Inversions Layout Ejectors Harness
An absolute beauty of a ride. Got 10 rides on this thing in one day and all of them delivered. The outer bank out of the station is crazy, the first drop is absolute madness. 80° and 37 metres may not seem like much, but in the back row it is a powerhouse of ejector. The speed hill into the double inverting stall is awesome, and the stall itself not only provides copious amounts of hangtime, you get laterals whilst out of your seat (a common theme for this ride). The double up provides great airtime, and on the second hill you get whipped to the left, throwing you into the air whiteout sitting down. Another airtime hill into a wave-turn-esque thing, leading into a beautiful zero-g roll, before yet another wave-turn-esque thing, all providing a mix of hangtime and airtime. The double up into the double down throws you into the lap bar, and the overbank is just amazing. The 4 consecutive airtime hills are awesome, especially as they lead into the best part of the ride; the heartline roll with the ground as the head chopper. Speaking of, the supports and structure provide many headchoppers throughout the masterful layout. The heartline roll gives an immense amount of hangtime and throws you into the lap bar (the most painful part of the ride), before the dip down and dip up into the brakes, both with brilliant airtime. The operations aren’t always the fastest on here, and sitting on the brake run with no shade isn’t all that great, but all in all it’s a near perfect coaster, and was an amazing ride to be my 100th credit. Definitely a back row ride, but the front is also exceptional.

Rattle Discomfort Tear it down!
I could add so many more cons to this waste of space, such as the vest restraints on the trains that are good on Mayan at Energylandia, but absolutely horrendous here. I don’t even know how it’s possible, but this is somehow worse than Viking. It’s rough, unpleasant, painful, boring, cloned and just terrible. The restraints murdered my thighs, and I’m pretty sure they cut off the blood circulation to the entirety of my legs. My neck was brutally attacked by the vest restraints, and even in the front row it was downright disgusting. Not even happy that I did it for the credit, and would give this a 0/10 if possible. Save yourself the time and go marathon Untamed instead.

Airtimes First Drop Smoothness Too short Capacity
Good coaster but any wait longer than 20 minutes is pointless - too short of a ride and not really that good, but still fun. Nice first drop, some good airtimes, and excellent banked turns, especially for a wooden coaster.
-
Fun Rattle Discomfort Layout
Rode it because it had a short queue and was a decent ride, however quite painful and the balls on the middle of the seat really hurt my back. Decent layout but too rough for me to enjoy.
-
Airtimes Pace Layout Rattle
Amazing layout, especially with the sideways airtime hill, but the retrack and new trains do not help the smoothness of the ride whatsoever. It used to be a good coaster but now it’s just decent, and the old version is better. Worth the ride but impossible to marathon, and always has an extensive line (at least 90 mins) for a mediocre experience.

Inversions Intensity Layout Rattle Headbanging Discomfort
Ridden this several times and each time it feels as if it gets rougher and rougher. Kind of annoying how you have to really brace to not experience major headbanging, and the leg room is nonexistent. However, it’s a great layout, just executed really poorly.

Lap Bar Location Too short Dead spots Layout
Has two forceless helixes to start and end the ride, and the best part of the coaster is the view you get, especially at night. The airtime hills even in the back row did virtually nothing, and neither did the jolt up into the station. The redeeming factors are obbiously the location on the pier, and the comfy lap bars. Absolutely not worth the $10, and hardly worth the credit.

Airtimes First Drop Smoothness Theming Discomfort
Great ride that provides some excellent floater airtimes, but unfortunately I got stapled on both of my rides, so that may have effected the experience slightly. Nevertheless, the first drop is amazing, and probably the best part of the ride is that drop off of the MCBR, because that offers a (very small) moment of ejector, and the twists into the brake run are just great. Quite a smooth ride, but with a noticeable rattle the further back you go. The inside queue has some really cool theming, with the whole Mercedes theme. However, the outside queue is just cattle pen after cattle pen. Second best ride in the park, only after Blue Fire for me. It is a car park coaster, but it does have a car theme, so I don’t know if that was intentional or not, but it could have been better themed on the ride itself, especially because it’s at Europa-Park.

Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain: Rebel Mission - Disneyland Paris - Disneyland Park
Matthew Potter 2 years agoTheming Rattle Headbanging
Great diagonal launch, with a few good inversions, but it’s quite rough and I can see how people dislike the Star Wars overlay, but I’m a bit biased because I never rode it as mission 2 or de la terre à la lune

Airtimes First Drop Intensity Rattle Layout
Really good first drop, and quite fast, but other than that it’s just a bunch of airtime hills and fast-paced turns, which provide moderate airtime (both ejector and floater). Quite rough on the wing, and extremely smooth on the inside. Amazing enough ride to make me get 3 rides back to back, but just needs a bit more to it. The queue is quite well themed, with the concept being that you’re on a failed space mission, and has some nice props of planets accompanied by different colours of lights, but it’s unnecessary how long the walk is - walked on 3 times and had to go through the entire queue, with the abundance of staircases being quite annoying, but all in all a great ride, and a solid 2nd/3rd at the park, potentially behind Abyssus.

Airtimes Lap Bar Smoothness
Incredible ride, and the better version of EGF. Managed to get 5 rides on this thing, 2 front, 2 near the back, 1 middle and they were all just great. The twisted first drop and the hills throughout the layout provide some excellent ejector, and the non-inverting cobra roll is probably the best part of the ride. Whips you up and gives some nice hangtime towards the front. The stengle dive afterwards throws you out of your seat and the bunny hops at the end try to kill you. The trains could have been better, as the lowered seats (compared to the likes of Taron and Hyperion) give less airtime than what the layout could provide. Definitely the standout coaster that WB needed.

Airtimes Comfort Smoothness Launch Intensity
Blue Fire is a great coaster, and one that’s very popular with the GP. Really smooth ride, and even though the launch isn’t the fastest and the coaster isn’t the most intense, it’s still just loads of fun. The dark ride section has some great theming (Europa Park so that’s expected), and admittedly, the train does crawl through the first turn after the launch, but the loop does provide some nice hang time, especially near the front. The lap bars give room for some nice ejector off of the mid-course, and the near-misses between the rocks scattered throughout the layout are pretty cool. The final inline twist is probably the best part of the ride, especially at the back because it throws you out of your seat.

Theming Launch Fun Discomfort
Exceptional coaster that left me speechless after every single ride. Managed to get 4 rides on this beauty; first at the very back, which provided great whip throughout the masterpiece of a layout. Second ride was at the very front, and just wow - the airtime combined with the view combined with the near-misses is just phenomenal, and the interactions throughout Rookburgh just makes the ride. My third and fourth rides were in the middle, and they were still amazing. My only complaint with FLY is that the restraints on the legs can feel quite loose at times, and the vest restraints can hurt the collarbone, so try to avoid that when riding. The preshow (no spoilers) is just absolutely incredible, and I didn’t expect any of it. Great first flying coaster, and the best in the park for me.

Theming Fun
Nice kiddie coaster with some great interactions between the boat ride beneath it, and the little dioramas from all of the different films is quite pleasant
-
Fun Rattle
Good layout on a unique ride which is quite enjoyable, but can be a bit shaky/rough at times.
-
Fun Smoothness Pointless
Nice family coaster, and love the purple track, but just a bit pointless considering how many other family coasters there already are at Energylandia. Nice layout, with at least 2 laps making it worth a go.
-
Theming Too short Capacity Dead spots
Poor operations, even in the single rider line. Layout wasn’t that bad, but not too good either, because it turned into a wild mouse at one of the MCBRs. Nice theming, which nearly made up for the surprising lack of airtime. All in all, good family ride, but not worth a wait above 30 minutes.
-
Theming Nice surprise! Fun Capacity
Really nice kiddie coaster with some cool theming inside the starry room, and looks good off-ride with only a very small portion of the ride showing. Very nice surprise, and a good introductory coaster at HP, made better with the fact that you get two laps.
-
Fun Too short
Nice introductory kiddie coaster, and provides a lot of laughs.
-
Fun Too short Capacity
Nice coaster, but kind of hard to get 2 people in the same car. Really enjoyable ride, and wasn’t too rough.
-
Fun Smoothness Layout
Pretty good layout for a kiddie coaster, and really good how you get 2 laps on there, because one would have just been pointless. Rode near the back and unfortunately, no airtime but that was expected. All in all, good starter coaster, and it’s nice to have a kiddie at WB.
-
Location Rattle Disappointing!
Unpleasant to ride because felt really unsafe in it, but I guess that’s what you get from a coaster nearly 100 years old. Decent ride, but just not that fun because I was scared the whole time. However, the interactions with the other coasters at the park made it for me.
-
Airtimes Fun Smoothness
One of the smoothest coasters I’ve been on, and with a great layout, somehow including multiple moments of airtime on an invert. Great first drop, which is enhanced in the back row. Go for the front row if you want the view and get the full effect of the leg-choppers, but go to the back if you just want the whip.

First Drop Inversions Pace
Wow. This ride absolutely blew me away, from start to finish. Great 90° drop, before diving into the structure followed by some nice elements afterwards, leading to my personal favourite moment of the ride, the stall (even better if you look upwards). Some more airtimes and turnarounds, before experiencing two zero-g rolls, and hitting the brakes. Absolutely rushes through the amazing layout with incredible pace, kept from start to finish. Definitely number 1 in the park, by a long shot.
-
Launch Fun Smoothness
Great ride, with nothing but joy from start to finish. First half may be a bit underwhelming, but the second half more than makes up for it. Unfortunately, it was ever so slightly rougher at the back of the train, but that didn’t effect the ride at all. Second launch is great, especially because it’s a rolling launch, and the top hat is awesome, and the trims didn’t really make it any better or any worse, just provided a nice stall if at the front. The loop, batwing and corkscrew were all really nice, and some pretty small hangtime is given. Exceptionally smooth, and just fun. Either 2nd or 3rd best in the park, depending on if you prefer Hyperion, but a really good ride.

First Drop Launch Layout Rattle Headbanging Capacity
A good ride but rode it whilst covid restrictions were in place, so each car was limited to 4 people, instead of the 6 it would normally have. Firstly, the launch was very snappy, and quite a surprise if you didn’t know about it, but still very good. The top hat was great fun, and you really felt as if you were going to get flung out of your seat on the way down, so some good ejector airtime. The inversions that followed were fun, but nothing special, and after the mid-course brakes there wasn’t really much happening, other than a good barrel roll before the final brake run. The station and queue line were very well themed, but I didn’t see them properly because of the restrictions. Unfortunately, I had to rank this lower than it should be because it gave me a headache, but it’s still a good coaster, and quite fun.

Fun Rattle
I can kind of see how others hate it, but I personally don’t find it to be anything special, I just like it - it’s a nice ride.
-
Fun Too short Discomfort
Good kiddie coaster but only when you get 2 laps or more. Once I only got 1 lap on it, but there was a massive queue so it makes sense, and it’s normally quite painful, with the seats that only go up halfway your back
-
Headbanging Harness Pointless
If you’ve ever thought about riding this - think again. The OTSRs are pointless, and if you sit on the outside seat, your arm will most likely be trapped between the car and the restraint. The layout is dull, and you really have to brace yourself for the corners. Did this for the credit and I regret my life choices.
