Fear is definitely the better of the two sides. It has a better drop and flows a little bit better in my opinion. As it's sibling it has a few surprises up its sleeve as well. Winja's is a smooth and solid ride in and of itself but if you get lucky, you might even start spinning like crazy which elevates the first half of the layout by quite a bit. In fact, this might be the best spinning coaster I've been on.

The first thing you'll notice is the elaborate theming of Fenix. The queue is pretty great and the pre-lift hill section the perfect way to get you in the mood for a thrilling ride. The wing-over drop is great on both sides, followed by my favourite elements, the sustained airtime hill over the lake. The helix is quite intense and caused me to grey out every time while the zero-g-roll is quite whippy for its kind. It's such a shame that the ride is almost over by then: Fenix is smooth, fun, intense and graceful all at the same time but is held back by its short duration. Still a very good coaster!

Troy definitely has its moments: the first drop is great in the back while the front offers a good sense of speed throughout. There you'll even get some mild bursts of airtime here and there. However, it's just a hint of airtime which was entirely absent during my rides in the back. While overall enjoyable, I found Troy to be pretty rough with a constant rattle that hurts the experience. Some turns are quite janky even. Pacing is good but not as insane as Wodan at Europa Park which does everything Troy does a little better, in my opinion. Long story short: Troy is merely good instead of great

Dwervelwind is an unexpectedly fun spinning coaster. The station is nicely themed and the on-board audio adds a lot to the experience. As always with rides of this type, the amount of spinning can vary greatly and add/or substract from the experience. We spinned a few times on our rides but we're never lucky enough to get some crazy momentum going. Luckily, the layout is good enough to carry the coaster anyway, especially since it features a horseshoe turn which is one of my favourite elements on spinning coasters. Dwervelwind's major drawback is that it's too short. An additional 200m of track would have done wonders.

Booster Bike puts you in a unique riding position by simulating an actual motor bike. It's a fun standalone-feature and probably the most intriguing part of the ride. Unfortunately, the coaster itself doesn't do much aside from the good launch and the first airtime hill. The rest of the layout is rather bland and largely forceless. It doesn't help either that there's no theming whatsoever that could immerse you during the ride.
I recommend experiencing the bike-shaped trains to everyone but there's probably little reason to get in line a second time just to experience a below average coaster layout.

It's a fun ride with great theming: Especially the start in the tunnel is awesome and delivers a great sense of speed. The rest of the layout isn't too creative, though, and usually not worth the long wait Maximus' Blitz Bahn has due to its incredibly limited capacity. It's bets to rope-drop this attraction in the morning so you can skip lines of > 60 minutes.

I like it's location inside the indoor area but other than that, Toos-Express was a pretty dull ride. It might have been due to us riding in an empty train in the morning but the train basically crawled through the overbanks which - on the other hand - offered some weird lateral "hangtime": essentially we slided towards the inner side of the train. This was not the most comfortable experience as are the janky transitions in general. I've ridden much worse but compared to the newer Vekoma family rides (e.g. at Energylandia), Toos-Express is a pretty subpar experience.

Force One is the most intense ride at Schwaben Park and by far the best coaster they have. The first drop is quite good in the back but in general I preferred my front row ride as it felt a tiny bit smoother and the airtime on that one hill a bit stronger. Other than that, there are some surprisingly strong positives Gs throughout the layout. If it weren't for the slight rattle, Force One would be a truly great family-thrill ride for smaller parks.

Hummel Brummel is an interesting ride - a bit like a Wiegand toboggan if it were an invert. It was running in automated mode during my visit, though, so I couldn't adjust the speed manually. The capacity is quite low but the ride itself is rather fun if nothing too crazy. It's a great ride for families which offers a good view over the park. If it weren't for the long lines, I would have gone back for a re-rides or two, simply because the ride experience itself is kind of chill and relaxing.

F.L.Y. is a very good coaster which is elevated by its theming. The whole package makes it such a unique and awesome experience. Flying through Rookburgh and winding through its streets with all it's near-misses is amazing. I love the theming and the soundtrack once you leave the station. The transition into the flying position is nothing short of elegant.
It's not the most intense ride but it's smooth and the countless turns keep you guessing. If you rate the whole experience including the incredible theming, it's close to perfect in my book. The airtime is strongest in the front rows, especially right after the second launch which I'd consider ejector even in rows 1 and 2. The back has stronger positives and a few moments of airtime. Rows 5-7 offer by far the weakest experience, I'd say. In general, I prefer the front rows here. A must-do if you're in Europe.

While not being terrible, Bob Kart does too little to warrant the extensive queue times the ride can have due to its incredibly poor capacity. There's no theming and a rather simplistic layout of helices and straight track - it's a little fun while it's lasting but over far too quickly.

For most people here this will be just a +1. Raupen Express is a very small and very short kiddie coaster without a lot going for it. It's janky and has no forces whatsoever but at least the front car looks hilarious (same design as Achterbahn at Bayern Park). Not much else to say about it, really.

The whimsical theming makes the ride. It's fun to look at and the soundtrack is simply legendary. It's also the only thing that helps enduring Wilde Hilde's abysmal capacity on busy days. The ride itself is neither exciting nor especially fun, unfortunately. That's partly due to some discomfort caused by the lap bars during the drops. The roller ball is a fun concept in theory but despite the swinging gondolas the experience offered nothing of note - with the soundtrack being the one stellar exception of course.

Black Mamba is an amazing #3 coaster in Phantasialand to complete their thrill-seeking line-up. The theming of the ride is great: after traversing the jungle that is the queue, you'll enter the darkness if the station where you're dispatched to a powerful score. The first drop sends you into a loop, the first of four inversions. The ride is smooth while the coaster maintains a great sense of speed throughout. What makes the ride is the dropping in and out of trenches, in between forests and through small caves. While it's ultimately not as unique as Taron or F.L.Y., it's a very enjoyable ride that could only be improved by a more engaging second half.

Incredibly fun layout with lots of near misses and a great sense of speed especially during the second launch. The theming is impeccable, operations were running fast and smoothly. The only minor flaw was that Taron seemed to noticably lose some speed before approaching the last turn leading into the second launch. If it kept its pace a little more and provided a tiny bit more airtime on the final hills, it would be an impeccable coaster in my books. Still worldclass and very re-ridable though!

For being almost as old as me and a travelling coaster, Olympia Looping still is incredibly smooth. There are some minor shakes here and there but nothing too distracting. I was able to ride in the back row of a half-empty train and found the loops to be not too intense but quite fun. They might be more demanding in the front. The accordion restraints aren't the most comfortable but I didn't have too many issues with them. While Olympia Looping has a few dead spots, it's a long ride with good inversions. Don't miss this classic if you get the chance.

For a travelling coaster, Alpine Bahn is pretty great. The first drop is fun and rude still tracks smoothly. There are a few dead spots here and there but overall the experience is pretty fun despite not offering too much in terms of forces. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to choose your seats so I had to ride in rows 4-5 in a half-empty train. Unfortunately, there wasn't even a hint of airtime in those seats. It might be different in either the front or the back, though.

I didn't expect much from this spinning wild mouse but I ended up having a lot more fun than anticipated. It's not breaking any new grounds but it features on-board sound and runs smoothly enough, I'd say. I rode by myself so the spinning could get pretty intense at times which added to the fun experience. Overall, a pretty decent travelling coaster, I'd say.

It's essentially the same ride as its sibling with the lift-hill on the left-hand side, so I'll just repeat myself: Not too much to say about this ride. It's a standard wild mouse albeit not really intense. The laterals during the hairpin turns are relatively mild compared to other/similar models I've ridden (eg Matterhorn Blitz, G'sengte Sau) and you won't find any airtime on those bunny hills. Still, it's enjoyable enough for what it is if it weren't for those unreasonably rough block zones.

Helix is the perfect coaster for Liseberg. The way it winds itself down and back up the hill is awesome: It's a great layout with lots of variety and seven inversions that offer different sensations. The Norwegian loop adds some surprisingly strong positives (especially in the back) while the final roll offers some hangtime to close the ride. Admittedly, the launches aren't punchy at all but accelerate the train gradually, it's just a minor flaw at the end of the day. The rest of Helix is amazing: Especially the two airtime hills pull you out of your seat for seconds at a time.
I was surprised that I ended up preferring the front row: While the initial drop is a lot better in the back rows, I found the sense of speed and airtime more enjoyable in row 1. Same goes for the Norwegian loop which is a little less crushing there.
Overall, Helix runs smoothly and can be lapped without an issue whatsoever. Don't write it off after riding it in the morning, however. It warms up nicely throughout the day and gets better by the minute. The soundtrack is a treat as well and makes me wish it had onboard audio.

Balder is a strange one: On paper, the layout is rather boring and repetitive with its endless chain of banked turns and airtime hills in between. And while the turns don't really have any forces, every single airtime hill hits. At first, I wasn't too impressed with Balder but after a couple of re-rides I left the station with a grin on my face every time. It's just fun as hell - pure and simple. The first drop is amazing in the back when the train suddenly rips you downward. I also prefer the two airtime hills that go into a tunnel in the back. Every other element I thought was better in the front row, though. The front seems to have a bit more sustained ejector airtime. In any case, Balder is a great ride that tracks quite well on top of that. It's hard to say if I like it better than Colossos or Wodan but I know that I could ride it all day long and still have a good time by the end. And that's what it's all about.

Valkyria has a few things going for it: The turnaround after lift-hill offers a spectacular view of Gothenburg and the park, while the following drop into the tunnel is surely the highlight of the ride. The pull-out into the immelmann pulled more positive Gs than I expected, even had me seeing a tiny bit of grey at times. The last inversion is quite fun, too, granting some hangtime.
While being quite good as a dive coaster, Valkyria suffers from its short layout. Sometimes, we had to wait longer than the actual ride duration before turning back into the station. That's because operations can be hit or miss: staff was changing places constantly which resulted in trains being sent out late and half empty. It got better later in the day, though.
I think Valkyria is best enjoyed in the first row. If you visit Liseberg, I can only recommend the single rider lane which was absolutely empty even when the regular lane exceeded 60 minutes. Don't waste your virtual lane on this, as single rider gives you a chance to ride in the front row as well and is much faster.

For it's age, Lisebergbanan runs incredibly smoothly. However, a few of the transitions are a bit janky, albeit not really painful. The location and its duration are probably its biggest strengths, and while the layout isn't too exciting, it does offer a few fun and surprisingly forceful moments. Additionally, Lisebergbanan is a capacity machine which several trains on the track and fast dispatches. As it's a popular ride with families, queue times can go up to 40 minutes regardless, though.

It's a Vekoma family boomerang, so it's running smoothly and is quite popular among the general public. The layout is very basic and forceless, unfortunately. What sets it apart from other models is its beautiful train design and the amazing location on top of the hill. Other than that, it's not really worth the ride in my opinion, especially if you've done other family boomerangs before. On busy days, the queue can go up to 60 minutes, so make sure to use the virtual queue in the app to get the credit.

This feels very similar to 'Tabalugas Achterbahn' at Plopsaland Germany. I'm not sure if it's exactly the same layout but it might be. The theming of Rabalder is a little lackluster in comparison, though, and while Tabalugas is running smoothly, this one has some janky turns. Rabalder was still fun, though, but as it's one of the main attractions in the kids area, the queue times can get quite long.

A fitting name for this coaster would be Helix as that's essentially what the layout ist. Unfortunately, they used that name for another ride. Stampbanan is essentially a tiny lift hill and a helix. It's very short even for a kiddie coaster but at least runs multiple laps. The coaster is smooth and "whippet" than it looks in the back. Theming is a little lackluster for Liseberg but overall it's still a better experience than the average SBF Visa ride has to offer.

How in the world can you build such an awful ride in the year 2024? Every single transition in and out of the turns is accompanied by a massive jolt. It's obvious that SBF Visa knew about their coaster being janky like that as both the seats and the massive lap bars are covered in cushioning. That's also the only reason why riding Berg- und Tal-Hetz is not painful. Still, it's not a pleasant experience with the launch-lift being the biggest surprise of the ride. It runs two laps but we were more than ready to leave after the first one. Instead of being the biggest cheapskates possible, Skyline Park really needs to invest into quality. This is abysmal for a newly opened coaster.

Slowly going upside down is such a weird sensation. The hangtime is insane and the drop afterwards also very nice. What makes Sky Wheel so special is that it goes for at least two rounds. It's two biggest drawbacks are the low capacity and the X-car lapbars which I don't find very comfortable. Still a fun experience though!
