    Theming Fun Dead spots

Mammut is a fun family woodie but definitely weaker than its GCI cousins Wodan and El Toro. The ride just doesn't do very much aside from a few ok floater moments and some near-misses. The ride has a noticeable rattle but nothing too bad for a woodie. The theming of the ride was done very detailed with a great darkride scene at the beginning. All in all good for families but unfortunately a very forgettable ride. It makes for some good visuals in the back of Tripsdrill though.

    Airtimes Duration Rattle Discomfort

Front row: Good ride with nice airtime and a cool 90° banked turn but also a bit shaky but nothing too bad. Middle: Horrible! Don't know why but very uncomfortable and far less airtime. Backwards car: Amazing! Definitely the best seat good airtime and surprisingly comfortable. During my visit the back car was free you just had to wait a little extra which is definitely worth it.

    Airtimes Lap Bar Duration Theming

This is the only B&M Hyper I've done and I absolutely love it. The trains are amazing and the scale of the ride is very impressive. The first drop really good in the back row and the valley is pretty intense though it has a noticeable rattle. The rest of the layout is nothing spectacular but I just love the graceful sustained airtime you get on the large camelbacks. The turnaround is fun as well but the ride really takes off after the mcbr. You get something close to ejector airtime in the back row and the finale is one large snapy transition. A really fun and in some parts intense ride, I just wish it had a little more theming.

    Theming Rattle Too short

The theming of the ride is very good but the rest isn't great the ride is short and has a bad rattle. Definitely one of the weaker coasters at Europapark.

    Theming Fun Rattle Discomfort

The ride itself is themed greatly and is a welcomed attraction on hot days. I also like that you have two large drops and a in general long ride experience. The problem of the ride is it's smoothness. Unfortunately some parts of the ride are a little rough and the lap bars are shaped a little weird and you might hit your knees. Still I enjoy this ride but it really needs some retracking.

    Nice surprise! Fun Too short

Great family coaster, with a nice variety of twists and hills. Great for children and fun for adults. The ride is also decently themed but is a little on the shorter side.

    Theming Fun

Great wild mouse coaster with a few unique elements and great theming. The ride's area and the queue are themed beautifully. The ride begins with an unique vertical lift which takes you by surprise. After that you have a large drop which is pretty unusual for a Mack wild mouse. After that follows your usual wild mouse layout with some nice near misses. Overall a great family coaster and a more unique twist on the classic wild mouse.

    Fun Intensity Rattle Dead spots

I think I like this ride a little too much but for me it's just great. The queue is mostly pretty bad but the indoor part is quite nice. But well let's get to the ride which starts with an unique spiral lift and possibly the best soundtrack of any coaster. The vibe in the tower is just great in my opinion. The first part outside consisting of many hairpin turns is fun and the spinning improves the experience even more. The views are nice especially looking at voltron which looks massive. The main part starts with a big drop which you then traverse either backwards or forwards as the spinning locks for the ride. After an intense valley the cars rotate 180° and you go through the rest of the layout. Most of the ride consists of generic turns but some of the helixes deliver sustained positive gs. There's even a small hill with some floater airtime before going through a comically tight helix which leads to a sharp stop on the final brake run. The ride has a significant rattle too it but for its age this is pretty normal. All in all one of my favorites at the park and a really unique experience with the best soundtrack!

    Theming Fun Smoothness Dead spots

Eurosat Cancan Coaster is one of the best indoor coasters I've done and definitely a step up from the original Eurosat. Your experience starts in the amazingly themed queue. You go through a variety of nicely decorated rooms. After that you have the ride itself. First you go up the atmospheric spiral lift with a great soundtrack. The ride itself consists of a variety if drops turns and helixes with good forces of a family coaster and some surprising laterals. Despite that there are some sections where the ride doesn't do anything which is compensated by some nice theming. There could be more theming during the ride but best of all ist the amazing onboard soundtrack that really makes the experience. All in all a great ride that just offers the whole package for a almost perfect family coaster!

Lap Bar Fun Smoothness Dead spots

Blue Fire is a perfect thrill ride for everybody to enjoy, nothing to intense but still thrilling and in my opinion not forceful (3,5 to close to 4G on ride forces). Your experience starts with a well themed queue which is mostly located outside. The ride itself starts with an atmospheric dark ride sections before launching you with decent force. The top hat is weird but interesting and the looping is fun and delivers some solid forces. The overbank is snappy and you even get pops of airtime going on and off the mcbr. The two corkscrews are fun but the helix is a little boring. The finale of the ride is an amazing heartline roll. One of the best inversions I've experienced an definitely the highlight of the ride. Overall a great package that is enjoyable and fun for everybody and if you're realy lucky you even get a great on board soundtrack.

    Theming Comfort

Baaa Express is a very small kiddie coaster with elite theming. It's meant for small children so the ride isn't anything thrilling but I think it's surprisingly comfortable for larger riders.

    Fun Too short

It does what it promises. Still a fun experience and a nice refreshment.

    Theming Comfort

Arthur is a really hard coaster to compare to others because it is such a unique ride. The technology behind it is just mind-blowing with a diverse ride experience. The dark ride scenes are nice to look at but thetheming is a little weak at some points especially if you know every corner of the ride. By far my favorite parts of the ride are the flight above the village and the final coaster part. This really depends on the orientation you go through this layout because you can "choose" the way you go by pressing the button in front of you in the prior scene. The ride itself combined with the great audio really makes this an amazing package as a family attraction!

    Theming

This is the best themed classic mack powered coaster I've experienced. And after all the theming and the indoor part really make this ride as the layout just is pretty generic. My highlight is by far the tunnel in the indoor section that features a neat light effect.

    Airtimes First Drop Pace

Wodan is in my opinion the best wooden coaster in Germany and my personal favorite out of all the woodies I've done. Your experience starts in the amazingly themed queue, definitely one of the best I've experienced to date. The storyline deals with northern mythology but I won't go into detail with that. For the ride itself it is easily the best ride at Europapark. After you went through a fun pre lift section your ride starts with a large turn at the end of the lift. As you already picked up some momentum, you shoot down the first drop giving sustained airtime especially in the back of the train. The rest of the layout consist of many sharp transitions and small airtime pops. The larger airtime hills unfortunately only deliver weak airtime but they are still fun and deliver some laterals. The finale is definitely the highlight of the ride with many amazingly paced low to the ground hills and turns delivering fun airtime. Overall this ride is relentless which is even crazier in the back of the train. But if you think today's version of the ride is great, you should have experienced the ride a couple of years of go. I can't verify the following info but I'm pretty sure it's correct. Wodan opened with coated steel wheels which decrease noice but increase friction. That's possible the reason why Wodan is short compared to its height. A few years later they changed the wheels to classic steel wheels which led to the ride flying through the course. This was then changed to a mix between pure steel and coated wheels possibly due to noice complaints. This review is far to long but all in all Wodan is an amazing ride truly a masterpiece!

    Theming Fun

This my favorite Vekoma family boomerang. The layout isn't spectacular aside from the fly-through Hals über Kopf's station which makes for great visuals fom on and off ride. What makes this ride even more special is the great theming. Usually Vekoma boomerangs aren't themed that well and even Raik at phantasialand isn't themed as good in my opinion. The train design was done beautifully and the station ist perfect for the "Schwäbsche Eisenbahn" theme. The ride layout is surrounded by beautiful landscaping although the foliage around definitely is too near for clearance and you can easily touch the leaves of some of the trees. No idea why they planted them this near to the coaster but O assume they'll have remove them when they grow.

    Inversions Launch Rattle Dead spots

Karacho is a very interesting Gerstlauer Infinity Coaster. The first part inside the building comes by surprise with a great launch that catapults you into the top hat with some nice airtime an laterals. After that follows some kind of inverted top hat with good hangtime and some exciting visuals. Unfortunately the ride eases up after that and all the elements before the final two inversions are a little boring. This is also the part of the ride that has a significant rattle and a few bumps. However the final inversions are great. The diveloop has some incredible whip and the subsequent corkscrew makes for a final finale. Then there is a weird "bump" into the brakes. Theming on this ride is good as well with a unique and funny story-line and a highlight prop right at the exit of the ride. In my opinion this is the best ride at Tripsdrill because of its intensity. Even though Hals über Kopf feels more complete it doesn't make the top spot because it lacks some intensity and is more oriented towards families. Both are great rides and I highly recommend visiting Tripsdrill when you're in the area!

  • Vinzenz T.

    Theming Fun

The first Gerstlauer coaster is a nice upgrade for classic family coasters. The ride offers some classic wild mouse elements but spices the ride up with some more unconventional twist and turns. Overall a great ride and more diverse than your classic Mack mouse

    Lap Bar Inversions Fun

Very fun an well-rounded family-thrill coaster. You get some unique floater airtime and 3 very grateful inversions. For me, this is definitely a front row ride because you get some good positive Gs in the valleys. On every other seat I rode I also noticed a minor rattle but these seats still give a great ride experience due to the open train design. Theming and story-line are both solid as well.

    Inversions Intensity Headbanging Harness

My first ride was in the front row and this really wasn't too bad. The inversion were really intense and the headshoopers were pretty nice as well. Of course you get your old Vekoma trains but because of the large head cushion the headbanging was tolerable. Later I got a back row ride with far worse headbanging which really made ride uncomfortable. All in all: Get a front row ride an leave it at that!

  • Vinzenz T.

    First Drop Inversions Intensity

This one of the best B&M coasters I've done. This ride features an surprisingly good first drop (back row), some nice an intense truns an some great inversions. But there are also some unusual pops of weak airtime for a B&M invert. The small bump before the Immelmann really caught me off guard in the front. All in all amazing but I'm still no huge fan of inverts because there is just not enough variety of forces.

  • Vinzenz T.

    Comfort Layout Ejectors Reliability

Toutatis? More like Brokenix. Ok but first things first. On my first day I got one ride in row 7 and one in the front. All in all a fantastic ride. The variety of inversions, the strenght of the airtime, good launches an a nice setting make this a very well-rounded ride. Especially the airtime during the swing-launch and the first inversion caught me off guard. The only things that weren't quite perfect were the banked airtime hills in the first part which were too slow and the trim on the top-hat. This really kills the pacing and airtime on the drop. Back to my headword: On my second day Toutatis did not open until late afternoon. They seemed to have problems with the switch-track. When it eventually opened I immediately got on the ride but they were now having problems with the restraints so operations were really slow and multiple trains were dispatched empty. Unfortunately I got assigned to row 7 again because there were quite a lot of people waiting for the back. Lucky me though as I sat in one of the last trains that were dispatched and many had to eventually leave the. For that reason I can't say whether the top-hat is better in the back but keep in mind there the Intamin typical problems with this ride. I'm sure it gets better with time as the ride is still brandnew.

    Fun Duration Theming

In terms of the ride this is one of the best family-coasters I have done. It feature some good drops and a varity of twists and turns combined with an extensive backwards section. The only problem of the ride is the lack of quality theming during the.

  • Vinzenz T.

    First Drop

Fun first drop in the back, other than that just an ordinary kiddiecoaster

  • Vinzenz T.

    Fun Duration Dead spots

Fun and long Mack bobsled-coaster with some unexpected intense moments. Obviously with the standard bobsled problems (rattle, harness) but nothing too serious.

  • Vinzenz T.

    Theming

Fun family coaster. Neither particularly good nor bad.
