Location Rattle Discomfort
I used to like Euro Mir for what it is, but re-riding it in 2025 was a quite bad experience for me. The rattle has gotten so bad that one of its jolts toward the end while going backwards caused some actual physical pain in my back. I like the beginning, though, as it offers some great views over the park while circling around the iconic structure. What ultimately ruined the ride for me this time was the soundtrack, though. Apparently, they replaced the iconic theme with a rather bland and generic song for the winter season which turned the lift-hill into a bore. Therefore, you might add 0.5-1 star to my rating if the original theme is playing - it just adds so much to the experience.

Fun Rattle Discomfort
It's a fun ride, but towards the end it gets so rough that I got bruises on my leg

Capacity Fun Intensity
You don't ride Euro Mir because it's a roller coaster, you ride it because it's just a fun relaxing experience that happens to have a pretty nice, rather intense coaster at the end. The soundtrack is great and the outdoor section before the drop gives you a great view of the rest of Europa Park. Luckily, the restraints don't actually bother me, but I can see how they can be pretty hurtful for other people or if you don't prepare yourself for the very sudden break run and your knee gets thrown against the front of the train. Also, an original trainings module of the Mir space station is right above the queue line and can be visited as a pretty interesting museums piece, highly recommended to also go in there once. Edit: during the winter event, when it's fully dark, the view both from the top and during the ride is absolutely phenomenal, the thousands of lights on the huge mirror towers combined with the already fanastically lit rest of the park is absolutely amazing. When you look up while riding through that, especially in the front row while rotated forwards after the drop, you get the probably greatest night ride view of any coaster.

Capacity Fun Rattle Discomfort
For me Euro-Mir was the biggest disappointment when I visited Europa-Park. First of all, who thought it was a good idea to have the Liftoff soundtrack be replaced by a much worse Halloween soundtrack in October? The lifthill is bland and with that inferior soundtrack playing felt far too long. The ride itself wasn't that good either. It rattles, which makes it pretty uncomfortable. I also heard stories about this ride being pretty intense, but I didn't think it was that intense. Yes there are some positives but nothing too insane. Went into this ride expecting it to be a lot of fun but got off with a bitter taste in my mouth. But boy do I want to experience this ride with the original Liftoff soundtrack one day... Edit 2024: rode it with the liftoff soundtrack and oh my, it is so much fun! The lifthill turns into one big rave party. That really was so much better than whatever the halloween soundtrack was.

First Drop Theming Discomfort
I LOOOOOVE THE SOUNDTRACK GOING UP THE VERTICAL LIFT HILL, ITS SUCH A BOP.In all seriousness, the first drop feel pretty good and smooth, but the rest of the rides make you feel a slight discomfort when going down, wait times are a little too long, but I rode it just to hear the music!

First Drop Fun Layout Rattle Discomfort

First Drop Fun Intensity Discomfort
A super fun and overlooked coaster I found myself coming back to again and again. An addictive layout, surprisingly forceful and an overall fantastic ride. Do not overlook this hidden gem

Theming Rattle Discomfort
It sure looks nice as you approach it. The ride itself, though, is pretty uncomfortable. One and done.

Comfort Tear it down!
Hurts like hell. Top 3 most uncomfortable coasters!

Theming Nice surprise! Fun Rattle
This coaster is so iconic. The towers are an eyecatcher and the spacestation in the queue is really cool. And let's not forget that absolute BANGER of a soundtrack, everyone was just vibing in the queue and in the lifthill. I absolutely love it. The layout is okay, spinning around the towers offers some nice views and the rest is actually pretty intense. The final turns have some very intense G-forces wich I like. The only major problem is the rattle wich I think is not as big of a problem and only makes it more iconic.

Capacity Headbanging Discomfort
This one was just uncomfortable. When you drop backwards in those rough and rattly trains, your neck takes a beating. Would not ride again.

Capacity Disappointing! Discomfort Pointless
I think this ride really lets Europa park down tbh. Theme song is damn infectious and the best part of the ride. It’s rough, boring and spends far too long climbing the hill and then meandering at the top before performing some of the roughest drops/ helixes I’ve ever endured. It’s awkward staring at the people opposite you if you don’t know them, the only good thing about this ride is how many people it can chug through per hour (sorry, I meant assault per hour). Mack need to tear it down and put in one of their extreme spinners and showcase what they’re good at, not this mirrored menace from hell. *hums theme tune*

Capacity Rattle Discomfort Tear it down!
I've stopped riding it after it hurt my neck during a ride which continued to hurt for multiple days. The views are nice during the start of the ride, but especially when you're going backwards, the rough, rattling ride and the relatively high forces make it difficult to enjoy this coaster at all. I'm waiting for the refurbishment.

Theming Intensity Layout Rattle Discomfort
This might just be the strangest coaster I've ridden. It actually feels like a Russian coaster, not like a Mack Rides coaster. It's just extremely strange. The theme feels like a time capsule. As for the lift hill, it's just something else. It's in one of the towers and has some lights with a scene in the middle to mix things up. The wild mouse section might be the best part of the ride, as it gives great views of Voltron and doesn't try to kill you. The main section is really jerky. It just has kinks that send your head flying from side to side, same for your legs. It also has a dull rattle the whole way through. But honestly, I can look through that and admire the intensity, especially when going backwards most of the time. As for how to achieve that, you have to get on a forwards seat in the station. I just think it needs a retrack and it'll be good. It might not be as salvageable as Goudurix, as its layout is inferior. Update June 2024: I actually love this thing in the so bad it's good kinda way. I love the theming, especially the Mir recreation at the entrance and painted indoor queue line. And that music is just excellent. The pre-lift section has this fun kink that tips you to the right while spinning. The scenery afterwards is simple but effective. The spiral lift section happens mostly in the dark with blinking lights and a bit of theming halfway through. The wild mouse section is fun, but the spinning can feel a bit repetitive as it is controlled. The first drop going forwards is fine. Not much kick but the transition at the bottom is quite bad. Taken backwards, it feels like a mini car crash. The middle section taken forwards is rather fun, and the transitions are fine. It also pulls some sneaky good Gs on that section. The transition diving off of the building is decent, and the following turn has great G forces. The next helix has some awesome sustained positive G forces, but the transition after that is downright brutal. The turn into the final brakes has decent G forces but the final transition is the worst of the ride. It will throw your entire upper body to the side. Taken backwards, the middle section is fun, as the forces are combined with not being able to see where you are going but the final section can be migraine inducing taken backwards, especially towards the front of the train. If you ride in the front two cars, you have to board the backwards seats to be forwards during most of the ride and vice versa. Get on the forwards seats of the back two cars if you want to be forwards most of the time and vice versa. Euro Mir is also a capacity monster. It has nine trains and ran what seemed like at least six during my visit, but it might even have been running all of them. The crew is also extremely efficient.

Lap Bar Intensity Layout
Don't get the hate for this completely unique and quirky coaster. Yes the lift hill drags on and the observation ride section might bore some but the soundtrack and astetic is just Iconic. And when the actual coaster section starts you are treated to a wonderfully intense layout with insane laterals that is quite smooth for it's age. My favorite coaster at Europa Park (at least until Voltron opens) and one that I can't wait to get back on
-
Theming Capacity Rattle Pointless Layout
A very odd spinning coaster. Ultimately, it doesn’t do much apart from hurt over its poor transitions. The build up music is cool, though. Wouldn’t ride it again, however.

Theming Intensity Rattle Discomfort
I would love to like Euro Mir, but the rattle destroys the experience of this very iconic ride. It used to be one of my favourite coasters while growing up. This ride needs to get a retrack, but definitely no makeover, because it's got the most legendary soundtrack and the theming is also very iconic.
-
Theming Nice surprise! Duration Rattle Discomfort Dead spots
This is a good, but flawed coaster. The main reason it's so long is because of the lifthill and the panorama section up top. It has a spiral lift hill, and not a very steep one at that, meaning it's gonna take a while. There is some nice theming to look at though at least. I wanted to call the section up top a 'wild mouse section', but it's so slow it doesn't pull any forces, so I'm going with panorama, it also spins during this part. It's nice to get a good view, but it doesn't add much, After that the ride doesn't actually spin, aside from a controlled 180 degree switch halfway through the first camelback. So you're stuck with whatever side you're facing. The rest of the ride is fun, but quite shaky. The final helix is the highlight as it pulls insane forces. All in all a very bizarre ride.

Theming Fun Intensity
Never understood or knew people disliked this ride, its very smooth imo and a lot of fun, with some shocking intensity, especially on the turn where it feels like your going to hit the ground.
-
Theming Intensity Harness Discomfort
Just the soundtrack. Enough to describe this coaster.
-
Nice surprise! Location Layout
Euro Mir stands out in the spinning coaster department. Only Ride to Happiness (in Plopsaland) feels better in my personal list of rollercoasters. I'm not an huge fan of this type of coasters, though.

Iconic ride, and still tons of fun. The first drop is wild!

The music makes it so much fun. Can't get enough of that. Coaster itself is fun too!

Fun Rattle Discomfort Dead spots
this ride is silly and dumb. it's definitely possible to have fun on this with the right people, but the actual ride leaves a lot to be desired. i enjoyed myself, but i can't reasonably rate it higher than 2.5 stars.

Fun Intensity Rattle Dead spots
I think I like this ride a little too much but for me it's just great. The queue is mostly pretty bad but the indoor part is quite nice. But well let's get to the ride which starts with an unique spiral lift and possibly the best soundtrack of any coaster. The vibe in the tower is just great in my opinion. The first part outside consisting of many hairpin turns is fun and the spinning improves the experience even more. The views are nice especially looking at voltron which looks massive. The main part starts with a big drop which you then traverse either backwards or forwards as the spinning locks for the ride. After an intense valley the cars rotate 180° and you go through the rest of the layout. Most of the ride consists of generic turns but some of the helixes deliver sustained positive gs. There's even a small hill with some floater airtime before going through a comically tight helix which leads to a sharp stop on the final brake run. The ride has a significant rattle too it but for its age this is pretty normal. All in all one of my favorites at the park and a really unique experience with the best soundtrack!

Theming Fun Layout Discomfort
The theming and the layout are interesting but there is too much discomfort on that ride
-
Rattle Disappointing! Discomfort
good idea, but very rough and uncomfortable, the shinbones hit a hard edge of the train and she throws many punches Update My 9-year-old roller coaster fan loves Wildfire, Helix, Wodan or Kärnan. Today he hit his head so hard on the second part of the ride that he wanted to go home at 3pm. I have ridden a few roller coasters now and have been a sailor on dinghies and racing yachts all my life. I've never really had a problem with seasickness. Today I felt a little nauseous after that bad run and I also had a slight headache.
-
Theming Discomfort Lap Bar
Janky, rough and showing it's age, but the soundtrack is absolutely banging!

This isn't your normal family coaster, that ride was fantastic fun!

Location Fun Rattle Discomfort
Liked the layout of the coaster and that you could actually sit opposite each other. Sadly it was very bumpy and riding it backwards was just uncomfortable and ended with a few new bruises.
-
Capacity Intensity Duration Discomfort Dead spots
Well, this ride is different from most other roller coasters. It reminds me a bit of Revolution in Bobbejaanland, yet totally different. Soundtrack is perhaps the best roller coaster soundtrack I have ever heard, the roller coaster itself is really intense, long and rattles a lot. Still a great ride!

Headbanging
During my first ride (not the one in 2022, but the one back in 2018-19) I was on the first seats. When they spun around they got stuck. I went the whole way down on my back. Terrible and headbanging too
-
Fun Harness Intensity
I thing it is such a good ride. It's not something spectacular, but hey the positive forces are really strong. Harness is also pretty comfortable. It also has decent theming and great soundtrack. It is worth it.

Pace Fun Rattle Discomfort Lap Bar
Its an okay coaster. The drops are discomfortable. If you take the first drop backwards, be carefull for your neck as it almost got us a whiplash. The spinning part is fun, last bit of the ride with helixes is quite intens.

Theming Capacity Disappointing! Discomfort
It truly has a wonderful theming and story, with an awesome soundtrack played at the queue and lift area, and the small spacecraft museum over the queue is a nice extra point. Moreover, the part after the lift, where you zigzag between the towers, provides wonderful views of the park, (even better than the ones that Euro-Tower offers). Nonetheless, the ride itself is pretty bland, and a bit uncomfortable. It feels a bit old, and it dissapointed me, having expected something more intense, more like Maurer's spinnings (the good ones, such as Tarántula). It was even worse when I rode it for the second time, as both the theming and the layout had lost the element of surprise. One good thing, the capacity was better than Maurer's with this bigger trains.

Capacity Fun Intensity Rattle Discomfort
It´s a fun rollercoaster for sure, but as a tall person I felt quite uncomfortable, as my shin always hit against the edge of the train. Despite this, I´ll always come back for the queue music!
-
Capacity Fun Intensity Rattle
This ride is honestly really good. Yes it might be slightly uncomfortable and a little rough in some spots, but if you brace for it it's fine. It features 2 Intense Helixes and they are really forceful
-
Capacity Intensity Duration Rattle Discomfort
The catchy soundtrack "Project EuroMir" is an absolute highlight, so the slow lift kinda feels like a rave, but it also leads to a high capacity and a long duration of the ride (almost five minutes long). After the "Wild Mouse"-Style curves around the towers offering nice views, the actual coaster part is pretty intense, especially when facing backwards. Unfortunately, the cars are quite uncomfortable and the ride can get very rough, especially when warmed up - but in the Winter season, this Russian coaster runs a lot smoother than in summer. Additionally, the winter soundtrack is one of the coolest christmas songs ever!
-
Layout Rattle Headbanging Discomfort
Great soundtrack, very unique lifthill. Sadly the ride was incredibly rough and it didn't spin. Doing this whole thing backwards didn't help with the headbanging. What a shame.

it a fun ride! but it isnt that good bc you dont spin always but if that will it whould be to intense! fun ride!
-
Fun Headbanging Discomfort
Pro: - Good soundtrack - Minimal theming, but the trashy futuristic 80s theme has something special, ngl - One of a kind - Gives nice views of the park Con: - Not the most comfortable, especially when going backwards

Theming Fun Intensity Rattle
I know, that many people hate this ride, but for me, it has a special place in my heart. Starting with the great soundtrack in the lift, the high g-forces, the view from the top, and the lovely punches it gives. The restraints are not the best, especially for larger people and the ride might be too intense and rough for some people. In a group, it's a real party machine and it is so much fun!
-
Fun Discomfort
The best thing about this coaster is an audio. This soundtrack is so addictive! Ride can be really intense especially if you ride the last part of the coaster backwards.
-
Pace Fun Duration Rattle Dead spots
This ride is cult at Europapark, its Mack's first spinning coaster and is pretty unique. It has a nice space theming, even though it got old after some time. It has a very long spiral lift with a space station in the middle. While on the lift there are always some funny people playing with laser pointers or scream funny things. It takes like 5min up and is a bit of a dead spot. On the top the spinning get activated and you circle a bit around the towers and before the drop the spinning stops and you go down. The part after the drop is much more intense and faster paced. It has some very intense curves, a very intense final break but sadly no airtime during the ride. It also has some rattle in the second half. All in all its a unique fun medium intensity family coaster with some duration and lots of variation, Thrill: 2.5/5
-
Intensity
Underrated ride. Really intense, especially going backwards. Slightly uncomfortable trains, but you'll forget all about that once you're raving to the dopest soundtrack on any coaster ever in the gigantic lifthill. Worth riding again just for the soundtrack
-
Nice surprise! Fun Intensity
Well this is a phenomenal ride that deserves more attention. - The ride starts begins with the amazing lifthill experience dancing to CSO - Liftoff (one of the most amazing soundtracks for a coaster) and ends with a bang. The last helix is really intense and the brakerun following it could be considered an element.
-
Theming Pace Fun Discomfort
It's definitely not as painful as people make it out to be here. Fun ride, with one of the best soundtracks of all times.

First Drop Pace Fun Rattle Headbanging Discomfort
Ahh EuroMir! I still love this thing, even if it does throw you about quite a bit now! If you're used to it and you know whats coming you can brace for stuff (like the final break run.. ouch! if you're not expecting it, especially if facing backwards!) But if you know whats coming and know how to hold on tight then its fine ;) I've always loved the long spiral lift hill in the dark, fun that you spin round.. and of course the soundtrack! epic! :D haha the views from the top are awesome and somehow the trains feel really open which makes the height more noticeable .. It's fun not knowing if you're gonna get the main drop backwards or forwards (unless you've done it enough times to remember which way each seat ends up ;) .. The final helix is really intense if you're facing backwards! Still an awesome attraction, I hope they never get rid of it! :)

The two towers, the radial lift hill, the music - all great. But the ride is very uncomfortable during its second half. The later models of this coaster type like Dwervelwind were much better.
