way other than the first drop on Heidi being slightly better. Theming is cute and the coaster itself looks great, but again, gets out done by The Wicker Man ten fold. However if I had a kid and wanted to get them into bigger coasters, this would be one of the first things I take them on.

Very fun but extremely rattly dueling wooden coaster, which lets it down quite a bit. The best part of the ride is when you enter the tunnel and come out to the other train having vanished off the track, only for it to pass you coming the other way, very slick ride layout design.

While the ride is very cool and the story immersion throughout is great, I really wish it wasn’t just mainly screens, really let down with the actual ride theming. It’s good but could have been great....

While the ride is very cool and the story immersion throughout is great, I really wish it wasn’t just mainly screens, really let down with the actual ride theming. It’s good but could have been great. Queue was also horribly long for a fairly empty day, 25 minute max for everything else, and 1 hour and half for this. Capacity is truly an issue on this ride.

Loved this when I went on it as a kid, but found it quite outdated re-riding as an adult. Incredible that it was made back in 1995 but it is just a collection of very standard coaster elements and doesn't really do anything for me, no surprises or sensations outside of the very respectably sized first drop. Also the rattle is quite bad, bashes your head around a fair bit, maybe needs a re-tracking but would honestly prefer it being replaced with something completely different, as it is currently completely out done by its neighboring coaster Shambhala.
