    Headbanging Discomfort Tear it down!

This is my least favorite thrill coaster. Every element hurt, especially the final rolls. Not fun.

    Airtimes Layout

This one is better then most people give it credit for. It doesn't seem to trim any harder than most of the other hypers I have done. The whole ride is full of floater airtime and I found this to be one of the most re-rideable coasters I've done.

    Airtimes Layout Hangtime

This one is super fun and re-rideable. The layout is super cool and compact. I love the jojo roll with the mack lapbars. The theming is also pretty good. The inversions offer some great hangtime and there are lots of little airtime pops and whippy moments thrown in between.

    Airtimes First Drop Layout

One of the best coasters ever created. The entire ride is amazing. The first drop seems to go on forever. All of the twists and turns send you flying in every which direction. The treble clef has some great airtime on the way out and the airtime hills towards the end of the ride all give strong floater.

    Airtimes

Good airtime thanks to the buzz bars. A bit rough but still a fun classic.

  • Chris J.

    Layout

Actually pretty fun with the new restraints. Definitely rougher but no head banging. There are some pretty cool near miss elements too.

  • Chris J.

    Airtimes Fun

This one is fun even though it's a bit rougher. It has some fun airtime moments and good laterals on the turnaround. It's quite a good night ride. The brake run is an experience for sure.

  • Chris J.

    Inversions Layout

Outside of Pipeline, this is my favorite stand-up. The smaller layout keeps your legs from getting tired. It has some cool moments packed in though. The loop, turn around, stengle dive, and corkscrew are all pretty fun.

  • Chris J.

    Inversions Fun

I definitely enjoy this ride. The beyond vertical drop is fun and the little moments of whip are cool. It's smooth and I like the restraint style much more than Mystery Mine's. My favorite moment is for sure the final roll where you get some whip and some hangtime.

  • Chris J.

    Location Intensity

I like this version much more than the one in New Jersey. This one is surrounded by trees and on a slight hill so you have some trenches and cool interactions with the terrain. The layout itself doesn't do a ton for me though. The pretzel loop is great and the final roll is cool but everything else is just mostly meandering.

  • Chris J.

    Airtimes Intensity Layout

Such a great coaster. It gets better and better the longer it goes. The airtime at first isn't the best I've experienced but once you hit the helix it kicks it up a notch. The helix is super intense and makes me grey out every time. After that the airtime hills give some strong floater and the turn over the road whips you around when you're on an end seat. The final return hills tucked in the trees are my favorite part. You really fly out of your seat.

    Airtimes Inversions Intensity

This is a really fun RMC. It is short but packs a real punch. The first drop is great with the twist at the bottom and all of the inversions have good speed to them. The highlight of the ride is definitely the wave turn for me.

  • Chris J.

    Airtimes Intensity Layout

Some of the most intense airtime I have ever experienced. The first half might be the best coaster sequence there is. The drop into the dive loop, then an amazing speed hill, the stall, and the super strong outer bank is an incredible array of elements. The second half is also amazing but to me is flawed. The airtime is incredible but it's truly too intense for me to ride more than three times in a row. It really starts to hurt my thighs after a while. The two inversions in the second half are crazy though.

  • Chris J.

    Location Fun

It's pretty good for a classic woodie. There are a few good hills and the setting is very nice. Fun ride but nothing too special.

  • Chris J.

    Airtimes Rattle Layout

Rockit is unremarkable. It has fun moments, such as the non-inverting loop and the treble clef, but overall the ride doesn't do too much. The brake runs really kill the momentum even though they are needed, and the ride has just become rough over the years. I think it's time for a change.

    Theming

Gringotts is a fun ride. The queue is gorgeous and the theming on the ride is incredible as well. The coaster sections of the ride are nowhere near as good as the other Universal coasters, however. The mini tilt track is cool and the launch into the spinning section is fun but these sections are short and nothing special. Judging the ride as a coaster it is good but not great, as a dark ride however it is amazing.

    Theming Fun Masterpiece

Mummy is one of my all-time favorite rides. It's obviously not on the level of the world's biggest and baddest, but for what it is, I love it. I feel like it's the perfect combination of theming and thrill for an indoor coaster. The queue line is very well-themed and the large dark ride section is a great way to start the fight. Going forwards, and backward, having a turntable, pyrotechnics, and interactive elements all in one dark ride section is phenomenal. The coaster itself having a powerful inclined launch straight into an airtime is such a cool way to start the coaster section. The fake exit, and the final section with smoke and a nice airtime hill is such a cool finale. Mummy is awesome.

  • Chris J.

    Launch Intensity

Hulk is great. The theming is well done and the ride itself is even better. The launch into the roll is a great start to the ride and the cobra roll and loop over the water are all full of positives. The next two elements are both intense and the second half is super fun even if it's not as good as the first. The on-ride audio adds to the ride as well. Great ride.

  • Chris J.

    Theming Fun Duration

The most well-themed coaster I have ever been on. This ride is incredible and so unique. The multiple launches are all punchy and the seating just makes the ride feel cool. The surprise elements in the second half make this ride so different in the best way possible. The final launch and turns are a great finale. I love this ride.

  • Chris J.

    Theming Masterpiece Layout

Incredible coaster. The theming around the area, in the queue, and on the ride makes this an amazing experience. The first half has awesome near misses and some nice airtime pops. My personal favorite moment of the first half is the dive loop in the front row. You get positives, negatives, and laterals all in one element. The second launch is very strong and the top hat has good airtime but everything after is even better. The stall is incredibly whippy and the double helix has an array of forces. The mosasaur roll is, in my opinion, the best inversion in the world, and the final hill gives some good ejector and laterals. Phenomenal coaster.

  • Chris J.

    Theming

This is like the ultimate kiddy coaster. It's about as intense as Barnstormer at Magic Kingdom, but long, with launches, better theming, and just more diverse elements. It's not on the level of other coasters of its scale but it really just feels like a massive kiddy coaster.

  • Chris J.

    Launch Intensity

A great launch coaster with solid theming as well. The ride is intense for Disney standards and the theming on the ride plus the soundtrack adds a lot to the experience. The ride also seems to have the nostalgia factor to it.

  • Chris J.

    Theming Launch Fun

Arguably the most fun coaster there is. The theming, uniqueness, spinning, and soundtrack make this ride so fun. The launch is great and the layout is so strange and fun. Just slowly building up speed as you make your way down the building makes this ride so special.

  • Chris J.

    Theming Fun Smoothness

Very well-themed and maybe the smoothest coaster I have ever ridden. The swinging cars are so fun. I love the location and interaction with the area around it. Riding this at night during the fireworks is special.

  • Chris J.

    Airtimes Theming Fun

Just like space mountain, please don't change this one. It's janky in all the right places. The excellent theming and location are just a bonus. Somehow the arrow magic seat even works on this mine train. Row three with the super minimal lap bar has provided me some legit ejector and I love it.

  • Chris J.

    Airtimes Fun

I hope they never change or retrack this version. The arrow jank makes this ride so much fun. The inline seating and minimal restraint gives this ride the ultimate classic feel. There are moments of janky airtime and strong abrupt laterals that you don't really get anymore.

  • Chris J.

    Theming Launch Fun

It's great to finally have this in the States. The theming is very well done and the whole ride area looks awesome, especially at night. I love the launch and outside turns. The visuals inside are super cool even though the ride is a tad short. My only complaint is that the trains are not super comfortable, especially compared to the other motorbike coaster down the road at Universal.

  • Chris J.

    Fun Capacity

I wish the original theming was still there and the operations were better but it's still good if the wait is short.

  • Chris J.

    Airtimes Fun

Once they took the collars off this ride improved dramatically. It is so much easier to board now and the ride itself is so much more comfortable and just feels a lot more free. The launches and hills between are super fun as well as the spike. The whole second half is full of fun airtime moments that are now so much more comfortable. One of the best family coasters out there.

  • Chris J.

    Intensity Layout

It's not as smooth as it once was but it's still got a great layout full of positives. The first half is full of large elements that you fly through where you either get pushed into your seat or whipped side to side. The second half has some awesome trenches and tunnels that provide great interactions. Diving under the water is a highlight for sure.
