Airtimes Lap Bar Location Discomfort Dead spots

Some of the best airtime you can get in England. Despite the rough nature of the ride (to be expected for something so old) I think this ride should stay at the park for as long as physically possible. Ridiculous amounts of airtime across all of the drops. Turnaround is a bit dull though. Could possibly use some heavy retracking but I'm no expert on wooden coasters so I don't know.

Pace Fun Too short Pointless

Fun enough family ride but nothing to think about. Ends way too soon for me. I should admit that I'm not big on bobsled coasters as I feel they don't really do too much throughout their layouts, but for what it is I think avalanche is average and worth a try at least once for the uniqueness.

Very intense ride, enjoyable despite the rough nature. Over-hated ride

Fun Ejectors Too short

Very enjoyable kids wooden coaster, more enjoyable than the neighbouring adult rides

Theming Inversions Harness Discomfort Layout

Too cramped trains ruin this ride for most people. Repetitive layout towards the end but still a solid ride let down by other factors

Theming Duration Headbanging Disappointing! Discomfort

Should be so much better than it is. Painful to ride these days, it's a shame as the indoor section is fantastic. Feels like it runs too fast for the layout

Location Fun Harness Disappointing!

Was expecting a bit more. Love the way it weaves through the park and other coasters at pleasure beach. Needed a few more airtime moments or snappy transitions in the second half

First Drop Theming Hangtime Too short

Not intense at all but provides a more unique hanging feeling. Ends way too soon. Theme and layout combo is the best aspect of the ride (first drop under plane wing is still amazing).

Dull ride. Ends way too quickly. Needs lapbars really. Way too empty of an area as well.

Surprisingly intense with a cool theme. Ends too soon and feels like it does nothing special. Stupid name too

Best themed wooden roller coaster around. Fun family thrill coaster. Could do with being slightly taller and a couple more airtime moments but is still great as is

Fantastic family coaster, marketing wrong which hurts the reputation. Really needs the trim removing to get some airtime in the first section

Airtimes Inversions Duration Rattle Harness

Lap bar away from being one of the best multilooper coasters out there. Not as rough as people say. 2 airtime hills are way too much fun

Fun Layout Theming Pointless

Fine family coaster but looks very out of place. Fun to ride but nothing special. Doesn't belong at alton towers

With lap bars this'd be much more enjoyable. Two airtime hills are the best part of the ride. Doesn't fit in the area at all. Should probably be replaced

First Drop Capacity Too short

Best drop on any ride I have ridden. Properly scary. An iconic of British theme park design

Location Masterpiece Intensity

Perfect short burst of thrill. Always going to be a personal favourite of mine. Amazing piece of engineering.

I like the feeling of flying but the layout just feels dull as anything. Good first thrill coaster

Belongs at a fairground not a Disney Park. Needs to go as soon as possible

Too short of a cycle to be properly enjoyed. Felt more like a flat ride than a rollercoaster. Fine for what it is but very forgettable

Best launch I've ridden, amazing few from the top and legitimately terrifying.

Rattle Layout

As dull as kids coasters come. Felt very cheap, nice setting under the main red force though

Intensity Ejectors Duration

Amazing wooden coaster, arguably the best traditional wooden coaster in Europe. Slightly rough but to be expected with this type of ride.

Capacity Nice surprise! Fun Theming

The ideal family coaster with the length and different sections of the ride. Could maybe use more theming at the backwards launch but apart from that it was a great ride for the target audience.

Different layout to many inverted coasters that made it feel unique and fun. Lovely ride to watch. Could possibly be a bit more intense but near perfect the way it is now.
