This is the best coaster Disney has to offer. It’s very well-themed, and is very fun. Its launch isn’t TRON, but is still good, and it seemed to have good pacing. The only complaint would be the layout, since it feels like it’s lacking intensity. They could have made it a little more intense, but it’s still a pretty great coaster.

Slinky Dog Dash, to sum it up, is a fun, lengthy, well-themed, multi-launch family coaster. Nothing about this coaster is intense, so don’t expect much. It’s a fine family coaster, and is well-themed. I’d describe it as a better themed, and slightly less rattly version of Penguin trek. It’s fine for what it is.

That first launch is very fun, same with the first two inversions, but after that, it’s basically just a high speed pass by theming. Doesn’t do much until you get to the one corkscrew towards the end of the ride. It’s nothing mind blowing, but is quite fun.

The absolute roughest coaster you’ll ever ride. Literal square wheels. 100% overrated, the airtime wasn’t even as good as they say. The layout itself though, is pretty good. The worst part about this coaster is directly after that inversion. You are hit with the most abrupt transition on a roller coaster. This coaster has a lap bar, and it still managed to cause headbanging! That transition caused me to slam my head against the side of the train. Do NOT put your hands up, because maybe you could prevent that? I don’t know how they managed to cause headbanging on a coaster with a lap bar, but they somehow did. The retrack btw does nothing, you barely even notice it at the very end. Was it worth the $12 for the experience? Yes, because you get off it feeling like you genuinely survived something.

Other pros would include capacity, lap bar, location, and smoothness. No seatbelts is so nice compared to its similar Candymonium. There is so much airtime, with that first half being done so well. Restraints are amazing, you’re comfortable, the coaster has great capacity, it’s smooth, and it’s over the water! It’s also one of the tallest coasters in Florida, making that drop amazing. Only con I could possibly think of is dead spots, due to the second half being kind of mediocre compared to the first. This is easily the best B&M hyper I’ve been on (compared to Candymonium and Apollo’s Chariot).

This is quite a fun ride. You start off with a more relaxing boat ride until you get to the lift. You then make the first drop and splashdown, which I felt was more of a coaster drop than your normal boat ride. You then make your way up another lift, not to water, but to coaster track. You then go through the coaster section of the ride, which is not what you’d expect from a “boat ride.” This part is quite intense and fun. This is a very unique and fun roller coaster. Would not skip unless the line is very long (which it tends to be).

The airtime on this coaster is like nothing else, lifting off the ground and having to catch yourself on the way back down. Very unique and fun, but man does it put a LOT of strain on your legs. Recommend doing it in the morning, and can’t see how it’s more than a one-and-done.

Was so glad when I went to ride it and it didn’t have comfort collars! To sum it up, it’s a family coaster with a lot of ejector airtime. Only complaint is that the trains are tight, and the lap bar can come down hard (ruining all the great airtime!). Was quite impressed though, that swing launch is great!

I would describe this as Skyrush if it was a looping coaster. Easily the best looping coaster I’ve ever been on, greying out all over the place (like 4 times lol). Very intense, and out of anything, the roughness adds to the ride (just like Skyrush!). Zero-g roll is easily the best part, but the other inversions are also very intense, and the drop is quite good for a looping coaster (used to inverts). Absolutely love this coaster!

It’s a fine multi launch family coaster. Basically the less themed version of Slinky Dog Dash with more of a rattle. Quite forceless. I personally prefer the inverted family model over these (like the new one at Busch Gardens Williamsburg) but it’s fine for what it is.

I think this is an underrated family coaster. It’s not too intense, but is quite fun. There is a slight rattle, but it’s kind of irrelevant. There’s also on-board audio! (At least in the back). There needs to be more of these in other parks! Great for a family coaster.

The trains are very tight. It also only runs one train, so you can add capacity to the list of cons as well. Stupid comfort collars ruin the whole thing, quite painful. The only way to really enjoy this is if you’re fine with being uncomfortable for the whole ride. I don’t know why this model exists, it sucks! If they got rid of the comfort collars, it might actually be tolerable. Only positive thing I can say is that the swing launch was fun 🤷‍♂️

Besides the drop, the coaster does nothing. Zero airtime, you could argue some laterals here or there, but really just a lot of nothing. It’s quite a short ride too. For Verbolten also supposedly being a family coaster, this thing is forceless! Go in with zero expectations at all, and only then will you not be disappointed.

I rode this in June. And it was very fun. I then rode it in September of the same year, and it was the roughest coaster I’ve ever been on. Very painful, not enjoyable at all! They either need to tear it down or re-track it, because it’s insanely rough!

If I could add a third pro, it would be capacity. This coaster is great! The last ride I’ve had on it, was the best it’s ever been! I got to ride it in the rain, and it felt like it was moving a little faster than usual through the inversions! Usually I don’t rate this above Fahrenheit, but the last ride I had on it easily puts it in top 3 in Hersheypark. There is a little head banging through 2 of the inversions, but it’s not that bad and is pretty tolerable. I would say though, you have to ride in the front. It’s not worth the wait if you don’t.

This has almost every pro listed and 0 cons. Very fun! Never has a bad wait (most I’ve ever had to wait was 1 hour). Great airtime, great first drop, 4 inversions, comfortable, capacity isn’t bad, great pacing, fun elements, hangtime, and so on. A true masterpiece @ Hersheypark!

I’ve realized that each time I come back, the rattle/ shakiness gets worse and worse. It’s now a little worse in the Cobra roll and now I felt some in the second corkscrew as well. It’s still not bad enough to hurt the enjoyment of the ride, but it is getting worse, and may soon be there. Other than that, great 97 degree drop, high g’s, there’s even an ejector airtime hill at the end. Every element on this coaster is great!
