    Airtimes Location Comfort Dead spots

This is a spectacular ride. In terms of B&M hypers, it’s mid. But no hyper is bad, so this is a great ride. You get great floater throughout the first half, with the second half giving strong floater. But yeah, there are a few dead spots. Mainly those turns in the back. In the front, you have the sense of speed, which is great on this ride. And I forgot to mention the helix! Intense positives the whole way up, so it’s also sustained. Hardcore greyout. And of course, the night rides, which are extremely underrated. This ride has a great location beyond the trees and away from the park, so at night you’re just zooming past the trees at like 80 mph and can’t see anything.

Airtimes First Drop Smoothness Harness Discomfort

I know Wonder Woman was cloned of this, but that one is better. I think this ride offers great airtime on the drop in back row, camelback, drop off turnaround and drop off midcourse. The dive loop offers excellent whip in the back, and the two inversions give great hangtime. I just have two problems with this ride. For one, I think that the amount of time it takes to warm up is ridiculous. WWFOC doesn’t have this problem. During the day, it runs decently slow. At night, it runs like a maniac. My night ride was absolutely insane in the back row. My day rides in the same row weren’t as special. And the trains aren’t good. The harness and leg seating makes for uncomfortable seating. Overall pretty good ride.

    Airtimes Inversions Smoothness Harness Discomfort

It’s a great ride, really. A great fit for Magic Mountain, and a great 20th. It also looks really good in it’s area. It just fits. About the ride itself, it has some insane airtime moments that can only be truly experienced the later you ride and the further back you sit. The drop and drop off turnaround, dive loop, and especially that insane camelback really try to launch you out of your seat. It’s crazy that the dive loop even does. About the other inversions, the stall is amazing as always by RMC, and the roll is fun as well. My only complaint would be that the trains suck. My legs sitting diagonally aren’t very comfortable. Getting thrown into this bulky harness isn’t very pleasant either. The only thing RMC hasn’t done well is their trains, especially for their raptors. Hopefully they can improve. Overall, I actually really do like this ride, and even those last two elements are fun for their lateral airtime, making it better than Jersey Devil.

    Inversions Location Intensity Capacity

North America’s best flying coaster is so insane. The feeling of flying REALLY high up the entire time besides the pretzel loop is a feeling no other ride can beat. Just flying around and getting whipped around with thesr sharp turns and inversions around 200 feet in the air is truly something else. And then that pretzel loop. What the hell was B&M thinking. This is the most insane element B&M has created, by far honestly. You just dive straight down and are just experiencing crazy high G-forces for a decent amount of time. It’s so bonkers. I nearly black out every time. This ride is just so much fun. Except for the brakerun. I hate sitting there for five minutes hanging. Fix your capacity for this ride magic mountain. Other than that, great ride.

    Airtimes Comfort Smoothness

A great, butter smooth ride that is criminally underrated by enthusiasts. This is my favorite B&M hyper of the ones I’ve done. I love the drop, camelbacks, sense of speed, and amazing floater in that great first half. It has some serious airtime that isn’t matched by many other hypers. Then the second half is just fun. The outetbanked drop is something strange that still manages to lift you out of your seat. The hill is the weakest hill on the ride due to the trim, but it still gives great floater, which is certainly saying something. The helix around the fountain is so much fun, onride and offride. This ride is just so graceful. The perfect fit for this park.

    Location Launch Pace Too short

That first launch is so punchy it’s ridiculous. I don’t know what it is with accelerators, but they seem to be (by far) the punchiest launches. And this one is no short of it. Then, the top hat gives great airtime, most notably up front. The cobra loop thing makes me hardcore greyout every time, I don’t know why people don’t talk about it. The flying snake dive is so much fun. I love getting ejected up, then being twisted simultaneously twice while diving down the second time. It’s such a fun feeling. It’s also taken at such a good speed. This goes for the rest of the ride, too. Even the last snap gives me lateral airtime. The setting is great too, zooming past the whole back of the park. It is a little short, but nothing short of fun.

    Inversions Intensity Duration Headbanging

It’s a great whippy invert. I love whippy inverts way more than I should, which is why this ride ranks pretty damn high for me. I still think it gives some minor headbanging, but it is noticeable. I don’t get the flack for this ride. My fourth favorite at the park, and one of my favorite inverts.

First Drop Intensity Ejectors Rattle Dead spots Reliability

This ride was completely overhyped for me. The last time I’d ridden it was when I was younger, so I really needed a reride. So after it being closed for half the year, I finally got on it on a slow day, so I guess there’s that, but I really didn’t get the hype for it. Sure, the drop and camelbacks are absolutely insane, but even the rolling thunder hill didn’t hit that hard, which I guess is saying something honestly. But even on a hot day, I still think that besides the big four elements, there isn’t much else. So now, I need to wait another half a year because it shut down AGAIN. And yes, hopefully the retrack will change this, but it was rough when I rode it, most notably on the first turnaround and twister section. But it killed those moments for me. Maybe I need a better ride, idk, but I think this ride is insanely overrated. It’s still in my top 20 for how much those first three elements smack.

    Theming Capacity Fun

This is the world’s greatest family coaster. I don’t even think it’s close. The theming on this ride is just unreal. Unlike GOTG Cosmic Rewind, it feels like Universal spent every last penny into making this ride as immersive as possible, and they very much succeeded in that. From the moment you walk into that entire LAND, honestly, to the point when you leave, you’re completely immersed in Hogsmeade. And the ride itself has better theming than the queue, which is very rare, especially since the queue is already very well done. I absolutely love the story for this ride. What started as a motorbike lesson turned into getting lost in the Forbidden Forest with some awesome surprises, and having Hagrid himself (RIP) narrate the ride, it’s just so much fun. I love throwing my hands up on this ride and just experiencing it. It’s so much fun.

    Airtimes Lap Bar Layout Theming

I think this ride has so much potential. It’s currently sitting in my top 15 for how amazing the layout is. I absolutely love the airtime and inversions, with my favorite moment being that speed hill in the middle of the launch track. It is very smooth and really fun, too. It’s just missing that one thing. Theming. Or at least a nice setting. For example, Apollo’s Chariot doesn’t really have a theme, it’s just a really nice for the setting in the trees and over the water. But this one is just sitting there. There’s nothing next to it, just grass. If they put in a few Roman columns, this ride will be so much better. Even the queue isn’t themed. It’s just a fence with some signs. But yeah, amazing, nearly perfect layout, it just needs some scenery to spice it up.

    Inversions Intensity Smoothness

This is probably the greatest inverted roller coaster to ever be built. Every single inversion is so whippy and forceful. If you love whippy inverts as much as I do, then you’ll love this one. There’s also a lot of positives, such as the batwing. That element is so insane for being so whippy and having such an intense greyout moment. This ride is also very smooth, which is surprising compared to other older B&Ms. Finally, it has nice theming. The queue is fun because of the murals. And I love diving into those sandy trenches. Truly a spectacular ride.

    Location Pace Fun Dead spots

The only reason I love this ride is because of its sense of speed. I don’t really mind for the back row on this, although it does give the drop airtime. I just love a good front row ride on this. The sense of speed is unmatched. There’s nothing like zooming past trees at like 90 mph for what feels like the entire ride. And it does give some surprising airtime. As I mentioned, the first drop in the back. The first hill gives a little floater. The second gives strong floater. And the speed hill gives ejector. And my god, that first overbank makes me grey out so hard every time. I do think the middle of the layout is lacking in forces, but it is still super fun to have the wind in your face. Such an underrated ride.

    Airtimes First Drop Smoothness Disappointing!

I’m only deeming this disappointing because of the dueling. It was a great idea, and I love going around twice, but it just never duels. I haven’t gotten even a half duel on this ride, so I guess I haven’t fully experienced this ride. I mean, it’s still an amazing ride beyond that. The airtime in the first half is amazing, and I love experiencing that insane first drop twice without getting out of my seat. And also, not even just airtime, but this ride has amazing laterals, most notably on the green double down that gives ejector while slamming you into both sides of your seat. The inversions are also great. I just think that this ride should just try to duel at least almost every time to make park guests satisfied.

    Layout Ejectors Duration Lap Bar

This ride is so much fun. The front row rides are almost matched by millennium force for my favorite sense of speed. And trust me, I love a good sense of speed. This is a really long ride, too, along with having a perfect layout. The out and back first half and the twister second half is the greatest combination of negatives and positives in one ride. And the airtime on this ride would be so good if not for the lap bar. But even then, the airtime is still pretty good. And the positives in the second half is really good. Such a fun ride.

  • LolUrDad !

First Drop Intensity Ejectors Rattle Too short

This ride is just insane. That first drop is just so bonkers, especially in the back. Each element is executed flawlessly, maybe a little too flawlessly with how powerful those camelbacks are. The stengel dive, twisted camelback and powerful airtime moments try to rip you in half. And yes, I don’t mind the lap bars. I just really love this ride for how insane it is. If you want the best experience, ride the back row, left wing seat. Truly a crazy ride.

  • LolUrDad !

    Airtimes Smoothness Duration Dead spots

This ride’s a fantastic ride that is the perfect fit for it’s park. It is a really, really good ride. The airtime is really strong. And this isn’t something I can say about a lot of RMCs, but I don’t get stapled easily on this ride. Even on the brakerun I don’t feel the lap bar pushing down on my legs unlike a vast majority of the other RMCs I’ve done. But the ejector is really strong on this ride. The drop, off-axis speed hill, AMAZING double down, camelback, the little bunny hills in the layout, and the strongest moment, the outerbank. It’s also a very smooth ride. I don’t even think the pacing is that bad. It honestly helps with the inversions for crazy hangtime. The only thing I have to say is that those little turn things don’t do a whole lot for me, but even so, it is still an amazing ride for me. Definitely one of the better RMCs.

    Airtimes Pace Intensity

This is the most intense ride on the planet. If you’re scared of heavy positive g-forces, this isn’t the ride for you. But what makes this ride so intense isn’t just the positives. It’s the fact that it features every single g-force. And every moment of which is very hard core mainly for the speed they’re taken at. Positives? The first turn will make you intensely grey out, or even black out. Negatives? That first drop in the back is so sustained and powerful. That first camelback is really underrated for how strong and sustained it is too. And even those snaps gives pops. Those last two hills would be powerful if the trim didn’t hit as hard. And finally, laterals. Just those crazy snaps. It throws you to the side with so much force it’s crazy. And if you love a great sense of speed, you’ll also love this ride. It’s just an insane ride that I still can’t believe exists.

    Masterpiece Smoothness Ejectors

Airtime. That’s all I have to say. The triple camelback, the little bunny hills spread throughout the layout, the trick-track double up, the off-axis hills, airtime. And I love it for that.

    Airtimes Pace Intensity

Although I think Steel Vengeance is better, Maverick was the surprise hit of my Cedar Point adventure. I came off absolutely shook. I am still in shock. I can’t believe that a ride that small and that compact can be so insane. That first drop in the back row and camelback give absolutely wild ejector, more powerful than anything on SteVe. And that’s not all the airtime. Those snaps give pops. The s-bend that replaced the roll gives floater. And those stengel dives are just insane in general. Those snaps into and out of them with insane laterals and negatives make them some of the most crazy elements out there. And I forgot to mention the world’s greatest LSM launch. You can’t beat the feeling of just entering this tunnel with a bunch of lights flickering, slowing down a bit, hearing this dinging noise and BOOM! You’re just launched off so quickly and crazily. And that’s not all. The sharp turn right after is just insane taken at 70 mph, especially at night when you can’t see it coming. I just can’t get enough of this ride. I’d wait the average two hours this ride gets to get on it.

    Airtimes Theming Comfort

I think this is the most perfect roller coaster on Planet Earth. This ride is the full package. Everything you want on a coaster and more. Although I do love Steel Vengeance and Iron Gwazi more (because of their layouts/execution) this is still my #3 for how perfect it is. The theming for this ride is (I think) the best themed EXTREME roller coaster on the planet. People always flack on the first half for being too “slow” and can’t respect how well themed it is. And I still love the first half besides the theming. Still great airtime, whip and laterals. But the theming is just wow. And that second half just makes this ride go to another level. The second half does take away all the theming, but compensates for an amazing (and picturesque) ride diving over and under pathways and hanging over the water. That launch, top hat, twister section and mosasaurus roll are just so great. Truly fantastic. Flawless. I love this ride. Amazing job Universal.

  • LolUrDad !

    Airtimes Masterpiece Duration

Where can I even begin with this ride. Truly a masterpiece from start to finish. Before you even start going up you get a teeny bit of floater. And after that it’s all ejector. I still say that the top hat and outerbank are the two best back-to-back elements on the planet. All the inversions are insane. And the airtime. So much, it’s almost too hard to take. I love the first half for how sustained it is, but the second half for how disorienting it is diving through the structure, and wow that finale. I can’t find a single negative thing to say about this ride. It’s truly perfect.
